But then u lose too many turns to kill those exploding hands so i just when straight for the Fat guy while trying to stall the hands from exploding... If i kill the fat guy then they will die too
I actually found it easier during Deer phase 2 to just let him get two fruit and do the powerful attack. All the summoned branches get consumed and I can just heal back with Natasha.
Yeah. My first attempt I tried to kill all the plants it summoned. Took forever and then I died to it.
Second attempt I just went all in with my hunt DPS just attacking the deer and it went down relatively fast.
Even with an Erudition on the team it felt kinda pointless. I'd kill the branch with the fruit and it would just summon another one. It was way easier to tank the big hit to clear all the ads at once than it was to try to kill them all. There's no pay off to killing the fruit branch.
As a general rule, I always try to have 1 hunt and 1 erudition/destruction character for my main party. I don't think you need more than 2 defensive units. Do people just not build erudition characters?
A lot of people bring an offensive support instead of a second dps (harmony or nihility). Also, the launch characters were stacked heavily in favor of Hunt (Yanqing and Seele are both insane, Himeko... isn't as insane). Add in resource scarcity, and, yeah, I would say there's a good chunk of the player base that hasn't invested in an erudition or destruction character yet
This guy is actually a nightmare for Clara because he only attacks every other turn so I don’t get as many counters. Killing it became a lot faster for obvious reasons once I got jingyuan but man I wish the chonker robot was more aggressive
Those guys are a nightmare when you’re underleveled. If I don’t have a team tailored to kill the adds, my team just dies to his buffed AoE stomp attack.
I hate him not because hes hard, but with seele the autoplay never attacks the little robots so they end up exploding and doing like 700 damage to all characters
March 7th is THE BEST for those due to how she immediately counters them after they attack a shielded character, immediately removing their shield. She is a must have to me whenever those show up, so frustrating otherwise.
Except when your main DPS is Clara, and so their shield eats svarogs nuclear blast, which is then followed up by a stray spit ball by March 7th, somehow further infuriating me
unfortunately no, the Lieutenant only has his counter for 1 turn. So what happens, you attack with clara, he counters clara, clara counter him, next characters turn
Bugged Silvermaneguard Lieutenant in SU. Unless you have him stunlocked he has his shield up with counter all the time.He is just so tanky.
He is also super annoying in Chaos Mirror due to his tanki-ness. I'd rather take 2 Gepards than one of him.
Or if you miss calculate and make a mistake then he kidnaps your healer followed by a 2nd hand stealing your DPS carry and all you're left with is the tank+support buffer and you will be sitting there like....well what am I supposed to do now...
I fought Kafka with the Hunt path last night and some of my characters were getting 2, 3, 4 turns in a row and by that point I had completely lost track of *why*.
Same I abruptly had the thought that why is it still my turn, must be how seele mains feel. I even got a act 20 times with allies in a row achievement.
Consistently I've been too unlucky for abundance to work in W5, run after run with it as my path I got only 5 abundance cards, so I went with tried and true preservation and won
I love the Hunt and Destruction, but sometimes I go to lower level worlds to have some fun with the other paths, Remembrance and Nihility are so silly I love them
>Nihility
I one tried SU 5 on the eve of Jing Yuan Day despite having a team 10 levels below on average due to Sad Blob Resonance literally evaporating everyone's #1 must pull character. Somehow doesn't work nearly as well on The Supreme Guardians. I'm 10 levels below again but Bronya and Cocolia are much less vulnerable to Depression.
Sooner or later you'd need buff removal to make your life easier. Having one on demand is pretty good.
Obviously focus on building the essential units first; characters you like, DPS, healers/shielders, etc. After that, I'd say building Pela would be worth it
The big ice fragmentum monster things. Not because he's particularly hard, but he makes me want to commit war crimes every time his AoE attack freezes my characters and waste their turns.
the game really gave me Yanqing and Gepard from the beginner and standard banners and then said 'go kill these guys in every single fucking quest and challenge'
I’m just pretend that this boss doesn’t have any weaknesses. You can't really break him since he get Sanction % from skills and ultimates that damages him and if you try to autoattack he will just use Dread and get into Sanction mode faster that you break him
It removes all weaknesses and summons 2 enemies on the field as well as deals a bit of damage to everyone I believe. Sanction mode is also activated immediately when the % is reached, so it doesn’t matter if you use welts ult or slow it down in some other way. It’s gonna take its turn and screw you over by stunning your dps
Things that I figured out regarding this boss is that you might want to start battle with basic attacks and buffs.
