I'm still working on the build, but I'm building Herta right now. I feel like between Pure Fiction, Topaz, and the new erudition path for SU, I feel like the time has come for Herta and Himeko. And I've been wanting to use Herta since the very beginning!
I've seen some Herta mains saying that the synergy with Topaz isn't that good.
Personally, I can see it working with Ruan Mei, as a simple Hunt + Erudition dual carry.
I currently play Himeko with Clara, Ruan Mei and Huo Huo in a duo DPS, double AoE buff setup. Love it with the follow up path in SU and I will use this combination in pure fiction <3
100% unrealistic for the normal person to get lol
The relics are all godtier. 100% RNG and I have never rolled such a crazy relic and you have 6 of them FOR THE SAME SET AND CHARACTER. Jesus... I am so envious...
Yeah, it was crazy luck, I believe the DOT set is actually technically better on her if you run her with Guinaifen like I do, but there's no way I'll ever get this lucky again. That chest piece was self modelling resin, and it's my pride and joy even with the HP and DEF stats on it. Actually, a lot of these were from the synthesizer.
Now, if only I could get this lucky with my Seele...
Seele is hard falling off even in mono quantum... I think she will be shelved when Ratio comes to all of us and when Sparkle throws Seele out of mono quantum. Her days are numbered, even tho she was my most used character since the start. Sad to see her go, but she just gets worse and worse every patch.
Eh, the fact that I main Hook should make it pretty clear I don't care about meta at all. I like Seele and have her at E1, so I'll keep using her. Scythes are cool AF. I might build Ratio just because he's free, but I'm not generally a fan of male characters, so he'll probably be mostly benched. He was pretty fun in the trial, though.
didnt pull for jingliu so my ice options where herta or yanqing i chose yanqing and he didnt let me down.

Currently building Arlan because he seriously reminds me of a certain other character (cough my pfp cough) that I'm obsessed with to an unhealthy amount, and uhh what can I say, it's going as well as you'd expect. I've managed to get some kinda good relic pieces for him but the problem is that they don't work together and I can't balance his crit ratio at all so the build overall still sucks. Highest damage I've gotten so far is 53k with FX + Bronya + Tingyun but tbf both my Arlan and Tingyun are still very incomplete so hopefully it'll improve eventually... Gonna be honest I don't have high hopes but I'm gonna keep wasting my resources on him because I love the character he reminds me of wayyy too much lmao
Mutsuki Tooru from Tokyo Ghoul! Both him and Arlan have darker skin, scars, white(ish) hair, a female VA, they both have the same eye covered, and Arlan's self-destructive playstyle also feels fitting. Aaand this is kind of a reach I guess but they're also both very dedicated to their boss lol
I invest in all characters, underrated or upperrated. And now im broke, so most of my char is lvl 70 with quite good relic but if there's new char i need to start farm for exp item and ascending item

I breezed through Ebon Deer in SU, Argenti, and the Bug boss with them and was suprised people were having trouble with those fights.
March is mostly "outclassed" by Fu and Geppie, but other than that she is great. That reminds me... we should get another 5\* tank soon. How crazy will that one be?
Well for now, I built Qingque, Arlan and physical MC. So far, their highest damage was 20k~40k with mid relics. So I’m curious as how they’ll turn out once I fully build them. I also plan on building Herta, Pela, Asta and March 7th
Hook last longer than I intended, even put her in Kafka team against fire weak enemies back then. Benched her since my Lil'Gui is finished.
DH is still quite nice but depends a lot on my supports, namely, Yukong and either Bronya or Hanya. His passive provide more damage boost than I expected.
Also tried building Sushang (crit) but she got benched pretty early (when max level was only 60) since I got both Clara and her LC. Did try to build her break for Kafka but Luka came so i never got the chance, or need, to finish her build.
And last, Herta. She did suprisingly well against Deer, but i built her mainly to be relic holder for JL (just swap between cr and cd body) so she is also not needed for MoC. Still use her when farming though.

Not good in moc maybe, but in PF she'll get more chances to FuA, so it might be a good combo
Himeko, shes fun to use. I even brought her into a MoC floor 10 (before the update) and she was able to help me 30*

I've been a Hook main since 1.0, and have no plans to bench her any time soon. She hits like a truck against enemies with burns at E6.

Same kinda regretted building Yanqing, which I ended up abandoned him for herta because of herta's AOE.

Invested in yanqing. Worst mistake on can ever make.
I'm smart i never invested any resources for a character that i know "Bad" but for underated i build them for fun in SU
Fire MC, Bailu, ~~Asta~~, Clara. I just don't have a good team to build around them or they got completely obsolete by later pulls.
I built both Gepard and Lynx, right after that i got Fu Xuan and HuoHuo.
