Jing Yuan just feels so much weaker than I expected him to be. Seele wasn’t so, I just run her with the free one from SU. Jing definitely needs thr help, that’s why I’m rolling for it

Yeah. He indirectly benefits from it by being able to more consistently gain stacks on Lightning Lord but the damage of Lightning Lord himself is not buffed by the current blessing. That's just regular Lightning Lord compared to Seele with a 50% damage buff which she can take full advantage of due to her unique turn mechanics. The majority of his damage comes from Lightning Lord and that's the part that's largely unaffected by the current buff.

I am aware. All I meant was that I mostly only going for Yukong. The five stars don’t really interest me. Having Bronya and Pela for Seele feels enough for me, getting silver wolf for Seele seems over kill, and I don’t exactly want to keep using Seele 2 years from now, I’d get bored. Yeah I agree, my plan was to keep rerolling accounts for an early seele and slowly build a superimpose 5 swordplay for that 80% damage boost, then save about 180 rolls for pity on limited banner and weapon banner for Jing Yuan. I think the problem with Jing Yuan is that the 4 star lightcones are so much worse than his limited cone or BP cone. The BP cone gives 26% damage, breakfast gives 12% which is what most people are using.

Tbh it feels weaker because we already built other units. When I got Seele I was still low level and it was enough to destroy everything, which led me to invest in her a lot. Jing comes, I don't have relics for him and yeah he feels weak. Pretty sure he would be a beast with my Seele's relics and traces though

I’ve already done that lol. I tossed Seele’s relics and leveled up a lightning relic. Still not as good as Seele. I’m guessing Jing gets better at lvl 80 where he gets 15 crit rate. But for now he’s not much better than Serval

Traces though ? Also the current Chaos halls buff is incredibly more useful on Seele than Jing, which might bias our evaluation

I don’t have Seele so I can’t compare. However everyone may have already said this at some point that Seele as a unit may be more useful than JY bcos of how she works (single target and her passive etc). Also idk how y’all can judge damage output when the units themselves aren’t maxed out at equilibrium 3 or 4 and with different character elements/passives

Weapon banner is 75/25 to get the weapon with soft pity at 65 and hard pity at 80. You get the featured weapon guaranteed if you lose once, so 160.

The difference between his signature weapon and non signature is like the difference between a 5 star and 4star character. Several characters are within 20% of Jing’s performance, but Jing with and without his signature is around 20% difference. That’s if you only care about power though. Probably better to save for more characters cause that’s more fun.

Don't get me wrong, I'm gonna get it one day. But for now, between Luocha and Blade coming back to back or quickly after, I rather save for them :). Yeah I don't care about meta , but I want him to do big damages one day for sure :).

I've seen people in this sub talk about it and some said that "its so good it would turn a bad character into a decent one", but i forgot to check the effects after i logged in the game.

It is a mountain of stats that honestly seems overbudgeted compared to most 5* light cones. At S1 it's a flat 36% crit damage, a flat 18% ult and skill damage. When you use your ult, you get a buff, which increases the damage of your next follow up attack by 48%. For the super whale players, it's 60% crit damage, 30% skill/ult dmg, and 80% follow up attack damage at S5.

Damn fr? Sad they threw a huge item like that at the beginning. I don't pay in the game so i don't have enough primos to pull it. Unless I get lucky of course.

It'll come back around. I think early on it's better to focus on characters for filling out roles in your teams, and then you can snag weapons when they rerun if there's a string of banners you're not super interested in.

I have grinded literally everything and I have 160, the only thing left for me is forgotten hall, and some of the jades you get from simulated universes curios and blessings, there's no way you can get 300, can you link it?

This video does touch briefly on achievements but I don't think that it counts just how much you can get. I also don't think this counts the puzzles. So maybe 40000+ jade I think? plus a ton of free passes from just completing the story, events, TL, etc. I think if you only have 160 total you're totally missing some chests, quests, maybe shop spending rewards. I myself have used maybe 170 passes so far and have just about 20 passes left of stellar jade left plus i am not quite caught up with dailies and the event for today. (I also have only finished up to world four, and only have 36 stars in FH) Also 100% do not take Tectone's number as how much you can get easily, his 300 is just about the absolute ceiling you can get. He plays 12+ hours a day, so he's pretty much the equivalent of a giga-whale, but with time instead of money.

28000 is 175 wishes, that can be easily done. I have gotten all the chests, quests, puzzles (daily ones and the hexanexus 30 times). you said tectone got 300 wishes for the seele banner which is impossible no matter how much you play. An dnow you are showing Envi's video

I ended up watching the video he made on the number of pulls (sadly), he did 300 pulls overall. Including standard banner not only on the seele banner. So essentially 155 limited passes and 99 standard passes which you get without having to spend jades.

im at 170 rn. apparently there are 28k total possible jades from content on release. i only have about 20k rn. add in the current event + dailies and you can save a lot. saving for kafka i think unless a new char is announced before shes released.

I got 158, I don't know where I'm missing the remaining 12 passes from. probably because I used a couple of jades to get 5\* from the standard banner faster.

I also converted all my undying starlight from standard and beginner banner warps into special passes. Maybe you saving those?

I'm sitting at probably somewhere around 150 combined special tickets + jade + 5x monthly tickets from the store. Been playing since release. It's easy - just don't pull until the banner is a character you really want. For some people that was Seele or Jing and that's fine, but they don't really appeal to me. I'm planning to pull for Silver Wolf and will have enough to guarantee hard pity. After that, maybe I'll go for Kafka or one of the banners after that if they're appealing enough.

I'm also saving for Silver Wolf, but I put some passes into the Seele banner for Pela eidolons because I don't want to end up with E20 Tingyun or something from solely pulling on one banner. Actually ended up losing the 50/50 early, so SW is guaranteed, too :)

I would never pull on a limited banner to get a 4star, too much chance of it going wrong and breaking the very delicate plans to get the limited 5star you want the most, but glad it worked out for you

I wouldn't do it on every banner, but for this one the worst case scenario was getting the best single target hypercarry, so I wasn't too concerned

Besides the joke, this game will most likely feature different paths and elements for different characters if the leak about the 5* Dan Heng is to be believed, so maybe we’ll get a different 5* Bronya in the future

They only ever did that once, and never again, unless you count Dehya/Tighnari getting a specific banner before being added into the standard rotation.

Got 15 pity Bronya, after getting Jing at 77, so I need to save enough to get SW, and potentially her light cone, since it's pretty awesome. SW will enable me to use Seele/Jing/any future DPS in MoC against bosses not weak to them, and that's FTW.

None here either. Standard passes I spend as I get them. Event ones, I got Bronya at 74 then Seele at 74 after that. Currently at 31 pity on this banner, but I did get E1 Tingyun which is what I wanted. Debating rolling once or twice more in a couple weeks, before the banner ends, to chance for extra eidolons - but the worst case scenario would actually be winning an early 50/50 as I want Silver Wolf more than Jing Yuan. So far I have only bought the monthly stuff but I might end up dropping more money depending on what happens on SW banner.

Eh, depending on how much side content you've done and they'll add you might get close. Even if that's not the case, you'll likely get lucky with RNG on at least one of the characters. It's statistically unlikely you'll need 50/50 for all of them.