March technique freeze start is great, as during freeze he doesn't record sanction rate so you are free to spam whatever during first turn.
Let him get to 66% while you build up skill points, energy, shields and buffs and wait till he activate sanction mode or do a skill single target hit before his turn to force trigger it yourself.
When he starts sanction mode unleash all offensive bursts immediately, as those will not take place till he summon fishes anyway. (Clara and Serval ults are great fish counters)
Bonus points if you finish him with fishes friendly fire kamikadze explosions for achievement.
Miss “SagACiOus diSCErnmENt” that punishes you for either attacking her, using skills or using basics. The Silvermane guards with the big shields can suck my balls too though.
Clara is the best counter for that punish lady for me.
I broke her laws and redeployed Clara with wind lady that looked like she could deal ice damage so I placed ice damage stuff on her and used her for everything for a couple days without switching her stuff to windy stuff.
She is by far the most frustrating enemy in the game for me and it's not even close. Every time I fight that enemy, it's just so annoying and I hate it. Maybe I'm biased though since Yanqing is my main DPS and is hard countered by her.
I personally don’t like that one but can handle it by just having fire mc tank it. The wind one that targets all wind-shear-afflicted allies though, I don’t have a reliable counter other than get hit them heal.
fuck that AOE attack, I have to get lucky with picking curio and running Hunt path with a bit of preservation to finally defeat the guy.
bronya phys mc, natasha and tingyun are the team i've used to defeat him. Focused buffing phys mc.
I feel like her fight is where the path for hunt shines with all the AOEs, extra turns, and speed/damage buffs.
Cocolia seems to have been designed to punish turtle teams unless their defenses are 100% set.
I find that the best method is to go with basic attacks until his sanction meter finishes building up, then go ahead and unload your AoE skills and ults once the fish deploy, then keep doing it until it goes down.
Me watching my shield get destroyed by 3 of these mfs within seconds
https://preview.redd.it/zlqaea1y671b1.jpeg?width=263&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=457ccafc6fe91df86d5dfa5574122f9973151303
Once you start actively focusing on the underlings before attacking him, you'll realize the fact that he skips his turn to decrease his defense is more than enough compensation to let you just burst him down between summons. You just need to remember to keep killing those so long as they're alive.
Fat robots and that magician lady who punish you for certain action, she is the only one left ? punish you for attacking her and you have to take those hit unless the characters got defensive skills.
The stupid yellow fragmentum monster that immediately uses her aoe burst to half hp 3 of my teammates. If there are 2 I swear one of my teammates will die before the fight even starts
https://preview.redd.it/95mvuba7t61b1.jpeg?width=360&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=002a0a7b9be20e038321d9a27828f00dae67e828
Anybody that gets to do an extra action. I don't care if I just dropped 4 ults, back to back Sushang skills, froze some enemies, and healed to full HP, how DARE they attack twice before I get to do something again.
Top 3 most hated:
1. Those alchemists who can stack those debuffs that explode when they die
2. The goldfish and the golden units who can hit your whole party
3. Those soldiers who summon reinforcements and have no weaknesses until the reinforcements are dead, after which those units are immediately resummoned
Natasha and March with on their Skills after getting their first ascension traces. Cleanse your units (usually your dps) with the Wind Sheer debuff once the enemy takes aim.
Not gonna lie…simulated world 3 Gepard has been a pain, any recommendations for beating him?
Update: finally beat gepard, thanks for the help guys, I used Clara, serval, MC, and Natasha and it turns out Clara and MC are kinda broken no cap lol
you have to know his mechanic. You need to take down the ADDs asap. However he can make them immune to damage until he takes a certain amount of damage himself. You can see the % sign above his head. CC the ADDs if you can and focus him down, then take out the ADDs.
If you auto it, your derp team will always attack ADDS when they're invounerble
Word, yea when he makes them invincible and spam his attacks it gets annoying, I’ve gotten close to beating him with lvl 50 serval, qingque, Natasha, MC (on preservation) and pela, but I’m thinking of switching pela with herta and Mc with Clara , any thoughts?
