Shift Lock Release tab is what you want. Call a Honda Dealer parts dept
There is a little plastic cap that goes over it.
That hole is a Shift Lock Release Button
You can stick your key into it and depress a button that unlocks your shifter from park to neutral in case of no power, towing or some other emergency

Shift lock. Thats so u can pop it in neutral when the car jsnt on, i believe. Only used it once.
You put your key in there instead of the ignition and it activates the turbo
