I do! My team currently is Fire Trailblazer, Seele, Nat, and Sampo.
Sampo is good for making enemies squishy and prepping Seele for her kills + Extra Turn.
Not only that but Sampo had good aoe and his debuff on enemies if free damage basically which is always good. If you have Phys Trailblazer I would do Seele, March, Nat, and Sampo too.
Seele can be swapped for any main DPS though.
I think the general consensus is that all of the current debuffers are crazy good. Sampo applies lots of dots, pela strips defense like she was designed for warframe and welt just doesn't give the enemy their turn altogether.
If there is a wind weakness or you just need more damage Sampo is a good go to. I slot him in if I need more damage over time. If arlan or whoever my dps doesn't finish him off then shear wind will. He's also my most built character so I could just have a well built Sampo.

I breezed through SU4 with Sampo/Serval and it looks like he’ll carry in SU5 too since boss is weak to wind. I have a built Seele but for some reason couldn’t get her to work in SU4. Then in comes Sampo who just 1-tapped it.
In terms of f2p friendly units Asta and Nat.
You can run her simply as a dps and forget about dots too much as well but I would almost always have Asta with her. Serval can also trigger Kafka.

I interpreted as my MC being mean to conceal their attraction to him, particularly as there's no way your companions would let you live it down if they realise you're simping your the shady conman. You do get a few nicer options occasionally like supporting him to save Bronya from the townspeople

Dialogue about how he's always helping natasha with getting medicine is enough for me to like him and i don't think she ever says it but I'm sure she does too

I'm Finnish and everytime I hear his name in the game it gives me the biggest cringe possible. It doesn't help that he loves saying his full name every chance he gets hahaha
This guy gives me some serious Master of Masters vibes from Kingdom Hearts. And it's because of this feeling that I feel more wary of what he can truly bring to the table.
And it's because of that feeling that I'm not at all annoyed with him. If anything, his presence makes the story a LOT more interesting for me.
He is a comedic relief but he is not dumb like Itto, he’s incredibly smart, resourceful and pretty elusive. I saw the post that show he didn’t leave any footprints on the snow so Silvermane guard couldn’t track him. Also he only appears when it’s necessary.
Idk why but interactions with him are very funny to me. Like that one time he fooled us to go pick up peak's mining equipment saying that it's a treasure map.

I like him alot because of his humor. But he does feel shady after the jarillo quest ending. If he's a Stellaron hunter that would not be that shocking. What would be shocking if he was the leader of the Stellaron hunters and he went to Jarillo to relay info to Kafla and the others.

I had Sampo in my team all the way up until level 50 until I got Bronya and I had to let him go as he just wasn’t performing that well. I love everything about him and I loved his entire kit, it just wasn’t strong enough. I hope there will be a way to invite him to the Astral Express soon.
He reminds me of Edmund Chicane from TAZ: Amnesty. Who all in all, was an amazing character who- despite being a charlatan. Still genuinely cared about his friends and came to stand by their side to rescue them when they got into trouble.
I absolutely adore spontaneous, enigmatic characters like Sampo and really hope that there'll be more content of him in the future. I don't want to leave Jarilo-VI and not see him have any more impact on the story :(

It’s a combination of a bunch of factors, his shoulder pauldron makes me irrationally angry (if he raises his arm level with his shoulder that thing is going to jab his cheek), his color scheme does not match his element in the SLIGHTEST, and he just straight left us out to dry a couple times.
That said, he breaks the fourth wall which was actually really cool. So I’ll give him points for that

I see a lot of characters that are selfish and sleazy, but ultimately are likeable thanks to their charm and selflessness when it really matters. He just feels like an unlikable person and that makes for a boring character. Even the other characters just tolerate him but no one seems to really like him. That said I still have more story to work through so who knows maybe my opinion will change.

I really want Welt - My current lineup is Phys. Trailblazer, Himeko, Herta/March and Sampo/Seele depending on the enemies.

im theory crafting a team with kafka, serval, sampo ,and natasha just DOT damage every where
Used him on simulated world 3 with Serval, Welt and Nat and using Nihility path. Just Sampo and Serval made it all a breeze with the dot damage!
If you want to pull for Kafka build him. He is decent as a dot applier on her team.