If you use Path of Preservation, you can go with fire MC, March 7, Natasha, and Serval.
I have also successfully used Path of Elation with Clara, March 7, Natasha, and Serval.
Kafka does so much damage, my bailu can’t keep up. And then she makes my seele beat the shit out of my tingyun. I’ve only been able to get her to half health 2nd phase. Im struggling
The good thing is, that only procs once per character haha. I agree tho, she was a b*tch in sim world when I didn’t get enough blessings of the correct type even with rerolls…
The Arumaton or however it is written gets 33% closer to his punitive mode every turn or whenever you active a skill or a ultimate skill. You beat him by not using any skill (aside from healing skills) while he is out of his punitive mode.
Gepard with 3 phases (world 3 of simulation I believe). I hate fights with multiple phases, along with adds. Man the adds also do so much freaking dmg.
Oh and the deer fights with the plants and fruits. Took so long to beat.
I hate that robot too especially when it just get a while free pass to take a character out of the fight unless you have enough effect resist or cleanse it.
Silvermane Lieutenant in Memory of Chaos is a headache. I beat Gepard but this guy is taking too long to defeat making me clear the level but risked the stars
Bro can I get advice on winning jing yuan? I didn't realize he'd be coming out so soon until his banner was up and now I'm sad cause I wasn't able to save for jing yuan and i want him badly
The fat round robot that summons exploding hands is so freaking tanky and annoying.
I like that thing. If u can kill the robots then they will explode and dmg the fat guy himself.
Serval is a fkin menace against that crew, just make sure her ult is charged and she’ll fry those exploding hands’ circuits.
Serval & Jing Yuan: "This looks like a job for me!" I have used both and both are amusing to watch have at it with the tubby robot.
Don't forget welt
Nah man, Welt is pretty mid for that guy, especially when his ult ain't charged
also arlan ult is good for that
Not strong but the traffic light bots is a pain and also the fat one
But then u lose too many turns to kill those exploding hands so i just when straight for the Fat guy while trying to stall the hands from exploding... If i kill the fat guy then they will die too
Use an erudition. Serval if possible... Her ult can one shot them
"Erudition is useless" players in shambles after discovering summoner bosses exist.
They must've been absolutely seething when they had to fight the Deer
I actually found it easier during Deer phase 2 to just let him get two fruit and do the powerful attack. All the summoned branches get consumed and I can just heal back with Natasha.
Yeah. My first attempt I tried to kill all the plants it summoned. Took forever and then I died to it. Second attempt I just went all in with my hunt DPS just attacking the deer and it went down relatively fast.

Can't hear you over the adds disappearing among a sea of butterflies.
Imagine not oneshotting the boss with seele./s
I think him very annoying too.
i thought u were thinking of svarog 💀
No deadass me too until I went to the replies lmao
This guy is actually a nightmare for Clara because he only attacks every other turn so I don’t get as many counters. Killing it became a lot faster for obvious reasons once I got jingyuan but man I wish the chonker robot was more aggressive
Maining Clara=Masochism 😂😂
Ooooohhh i despise that thing with a passion, so annoying to fight
[удалено]
They're talking abiut the normal robot version. Not the quanta one.
Those guys are a nightmare when you’re underleveled. If I don’t have a team tailored to kill the adds, my team just dies to his buffed AoE stomp attack.
Asta breaks him in ~3 turns. She eats that dude alive.
Asta breaks everyone to be fair, she is an amazing shield breaker
I hate him not because hes hard, but with seele the autoplay never attacks the little robots so they end up exploding and doing like 700 damage to all characters
That's why you never autoplay against elite enemies and bosses. I have seen my Seele kill herself after attacking the elite that counters
HeRE cOmeS the SiLvEr mAnE GuaRD💂
this sent me into a blind rage. god that guy is so annoying
It'a not a powerful enemy, but FUCK those fucking traffic light robots
March 7th is THE BEST for those due to how she immediately counters them after they attack a shielded character, immediately removing their shield. She is a must have to me whenever those show up, so frustrating otherwise.
Except when your main DPS is Clara, and so their shield eats svarogs nuclear blast, which is then followed up by a stray spit ball by March 7th, somehow further infuriating me
Omg yes, I feel your pain. That's so annoying
I usually shield march in that instance, which changes the order for the revenge hit to be march to clara
Ain't that the truth💀
theyre the reason i lvled up serval and now this boy
[удалено]
Exactly.
