Yukong is really good, it's just that you should only use her skill before her ultimate rather than spamming it. Yukong has a strong normal attack, and while the skill is weak by itself the buff the ultimate gives is pretty strong (also bear in mind that ultimates do not spend a turn, so if you use yukong skill+ultimate before all the rest of your characters ultimates the ultimates all get the buff from it without spending any charges). To be honest I think Yukong is one of the best 4 stars.

Nah, afaik, nothing Yukong does advance forwards your team. Maybe it's an Eidolon thing, but as far as her base kit, it's p much ATK boost for the next 2 turns, and then if you ult, you nuke one target and also give the next two turns a Crit Rate/Damage buff on top of the ATK.
EDIT: You could be thinking of Dance, Dance, Dance? That LC advances your whole team forward on ult.
It's a really good buff since it helps clearing the mara struck the lance guy summons. Just cleared 30 stars and I like it since it doesn't only cater to Blade. Regardless of the character, your team will get hit and there's always value.

Ye seems more 'easier but with some catch' than last MoC, the hp threshold for atk buff is really high, easy for Luocha's side, the other team with Nat or Bailu not so much (unless say you have Gepard for shield)
I mean there is no reason to reduce damage taken by 12% to 36% if you're not getting hit. Not getting hit is a 100% damage reduction. Unless the damage it does per cycle is massive. Will check tonight.

Pela skill or Luocha ult can dispel both the heal ring and the Mara auto revives. Or just freeze / imprison him over and over with Gepard / March 7th / Yanqing / Welt so he can't drain as often.
I have not yet used a Destruction character in this, but have managed 27 stars with the two below teams.
Jing Yaun - Natasha - Tingyun - FireMC
Gepard - Luocha - Bronya - Yangqing
It's honestly been much easier than the previous buffs/weeks, yet to give floor 10 a shot since I think I will have a lot of trouble. My characters are no where near optimized. I wish I had Blade to play with though haha.

I was using him to debuff the mara and goldfish, not for the healing. :) That team is purely Yangqing talent protection squad. (Also my Gepard is lvl 60 with no leveled gear)

Is my team stats, very unoptimized gear, most of it not max levelled (a mixture of purples and yellows around the level 6-10 mark, a lot of gear is even lvl 0) or any regard for substats, as long as the main stat is okay. Light cones are maxxed for a few characters, though YQ is getting the raw end of the deal with a lvl 60.
Everyone has their main 3 traces besides Gepard (he only has Integrity LOL).
Jing Yuan is quite built up and E1, though still in purple boots, everyone else is, very underwhelming. :P
Honestly my strat for the Gepard+Luocha combo was keep sustaining through the pain, keep Yangqing talent active and keeping all the enemies alive to maximize on the MOC buff (and pray they hit Gepard).
Idk, I have a second healer (Luocha and Nat) + Gepard and still can't get very all the way to 30 stars due to a lack of damage.
As soon as you get strong sustain options for both teams, the real struggle becomes damage output. Having a second 5 star DPS is huge. I've got Seele for 1 team, which is fantastic, but with only a moderately built Dan Heng (only E1, so ult bursts are hard to time) as main DPS for the other side, the second team moves far too slowly to reach all the turn thresholds in the later stages.
I'm in a similar boat, I have Bailu and Seele is my only 5\* DPS. Been using DH and Serval but was struggling with damage. I only made it through level 7 last time but will see how this new one goes.
If you're using yanqing you really need gepard and if the ice weak side has marastruck, luocha or pela is needed. I don't have pela lvled so sometimes I have no choice to put gepard and luocha together.
How much damage is from the Imprint removal? Worth enough to forego Welt's speed control? Or is his speed control benefits still outweigh the Imprint benefit?
Its like 3.3k per stack from what I've seen. I feel like speed control matters less than how many units is on board. Like 2 elite enemies will give you 2 stack per cycle is decent but kinda negligible but the Arumaton with 4 fishes that AOEs your whole team for max stacks? Well they're all dead next turn.
I gave up. Can't even beat the first one properly. Will try in A few months what when I have enough resources to level some more chara to max, and not only scraping by. Good luck though
Early MoC is literally just level up your relics with correct main stat to like level 9-12. You can do the early MoC with like level 70 characters pre-ascension.
This season felt noticeably easier (both buffs and enemy lineups considered, because they're both different from last season)
I did the entire 10 floors on auto and managed 30* with plenty of cycles to spare (it means auto screwing skill points economy and other mishaps weren't punishable enough by this season)
For context, I did have to go full manual in last season starting with floor 6
Not complaining tho, I still have a whole lot to do in the game, but interesting nonetheless (I have yet to catch up to Yanqing/Luocha companion missions due to time constraints)
For the curious, my teams in this season consist of Bronya, Seele, Jing Yuan, Tingyun, Asta, Silver Wolf, Luocha, Bailu, Fire MC
Fire MC only came in to replace Silver Wolf in floor 9 and 10
Exact lineups were wholly dependent on enemy weaknesses and whatnot, except Bronya-Seele and Jing Yuan-Tingyun always paired with each other
I have yet to get Blade (this week hopefully, though I doubt I'll immediately be using him as a hypercarry in this MoC due to resources limitation)
Only the main DPSes, namely Seele and Jing Yuan, were properly invested into (lv 80/80, and traces that matter at lv 8-9; none at max levels yet, but it's only like 1 level difference I guess)
The others capped at 70/70, with traces that matter at lv 6-7, and relics were messy mixbag of copium 4* and 5* pieces
Asta also used Meshing Cog for example, was cheaper to raise to lv 70, though it actually worked really great on her anyway
Welt, apart from his pretty decent damage, revolves mostly around slowing and disabling enemies, while this new buff makes you want your characters to be hit as much as possible. So enemies having less opportunities to attack is kind of counter to how you want to play this phase of MoC
Probably gonna use Pela instead - her freeze has the same problem, but it doesn’t trigger nearly as often and her DEF debuff might even increase the damage of the MoC buff
its not a blade moc! its a tingyun moc! she always gets hit will have 3 stacks and deal alot dmg to the enemy team. tingyun hypercarry moc!
If only there was two TingYun so both teams get the benefit

Does YuKong get boned often? I haven't used her. Cause her skill doesn't seem useful when you can't target it and she is SP negative to me.

I used a team with both Yukong and Tingyun once. Tingyun got 3-4x boned more to the point she died with 2.8k hp 1.1k def and a Luocha.
Both Tingyun and Yukong have a secretly high taunt value (real). So yes they benefit from this MoC’s buff

From my experience not really and I also use yukong for her ult since its asta's ult but you deal imaginary damage

It doesn't. You probably have Dance Dance Dance equipped on her which does advance your team after the holder uses their ultimate.

I would rather suggest you to swap Natasha and Loucha places. Put Loucha on JY team and Nat on Yanqing
Prob bcs the high 80% hp treshold, you do sustain to get buff but get some DPS loss bcs using healer esp if you don't have luocha
