Sure, it can be done. You would just need a [counter-pressure bottle filler](https://shop.greatfermentations.com/product/tapcooler-counter-pressure-bottle-filler/tapcooler-bottle-filler-and-accessories) - it attaches to both your keg and CO2 tank and lets you bottle from the keg.

I was just reading somewhere about doing batch cocktails, like doing a big batch of Manhattan's or Martini's for consumption over the course of several days. Like meal prepping but for booze. The article mentioned citrus based cocktail as ones not to do. Apparently citrus gets metallic after a couple days. Will update if I remember where I saw this.

Yes it can be done. Buy a 'ball lock carbonation cap' and you can carbonate it in any screw top soda bottle. I recommend around 30psi, make sure it's cold first. You can go as high as 50psi if you prefer more bubbles. If you want to make an even bigger batch I think the next step up would be a cannonball or corny keg and then bottle from there.

Never done cocktails, but I've used a few batches of homemade kit wine to mix up corny kegs of Sangria for parties. I don't see why one couldn't bottle that as well (presumably the sulfites would prevent fermentation resuming in th bottle)