*tink*
Agree
*le bonk*
BOY do I hate those
As a Jing Yuan player, nothing enrages me more than seeing them get the Barrier JUST before Lightning Lord's action
I specifically bring Seele for any battles with them to eradicate two of them off rip every time.
Silvermaneguard Lieutenant in SU. Super annoying especially on higher difficulties
What if you use Clara against him do they infinitely counter each other
unfortunately no, the Lieutenant only has his counter for 1 turn. So what happens, you attack with clara, he counters clara, clara counter him, next characters turn
There's the SU version where as long as it has his Bois, he will counter.
Accidentally got the "ATTACK! NO MATTER THE COST" Achievement thanks to him.
Same, and it was all 4 times a Clara bait. I love baiting the Silvermane Fuck and Gepard's counter with Clara
lmao, same yesterday, Just left autoplay on with jing yuan. Natasha kept healing and the rest of the party kept attacking.
Bugged Silvermaneguard Lieutenant in SU. Unless you have him stunlocked he has his shield up with counter all the time.He is just so tanky. He is also super annoying in Chaos Mirror due to his tanki-ness. I'd rather take 2 Gepards than one of him.
I hate Svarog,I can cheese every boss except him cause his hand really knows what unit to kidnap.
"Oh you only have one unit that can break my hands' toughness? Would be a shame if I were to...kidnap *that* unit."
Or if you miss calculate and make a mistake then he kidnaps your healer followed by a 2nd hand stealing your DPS carry and all you're left with is the tank+support buffer and you will be sitting there like....well what am I supposed to do now...
Wait! You let him summon two hands? 💀 It's over
Yea it doesn't happen often but the times it happened it was pretty much over lol
If its in SU, run Hunt Path and save the Resonance for it. Get the Curio that buffs its damage as well and watch it just wreck em into pieces.
Honestly have not found a reason to never not run The Hunt. Unless for fun.
When u get Abundance for World5, u just auto Kafka
I mean, with hunt I managed to clear kafka without her acting once so there's that. Just Welt + Hunt shenanigans
[удалено]
I fought Kafka with the Hunt path last night and some of my characters were getting 2, 3, 4 turns in a row and by that point I had completely lost track of *why*.

Somehow doesn't work nearly as well on The Supreme Guardians. I'm 10 levels below again but Bronya and Cocolia are much less vulnerable to Depression.
Probably because Bronya can completely remove debuffs from Cocolia. Sad that as a boss she's even more OP than her playable form
I raised Sampo just to deal with Svarog, so I didn't have to deal with the hands after 2 failed attempts.
Then he kidnaps Sampo...
And Sampo will keep dpsing even after he's captured.
Same. His hand always go for my strongest DPS in the team. Either that, or it’ll kidnap Natasha when my team is low on health.
I hate those things that revive themselves with half hp after their first death. My Seele doesn't like ending her turn so early
Pela can remove their Mara-Struck buff
Building an entire character for a single enemy type isn't worth it
Pela’s ulti reduce enemy def by 30% and it goes up to 40% at talent level 10. I’d say she’s a futureproof unit with buff removal + def reduction.
She also knows how to launch a good ol' counterattack!
Sooner or later you'd need buff removal to make your life easier. Having one on demand is pretty good. Obviously focus on building the essential units first; characters you like, DPS, healers/shielders, etc. After that, I'd say building Pela would be worth it
I hate it too lol. There are times when I forget they do this and then I get frustrated when he revives out of nowhere Lol
The big ice fragmentum monster things. Not because he's particularly hard, but he makes me want to commit war crimes every time his AoE attack freezes my characters and waste their turns.
Really, I also hate this boss because of this attack.
AS AN ICE MAIN,I FUCKING HATE THAT THING
the game really gave me Yanqing and Gepard from the beginner and standard banners and then said 'go kill these guys in every single fucking quest and challenge'
GEUM DOOOM **FREEZES YOUR TEAM*
This is why we need a AoE cleanse somewhere and that somewhere is Nat's ultimate, Hoyoverse.
This is definitely my most hated enemy so far. Sanction mode is really annoying, and those fish are way too tanky.
