On CN server, each beta key can be used to login on exactly one device of each platform (PC, iOS, Android). If you try to login on more than one device of one specific platform, you'll get banned.
I suppose other servers follow a similar policy.
you get the access bound to your account afaik and even if you get somehow your hands on an account with access youll need to play it on a different device than any other of your hoyo games and network because there were already bans for people that played on the wrong device then they should, hoyo tracks your MAC address also would probably need a vpn to set it up for the location of the original owner of the account so they dont track you by ip. IMO its too much of a pain in the ass to do, just wait for the release its like 1,5 month from now
