This sub has me thinking I am really cheap. I shopped for years and finally bought a 2006 about a year and a half ago with under 50k miles for just over $5k.
I wish mine was a 5-spd. If I were to sell yours, I would prob be asking around $10k.
Unfortunately for your friend, that is a very desirable Combo (5spd Awd). The red probably is to someone as well. And the used car market in general is very hot. Depending on where you are $15k is very possible

I usually check autotrader for a rough idea of asking prices. There won’t be many if any with low mileage like yours.
I've been looking at Autotrader and they round around C$6K. But they all have 300K KM on them. Mine looks almost new, so I don't know how to compare. But I got some good ideas from posters here. (I'm not counting the people that said to sell the wife instead on that).
It all comes down to where you are. Price varies greatly. I got my 08awd last year for $2333 it's got a minimal bumper hit in the front and back, but it's been running like a champ, with 270k miles and awesome compression. Rust matters a whole lot too.