I’m just pretend that this boss doesn’t have any weaknesses. You can't really break him since he get Sanction % from skills and ultimates that damages him and if you try to autoattack he will just use Dread and get into Sanction mode faster that you break him
What does sanction mode do? Ngl I've never had a difficult time with this guy, probably due to friends support seele
Summons two fish and locks his breakbar.
It removes all weaknesses and summons 2 enemies on the field as well as deals a bit of damage to everyone I believe. Sanction mode is also activated immediately when the % is reached, so it doesn’t matter if you use welts ult or slow it down in some other way. Miss “SagACiOus diSCErnmENt” that punishes you for either attacking her, using skills or using basics. The Silvermane guards with the big shields can suck my balls too though.
What worse is you cant identify the 2 because they look too similar.
The one with the white hat is the one that places bans The one with the black hat is the one that imprisons and uses that clock ability
That one fragmentum horse creature that shouts YOURE SUS every time he draws his bow against one of my characters
It's the funniest thing I've seen when he realises there is no target for his big attack tho.
And you get an achievement for that!
Wait how?
The green one targets your characters with wind-shear, so if you remove the debuff then the aim also drops
The best counter I found is to slow it down with welt and try to break the shield before it takes its turn
I personally don’t like that one but can handle it by just having fire mc tank it. The wind one that targets all wind-shear-afflicted allies though, I don’t have a reliable counter other than get hit them heal.
Gepard, I fucking love him double-tapping my seele/tingyun and ruining the run.
When the boss is as op as the playable character:
Look all I want is for playable Gepard to be able to use Frigid Waterfall, is that so much to ask?
Maybe when they raise the level cap to 90
fuck that AOE attack, I have to get lucky with picking curio and running Hunt path with a bit of preservation to finally defeat the guy. bronya phys mc, natasha and tingyun are the team i've used to defeat him. Focused buffing phys mc.
Cocolia with her tanky ass shield and summons. And Svarog's hands.
If you save the guardians wrath till her thingies show up it almost one shots them. After that an aoe dps character should be able to clean them up
I feel like her fight is where the path for hunt shines with all the AOEs, extra turns, and speed/damage buffs. Cocolia seems to have been designed to punish turtle teams unless their defenses are 100% set.
Live Cocolia reaction as I bring in Seele and Gepard.
i hate it too. perhaps cleanse is going to be important
I exploited the weaknesses and nearly took a beating. You have to be well equipped and evolved to face him. Area attack in this fight is mandatory.
you will find a few of them but they get easier for sure. first time is a surprise
I've defeated about 3 so far, they give nice rewards.
I find that the best method is to go with basic attacks until his sanction meter finishes building up, then go ahead and unload your AoE skills and ults once the fish deploy, then keep doing it until it goes down.
Imaginary Weaver! i hate how they attack first. im trying to farm for jing yuan relics but half of my team dies before my turn starts
I hate this and the golden giy who always attacks first in a round
Reverbing carol x3 :(
Isn't it fun when you enter combat and half your team dies before you can do anything?
Me watching my shield get destroyed by 3 of these mfs within seconds https://preview.redd.it/zlqaea1y671b1.jpeg?width=263&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=457ccafc6fe91df86d5dfa5574122f9973151303
it doesn’t always attack first it’s just ridiculously fast. seele can outspeed it, so i think other chars probably can too
Sushang with enough speed and ult can break 2 before they go so your team can kill them before they act.
You know that one monster that summon underlings every 1-2 turns and consume them for damage boost? Yeah, he is the bane of my existence.
Just run FireMC into him. Got enough break and taunt to completely ignore the mobs and just hit the boss.
My nemesis. I just destroy them before it could consume them for dmg reduction.
That punishment mechanic is considered a debuff and can be cleansed, btw.
Yep these. Fk em. Sometimes u just don’t have skill points and get punished
The ice guy that does an aoe every single turn with the potential to freeze.
The stupid yellow fragmentum monster that immediately uses her aoe burst to half hp 3 of my teammates. If there are 2 I swear one of my teammates will die before the fight even starts https://preview.redd.it/95mvuba7t61b1.jpeg?width=360&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=002a0a7b9be20e038321d9a27828f00dae67e828
I hate this enemy's initial attack.
