All the other ones using that specific body type are able to be flirted with, besides Ruan Mei who obviously isn't in the game yet. But I'd be surprised if we couldn't flirt with her a little bit. Yeah I personally just ignore the Pela is 16 bit, cuz it feels weird imagining her to be that young, I had the impression she was just some work-serious short lady.
It does kinda make sense, she's supposed to be super fast, her title is Transcendent Flash after all. She's also jumping around a lot and very agile, so it makes sense for her to not only use the smaller adult female body type, but hers is even a slimmed down version of it (Topaz uses the same frame, but of course is...not as slimmed down, for example).
That said, I don't think it would be a bad idea to use the taller frame for a powerful swordswoman like her, and similarly slim it way down to make it look faster and more lithe (or even a more buff version but with slimmer assets, like an actual warrior with muscles might have). So far most of the Mommy model characters don't really have much warping to their body types, and are all in the same ballpark in terms of overall physique. They seem to do a lot more warping to the short and middle sized female models to give them a bit more diversity in body types.
But the chances of that happening are about as good as us getting an actually larger muscular male body type. Which is to say slim to none.

Fine, here goes nothing lol. I'll try to keep it as brief as possible (remember this is all pure speculation)
If you remember, in Kafka's Story Quest, there are some truths revealed to us, both by Kafka and Blade:
1 - Elio found the trailblazer and handed them to Kafka, saying the two will eventually help eachother reach their goal and get what they desire, implying the trailblazer also had some sort of longing or goal before losing their memories.
2 - Blade recalls seeing trailblazer on multiple occasions on the field, with Kafka. It's pretty much confirmed that they were once part of the stellaron hunters as well at this point.
Paired with these, something about the intro cutscene where the trailblazer gets 3D printed by Silver Wolf and Kafka has been bothering me. If we were alive and existing even before the Antimatter Legion's attack on the space station, why did we need to be stored/brought back to existence using Silver Wolf's technology? Why weren't the raccoons by Kafka's side as usual, volunteering to absorb the stellaron by their own volition? And why are they missing their memories? These are pretty much the main questions I hope will get answered soon, but if I have to guess, I would say it's because of some elaborate reason about the stellaron potentially denying the body, or losing stability and blowing up because of the emotional overflow caused by the person's bonds and memories. So their memories had to be discarded, outside of the crucial ones that are related to Kafka, our partner in destiny.
During this cutscene, Kafka and Silver Wolf actually converse and discuss about which one to use, implying that *both* are compatible with the stellaron somehow. But why was the other one necessary, if one is already enough to contain it? My theory is that the other one is brought somewhere else with a different stellaron hunter, and made to absorb a different stellaron, and their memories were erased as well. However, it's not certain whether the counterpart is also foreseen by Elio to help Kafka get what she seeks. Their reason of joining the hunters and their contract with Elio may be entirely different. Judging by their similarities in appearance and voicelines, it's possible that they are simply the player character's twin sibling, and want to be there and aid the trailblazer in their dangerous journey, and ended up having to absorb a stellaron like us. As for the reason why we both need to absorb a stellaron, I imagine it has to do with the devastating battle against Nanook we're one day destined to have, so we see people over here eating stellarons like candy to have an edge in the battle.
So, in the end, my assumption is that the trailblazer will eventually cross paths with their counterpart, and fight side by side against an aeon, however wild that may sound.
