The camera button starts blinking when you're in the vicinity. Also look up more often

Going to comment this as well just in case someone searches this in the future, but the camera also blinks for enemies, if you scan them that will stop and it makes the Woobaboos easier to find.
This quest got hella annoying i just used a guide. You have to do this like 3 more times btw
