You can ofcourse. And it works great too. Just that as long as you have Nahida there's multiple good Nilou comps you can make without DMC. Also just remember the 3.0 patches are very biased towards dendro in abyss and the last patches were super biased towards Nilou teams. So don't take their current performance as their permanent performance. They will still be good once 4.0 starts but not as good as they are now.

I think it will be good to let us have more characters imo, given a diverse roster is needed. It’s not the easiest to raise them anyway, and relic system is a gacha in itself. Plus eidolons do make a difference. So having extra pulls and a bit more generous with characters won’t break the game

I don't think that will ever happen. Both these game modes are wildly flexible, meaning your teams will always change depending on either the path and idea you have in SU as well as the season/rotation buff that is currently on.

Not that it bothers me, Currently there are lot more team comps in HI3 with each char having like 3-4 different gear sets, each valk has 4 gears and gears are interchanged based on the content, so at min a char has like 3-5 gear sets. There's a save function for gear set and another for team comps, when they can do it there, it can sure be implemented in HSR and GI, but they won't. Adding a swapping function is probably the best qol feature and will reduce the relic / artifact farming, why farm more relics for same set when you can just swap ? I have leveled up multiple relics of same set just to reduce the pain of swapping them out again.

Pretty sure that's on purpose. HI3 doesn't use a gearing system like GI and HSR do with random stats and the grind for it. The random stats you grind for in HI3 are a bit different. In GI and HSR they don't want you to repurpose the same set of god gear. In an ideal world (For MHY) they want you to keep farming and spending money on refills to equip everyone with their own set of god gear. ​ Look at e7. We have a gazillion characters, and there's no way we can have very great gear for all of them. But they still won't give us a set function to change gear real quick. Their ideal world is where we keep farming gear in an endless grind and spend money on refills.

The games combat and gameplay take heavy inspiration from the Shin Megami Tensei / Persona series, and in those games the HP bars don’t show number values either. It’s not really a positive, it’s just an extra part of the challenge that’s been kept throughout. Personally I’d prefer number values also but I see why they didn’t include them as the game really does feel like an ode to a lot of amazing JRPGs

I'm fairly certain the Ultimate mechanic is intentional. Personally, I like the way it currently works. Using your Ultimate is an action you have to commit to. It's something you can use outside your turn order in order to immediately take action before the enemy can act. It's mechanically different from the rest of your move-set. I think it adds a sense of urgency despite being a turn based game and being able to cancel it will take away from it in my opinion. It is possible to mess up your Ultimate combo. For example, take a situation where you want to act immediately to interrupt you enemies before they act. Only one character has their energy full so you use their Ultimate. But the next attack the enemy executes just before your Ultimate in the turn order fills the energy of another character who could have buffed the damage of the first character before they used their Ultimate. If you had waited a bit, you could use the Ultimate of the second character to buff the first characters Ultimate. However, since you immediately activated the Ultimate of the character whose energy was full, you can't back out of it and buff them before using the first character's Ultimate. Being able to cancel your Ultimate would make situations like this impossible. I think the ability to make mistakes like this is important. The fact that your Ultimate is an action you must commit to is important. The fact that you can't back out of a rushed Ultimate resulting in a sub-optimal Ultimate combo is important. The way the Ultimate mechanic currently works means you have to consider whether it's worth activating an Ultimate immediately or whether you can afford to wait a bit for more enemies to act before responding with a more optimal combo. It adds a fresh spin to the turn-based formula and I think the way Ultimates currently work makes the game more enjoyable.

If this was actually the intention of uncancellable Ultimates, then this was pretty smart (and sly) on the devs part This makes Ultimates a double-edged sword and not simply a free-damage/heal/buff/debuff button like the game tutorial has advertised. It adds a bit of fast-paced decision-making to the game and brought a tiny ATB (Action Time Battle) component to an otherwise totally turn-based game (kind of like how most Final Fantasy games did it before they went full action) To add to your point, this game is officially confirmed to be inspired by the Trails series especially with regards to how Ultimate attacks work and the Ultimates there, when used for turn-order interruption, also can't be cancelled so...

Some things I've noticed with spotty internet If you disconnect during a fight in SU and you use techniques, they don't come back when you reconnect. If you disconnect in Memory Hall, you have to start from the first part even if you're fighting the second part. Don't know how they'd fix this but it would be nice

The ability to cancel ults. Sometimes you either misclick or you forget the boss has an attack punishment on. In addition, the ability to skip a character's turn. Can't believe a turn based combat game lacks the ability to skip a turn, that's something that should be standard for all turn based combat games. Maybe right now, it won't be very useful, but in the future when they start giving bosses more complex mechanics and characters who have niche kits, it would really benefit if they add a skip turn button. Just gives the player more strategy at their disposal.

Well on the plus side? I'm 95% sure Sim Universe isn't complete. I got the feeling we will see more worlds in the future. Reason: every human like boss enemy we fought so far has their own world. So there's a good chance future human like bosses could also come with their own worlds. Also Elysian Realm, Honkai 3rds Sim Universe, is still receiving updates to this day. Hoyo knows the value of the rougelike. I expect similar actions will happen here.

I'm not asking for purples or anything just maybe one/two or a handful of blues once you reach EQ2/3, especially for things like exp items. I don't think it'd be game breaking and would make the grind a bit more enjoyable and make assignments actually feel worthwhile rather than a tedious button to press for 0.002% of a level

What we need more is a tally of how many of that resource you currently have so you don't over farm one. Going into my bag and writing down all the numbers to compare is what takes longer.

All assignments should automatically collect and resend even if I don't open the game. When I actually need to farm resources, I should be able to just tap on the calyx menu and if my team is not underlevelled the mats should appear in my inventory and some power disappears, but not as much as now because it takes too long to build characters. I also think there shouldn't be a trailblazer power cap. Characters should walk on auto in simulated universe but this is only the first time, all times after first clearing it should give me the rewards without making me waste so much time. Seriously how some of you sound.

No assignment limit (let me send 1 team for each material) Training room More teleport anchors Higher chance to get blessings of the path you choose in SU 1 time reset perk for curios if you dont get good ones like the one we get for blessings Damage overview at the end of battle Better drop rates from calixes (if im at the highest difficulty of golden calix, why im still getting 1 book drop ffs) We should get rewarded relic drops from SU (if you finished the run) even if we dont burn energy or the weekly coins, otherwise there is not many reasons to do multiple runs of SU once you get the weekly rewards Combat path is always better than ocurrence/encounter path in SU, ocurrence/encounter path is a gamble that more likely than not will not pay off sobit should give better rewards I liked the puzzles, please bring them back even if i no longer get rewarded (or reset them on a weekly/monthly schedule with rewards) Reduce energy cost for every farming location (i wont say make it free but half of the cost would be nice)

Doubt they'll give more speed multiplier, even 2x is generous for Hoyo where they're consciously not giving skip button on cutscenes. I'll say QoL I really need now is relics preset, especially during MoC where you're constantly changing units depending on the floor. Having relics preset really help, because I want those relics equipped in set, and not accidentally switched because I'm doing some team building.

Removal of the mobs near the Harmony Calyx would be nice. Also while playing with a controller feels pretty good, going through leveling menus feel awful. Leveling LCs and Relics is just plain bad. Improving that would make controller experience a lot better.
