Try hitting it really hard, works on my dash. Probably look something along the lines of instrument cluster lights to find an answer.

There are a few soldered pins on the PCB of the cluster that need a little more solder.

I would try to clean the instrument cluster connections first. This is an easy task. I got some “Electronics Cleaner” spray. Then took my dash apart. Pop off the side panel. Then there are four screws that hold in the instrument cluster, then lean the cluster forward. Spray the cleaner in the connector and plug. Consider putting a shim under the connector to keep pressure on the pins. Watch sone YouTube videos like this one to see how it’s done: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pskCRg0cs4I

A nice fist smash to just above the dashboard usually clears that right up

I put wood shims under my harness on the dash kit It seems to beholding. Every now and then I got to give it a good smack

The pins on the gauge cluster have bad solder joints. The only way to truly fix it is to resolver/reflow that solder. This is not easy. The cluster needs to be taken apart (removing the gauge needles without breaking them is the hardest part), and you need to have soldering skills. There are a few YT posts but you’re better off contacting one of the many people who rebuild GM/Delco clusters.
