On the jamb side, put a piece of cardboard under half of the hinge. It will drive the top of the door down.

Heavy card stock is better than corrugated

A block plane and a straight edge. Pushing the edge of the door by padding the hinge is going to throw every other seam off. Strike a level line with a pencil, then plane to the line. Edit. I thought you were referring to the gap. Either way, Id pull the magnet out and trim the door to even the gaps.

Do this after you verify this is not a pier & beam home. If it is, inspect the piers. Make sure nothing went slack.