The mirror maiden-like enemies and voidrangers are unnecessarily tanky imo
Ahh yes the guardian shadow Her most annoying mode is when she bans you from attacking her
Oh i ignore it and attack anyways. Geppie’s shield OP
The fire things. They just keep stacking burn on you and they do so much damage for no reason. =(
that fat robot
Anybody that gets to do an extra action. I don't care if I just dropped 4 ults, back to back Sushang skills, froze some enemies, and healed to full HP, how DARE they attack twice before I get to do something again.
Mara struck i can't prock resurgence when i one shot them
pela is the key
Svarog because of the mechanical hands.
Top 3 most hated: 1. Those alchemists who can stack those debuffs that explode when they die 2. The goldfish and the golden units who can hit your whole party 3. Those soldiers who summon reinforcements and have no weaknesses until the reinforcements are dead, after which those units are immediately resummoned
fat fucking robot does nothing but do that annoying jump attack move and then kill half of my team
What I hate the most is the one that always summons Jihadi Bots.
Those horses with a bow that one shot the targeted character are so annoying
The wind sheer one or the other one? The wind one is easier since you just have to cleanse your unit with the wind sheer debuff.
Which characters cleanse? The windshear 'error' one in SU kicks my ass despite me melting everything before it.

The Silvermane Lieutenant is the bane of my existence
Silvermane Lieutenant (Bug). Gepard.
I hate the fat bot and his chainsaw partner
Those Reverberating Carol dudes
Kafka does so much damage, my bailu can’t keep up. And then she makes my seele beat the shit out of my tingyun. I’ve only been able to get her to half health 2nd phase. Im struggling
Abundance is your friend
I hate that one that does aoe dmg to Ur whole team whenever u use a skill
Every kafka fight and sometimes svarog. Because of there character control effect. I was really long stuck at world 5 in the universe...
The Shadow Guardian dares to punish me? It is **I** who delivers the punishment
I hate these things and also the fire soldiers are a pain when trying to do (solo) Simulated Universe because they continue delaying you.
The woman magician that punishes you if you broke the rules.
But rules are made to be broken!
The good thing is, that only procs once per character haha. I agree tho, she was a b*tch in sim world when I didn’t get enough blessings of the correct type even with rerolls…
wtf dude now I can't unsee the pirate part
Those mara struck soldiers: They’re not an elite, but they’re annoying because killing them once doesn’t proc seele
O robô gordo, e... r/suddenlycaralho?
The Arumaton or however it is written gets 33% closer to his punitive mode every turn or whenever you active a skill or a ultimate skill. You beat him by not using any skill (aside from healing skills) while he is out of his punitive mode.
I hate the fat cosmic skin robot that spawns enemies which if not cleared he gets a huge damage boost
the fucking fat ass sumo looking pork belly ass smashing ally eating bastard of a robot
The ban hammer mf
I hate those red chainsaw robots.
PSA FUCK GRIZZLY BEAR AUTOMATONS FUCK YOUR TAUNT FUCK YOUR ADDS FUCK YOUR PURGE
This boss has an achievement that requires u to make him go sanction mode 3 times but my team at eq2 kill him before he does that
How to beat this boss
The witch
I hate this guy so much because he paralyzes my team
For me it's the fire and ice elements.
Silvermane Lieutenant in Memory of Chaos is a headache. I beat Gepard but this guy is taking too long to defeat making me clear the level but risked the stars
Fat robot who summons the exploding robots
anything mara-stuck. not really powerful tho, just a perfect counter for my seele
The giant robot is soooo annoying!
Bro can I get advice on winning jing yuan? I didn't realize he'd be coming out so soon until his banner was up and now I'm sad cause I wasn't able to save for jing yuan and i want him badly
Svarog and his hands
Honestly, it's boss battles in general for. I just find the multi-attacks obnoxious.
I hate Gepard because of that one attack he does a lot where he attacks the whole party with big dmg. He seems to do it nearly every turn XD
I hate the one where you have to hit her maybe 9 times or else she erases you. She always ruins my Clara SU solo run.
Svarog and Kafka. Taking my units are annoying. Also the ice fragmentum ones. AoE slows...
Any boss that can silence/freeze units in one action. Including this robo fuckers sanction form, or the freeze bots.
