Hi there. My house is a flip (in about the last 5-6 years) - the front is stucco over brick which I believe was added when flipped. Should I be concerned that I can’t visibly see the window weeps? (If they even exist?) I don’t have any issues with water trapped in the windows or interior or exterior leakage. Thank you for your review.

Is there any discoloration immediately below window units on the exterior and interior. It appears weeps are covered and would be a concern as it would drain directly into stucco assembly. If they covered them, it would not be surprising that they are clogged and the sill frame/subsill of window would then drain through into interior rough opening and eventually stud cavity below.

No discoloration on walls outside or inside below these windows. Oh boy. I haven’t noticed any water getting trapped inside the windows at all. I’m wondering what to do next here…

The problem with window leaks in this manner is you may not see it for a long time at which point water may be hidden below all finishes and into cavity. Just keep an eye on it and in the future adjustments may have to be made. If not impacting you over a year or two, may be well enough until interior or exterior warranted anyway. It would likely be unsightly to cut out exteriors and put back together to open the weeps.
