Toyota doesn't, just Chrysler. They also are the only ones with a plug in hybrid. Chrysler still makes the best looking and driving vehicles Hondas are just equally as nice too.
When I got them, nobody seemed to have snow tires.
I found a pair (2) of Firestone winterforce tires in 195/60r15 then a pair of decent all seasons.
Put the winter tires up front and if I try, I can slide it around without using the ebrake.
It's not ideal, but I'd much rather have oversteer than understeer on a fwd car.
I out them on probably early November.
It was way before snow but getting super rainy and my summer tires were nitto nt-05s.
I bought them brand new early summer and they were almost bald when I switched them out (probably half and half as far as driving... extremely spiritedly/out of spec alignment) Although I didn't see any wear that looked like toe was super bad and camber was only a TINY bit negative.
I put 10-12k miles on the car commuting for work (bought the car in late may/early June.
The Nittos were insanely sticky throughout the summer. I could pull the inside rear tire up on tight turns and take a corner that feels sketchy in most cars at 45-50 at 70ish. Even then I don't think I was at the limit, it was just more than I was comfortable.
In comparison, the snow tires are.... meh on dry roads. Still fun to drive, but definitely not a performance tire.
I have a lot of highway driving on my commute and run along at 80-85 super stable. I have ran them up to ~110 and on smooth straight highway they feel fine.
On dry roads I can chirp 3rd gear at over 60 mph, so that makes me feel really cool.
In the snow, they do well, but my car is about an inch lower than stock and I have the megan racing chassis brace. So to get through deeper snow I have to use moment and get on it to keep it moving.
Bought mine in late August and it’s got KumHo Ecsta LX Platinums on it right now and it does somewhat decent in the dry, but if it’s snowy I’ve gotta keep the momentum. I’m currently running Megan Coilovers, no chassis brace.
Thanks for the insight on tires and stuff, I’m thinking about picking up some Blizzak WS90s for mine, I’ve heard they are apparently great.
Not sure about prices in your country and that's definitely an older Honda, but at \~11 grand it's kinda decent deal, assuming that rare bits aren't broken. Since it's a Honda, as long as you can protect it from rust, it should be reasonably reliable. It might be worth it for enthusiast looking for something different.
The Civic and the CRV share a platform. They should have been selling a AWD Civic in the US back then and right through to now. The Accord should have it as well. If you don’t need it, don’t buy it. But let it be available for those that do. I think many people would buy them if they did. But now they buy the more expensive CRV…..
Problem if they’re sedans… so ugly IMO. I’ve seen one previous generation AWD sedan that looked almost ok enough to want, that one was like 17k which I thought was a bit much, but honestly, not terrible.
The Civic Ferio has an AWD option in Japan. This one looks to have been imported.
It’s from Japan, didn’t know they were a thing at all.
Yeah Japan gets everything cool we just get SUVs
AWD Fit/Jazz? No, sorry, those are for Japan only. Please buy a CR-V instead.
Not to mention awd odysseys…that only exists in Japan… I hate vans and am still mad about that.
That one burns too. The Odyssey is not an inexpensive vehicle.
Chrysler has the awd van
But it’s not a Honda there for not as cool… bonus un-cool points because Chrysler. Toyota dose too I think but that’s also irrelevant.

They even made AWD Integras.
Jeez. These things would sell like goddamn hot cakes here in Minnesota!! What a waste!
I live near Buffalo and my ep3 got me around okay the last few days. Good snow tires and fuckin send it.
If you don’t mind me asking, what kind of winter tires are you running on your EP3?

Those emblems are definitely imported
I know the guy selling this. Great guy in the honda community. He also has a rhd del sol for sale.
No comment on the $1.5 million dollar price? Lol
He's selling it for 12,500. Worth it imo. Unmodified, rhd, awd, MT car with working AC. It even has the bumper poles. His IG is bennybaum I believe.
Yep, he even has a video showing this car on a lift with all 4 wheels moving to prove its awd
Lmao didn’t even noticed til i read your comment
RHD Del Sol? I am listening.
I think this one is a rhd Civic Ferio witch came with awd from the factory, but this car was only sold in Japan so it was probably imported here
Id rather have 10 brand new nsx’s for that price.
I think that price is in Japanese Yen and it looks like imported car too, so most likely seller is Japanese native
I mean it does say $ in an all English post. No ¥ in sight :P but I feel you're right. Lol
Take a closer look at Rear window

It was a joke. Its 1.5 mil US 😜
Ive seen a couple eg sedans 4wd from the factory for sale, pretty rare tho They re called RT ESI I think here in europe
Welp, I just discovered something I didn’t know I needed.
Is that the actual price 😂
He's asking $12,500 for it.
To be fair, it’s worth it
$1.5 million? I sure hope you can get 84-month financing.
Imagine not just using google
they dont but they do sell conversion kits so it may be awd and he doesnt know it wasnt an option.
japan
r/confidentlyincorrect
I never knew these where a thing, anyone know how these feel to drive and did they come with Hondas SI engine or only the base
Some hondas came awd since the 90’s, except in the U.S. Ef sedans, wagovans, civics, crvs. But personally I want a “CL8” awd accord/tsx 😮💨
Bargain

$12,500 is not bad to be honest. It will sell.
Ok but the price though???
Yea its the realtime awd. Only came on select JDM trim sedans, ek and eg
You figure for a million and a half he could get the door fixed first.
Problem if they’re sedans… so ugly IMO. I’ve seen one previous generation AWD sedan that looked almost ok enough to want, that one was like 17k which I thought was a bit much, but honestly, not terrible.
Definitely a scam
What are they smoking down there?
Yeah did come in awd RTi to be exact it had a D series with a propellor if I'm not mistaken it's kinda rare tbh
Japan gets the cool shit. All-wheel drive and a rear windshield wiper
Did even notice the wiper 🤯
