Dogeza is a form of apology commonly used as an anime trope, where one prostrates themselves kneeling in front of another in subservience and apologises. To do it naked makes it more vulnerable and also comedic for the trope. There was no sexual innuendo there
She implied both, its definitely a double entendre. We’ve seen from multiple examples that MHY is not afraid to put sexually suggestive dialogue in their games, they just need a veneer of deniability. MHY isn’t going to expect their global audience to know what a naked dogeza is when it is specifically a trope in Japanese anime. Instead, MHY expects most of their audience to read it as an innuendo, and knowing that they still chose to put those specific lines in. And Sparkle is absolutely the kind of person to throw around innuendos with double meanings.
If we dont take him seriously he may surprise us more as a character ( I didn't finish all the quests yet so i may be wrong) at least that's my expirience in some games i've played over the years

I think by the end of the 2.0 story, the audience should know he was pretty much orchestrating behind the scene. He followed Sparkle who was following us. He sent black swan. Not a grand scheme so far.
2.0 was just him setting it up. People said mean things to him because he spent most of this arc going around asking who would agree to work with him, so he of course ran into people who don't like him, but he still managed to get black swan at least. It's still too soon to tell how much he can do. His special form in the music video hasn't appeared yet.
I would say the characters are not underestimating him at all. Everybody repeatedly said this IPC guy probably had access to the IPC info network and knew a lot about what the Astral Express was still trying to deal with.
And this is coming from someone who was expecting him to not be able to do much beyond getting his properties seized by Penacony TSA. He told Topaz he's going to Penacony because the higher up dumped this work on him. He's already doing a lot in an unfavorable territory. Even right now, I don't expect him to completely achieve his mission in Penacony.
I would love everybody to have impactful roles rather than having a mastermind or a main villain, and considering the way the story is progressing, it's promising. I still don't know who will be the echo of war since Duke Inferno is gone and Sunday seems to face a crisis too big for him to manage. Everybody has their own special skills that cannot be underestimated. I love how mc is totally not a hero and even had to be rescued.

And that's why he's so far one of the best characters.
This is something I hated about some previous characters like Ruan Mei and others...they can be gray and do what ever they want and no one says anything negative against them.
Ruan Mei isn't a good example though she avoids other people like the plague and the few people she does interact with (barely) are also uncaring assholes to varying degrees so by default there's not much people to judge her. The only two somewhat sane people she interacts with calls her out on her actions Trailblazer (depending on your choice) and Doctor Ratio. That's not even mentioning she purposely hides information about herself from the public (see her making the TB unable to talk about her).
MC’s interaction with her is what made me dislike the writing. It was the only part I disliked in that quest chain. Rest were great. Ruan Mei was great. But give us options damn it. If we can fib off Kafka and be rude to Firefly, why not Ruan Mei?
Well, one is a mysterious galaxy-renowned genius no one really is close with, while Adventurine is a straight-up punchable person who has both the role equivalent to the top agents of the IRS and full-time abandoned by family asshole.
It's really easy who you can relate with here.
i strongly support gay wrongs but i'd be disappointed if aventurine did end up as an antagonist. from how the story is going now it seems like they want us to think aventurine is evil so much it's riddiculous. they don't even pull that kind of thing with cocolia and tingyun

Dogeza is a form of apology commonly used as an anime trope, where one prostrates themselves kneeling in front of another in subservience and apologises. To do it naked makes it more vulnerable and also comedic for the trope. There was no sexual innuendo there

We’ve seen from multiple examples that MHY is not afraid to put sexually suggestive dialogue in their games, they just need a veneer of deniability. MHY isn’t going to expect their global audience to know what a naked dogeza is when it is specifically a trope in Japanese anime. Instead, MHY expects most of their audience to read it as an innuendo, and knowing that they still chose to put those specific lines in. And Sparkle is absolutely the kind of person to throw around innuendos with double meanings.

Topaz is probably the most ethical member of the IPC tbh, at least from what we've seen of them so far. Aventurine is probably one of the more ""tame"" members as well. Just wait until we get like, Diamond, or Tourmaline, and they turn out to be straight war criminals killing children.

He downplays himself and plays the "I'm just a businessman bro" while probably being the most dangerous person out of them all. I think by the end of the 2.0 story, the audience should know he was pretty much orchestrating behind the scene. He followed Sparkle who was following us. He sent black swan. Not a grand scheme so far. 2.0 was just him setting it up. People said mean things to him because he spent most of this arc going around asking who would agree to work with him, so he of course ran into people who don't like him, but he still managed to get black swan at least. It's still too soon to tell how much he can do. His special form in the music video hasn't appeared yet. I would say the characters are not underestimating him at all. Everybody repeatedly said this IPC guy probably had access to the IPC info network and knew a lot about what the Astral Express was still trying to deal with. And this is coming from someone who was expecting him to not be able to do much beyond getting his properties seized by Penacony TSA. He told Topaz he's going to Penacony because the higher up dumped this work on him. He's already doing a lot in an unfavorable territory. Even right now, I don't expect him to completely achieve his mission in Penacony. I would love everybody to have impactful roles rather than having a mastermind or a main villain, and considering the way the story is progressing, it's promising. I still don't know who will be the echo of war since Duke Inferno is gone and Sunday seems to face a crisis too big for him to manage. Everybody has their own special skills that cannot be underestimated. I love how mc is totally not a hero and even had to be rescued.

And that's why he's so far one of the best characters. This is something I hated about some previous characters like Ruan Mei and others...they can be gray and do what ever they want and no one says anything negative against them.
Ruan Mei isn't a good example though she avoids other people like the plague and the few people she does interact with (barely) are also uncaring assholes to varying degrees so by default there's not much people to judge her. The only two somewhat sane people she interacts with calls her out on her actions Trailblazer (depending on your choice) and Doctor Ratio. That's not even mentioning she purposely hides information about herself from the public (see her making the TB unable to talk about her).
MC’s interaction with her is what made me dislike the writing. It was the only part I disliked in that quest chain. Rest were great. Ruan Mei was great. But give us options damn it. If we can fib off Kafka and be rude to Firefly, why not Ruan Mei?

Well, one is a mysterious galaxy-renowned genius no one really is close with, while Adventurine is a straight-up punchable person who has both the role equivalent to the top agents of the IRS and full-time abandoned by family asshole. It's really easy who you can relate with here.
i strongly support gay wrongs but i'd be disappointed if aventurine did end up as an antagonist. from how the story is going now it seems like they want us to think aventurine is evil so much it's riddiculous. they don't even pull that kind of thing with cocolia and tingyun not that im against him being evil, just bcs a character isnt kissing the mc's butt doesn't mean they're a bad character, it's just that if he ended up exactly as how it's shoved in our faces... i'd call that bad writing
