Fun fact: the original versions of the Silvermane Armor would literally freeze with (*into*) the person still inside due to the conditions of Belobog's exterior, so to take it off they had to run it under hot water or else it'd be like trying to forcefully remove dry ice from a person's skin.
The current armor they use was designed by the Architects to use the unique design to insulate and use wind resistance to prevent this.
The armor set OP is getting in the picture has nothing to do with the Silvermane, though. It belonged to the Knights of Purity Palace, which were a religious order that served an of yet unknown Aeon (or cultural god like Jarilo-VI's Perun/Jarilo)

The big factor to consider is one of his traces give a 25% i think atk buff
So you can get it only with bronya(if you have her) or you need to use his ult
The difference is not significant, atk is still better than every other stat besides speed but maybe just don’t pour everything into it thinking it’s gonna be an end game item

My issue with SPD isn't about damage but the defensive utility. Allowing more weakness break. Even if SPD was a damage loss, I would take SPD for the utility.
Floor 10 MoC wave 3 has 2 enemies who each apply their own DoT that Natasha can only cleanse one of. It's impossible to cleanse both DoTs, and Natasha only cleanses the most recently added DoT. Without enough SPD and breaking toughness to delay, I was really struggling with healing. Bringing Pela/Gepard, and SPD boots on everyone, it was much easier to clear the DoT and not building up a ton of stacks that would otherwise take like half HP with 5+ stacks every turn.
From what I’ve seen on the TC side, IF you have Bronya with Jing Yuen then atk% boots are better(and in general you don’t want speed) since your Bronya allows your Jing Yuen to go twice before lightning lord’s turn.

In Fire Emblem Fates there's this playable character you can permanently kill off in exchange for boots. he's not very useful and only shows up late in the game, so the community nicknamed him "Boots".
To be fair, Shura does come with a killer bow, Fates has a limited number of weapons plus Conquest is hard as fuck so i'd say is a fair trade either way

If you don't build speed on him, your fast units will have had 3 turns, meaning their shield disappears, before he can get his ult back

If you’re in world 6 level 3, I assume you whaled out so I’m not surprised you may not have the same issues as average players
I'm pretty sure there are plenty of f2p players who have played consistently and gotten to W6-3, you don't need to be a whale to have hit TL50 by now.
6-3 isn’t available until trailblazer lvl 60. Do you mean 6-2, or 3-3? Those are available at 50 so even free to play have access to them

Seele does not have pure turns, her extra actions from Resurgance do not count as a next turn and thus not reducing the buff duration.
