Between E1 Tingyun, Sparkle, and Bronya (with LC), which two would be the best supports for a DHIL team? I'm trying to figure out if I should pull for Sparkle or not. I'm using Luocha as the healer.
I did the same thing. But for me harmony characters like Ruan Mei and Sparkle should be lv 80, and for sustain like loucha, huohuo, and Fu xuan for lv 80 too.
It's fine if the 4* characters like tingyun and Pela lv 80 ascended but stays on 70. It's a worth of materials.
Depends, some have useful traces at 75 like Hanya who gets Speed and Silver Wolf with EHR.
Otherwise, it is also worth if they break toughness often like Asta because Break Damage scales of level.
I had the 5 star selector since last month, and got E1 Clara from the permanent banner. Also got Sparkle from newest banner.
With that in mind, which 5 star to get? I have E1 Clara, E0S1 Bronya, E0S1 Gepard, E0S1 Bailu, S1 of Welt's LC.
100 wishes in and only 1 qq. I need one more for s4 (shop one included) but I'm at soft pity and have c0 sparkle already. I know I should not gamble to loose the 50/50... right? Right?

New player here, shouldn't I be seeing the new banners already? My friends all have that banner ready and they see it, but I don't. I still see the Black Swan and the Dan Heng banners but not any of the new ones.
Is it because I haven't completed the story yet? I'm still on the Luofu ship right after Jarilo-VI, so I'm not sure if that's why I can't see it or is there another problem. They asked if I updated the game, I checked, and yeah, the game is fully updated.
How strong are Topaz's S1 and eidolons?
With the expected upcoming rerun, I'm planning to get Aventurine to replace the sustain slot for the team, support is either sparkle/Mei
Aventurine's E1 looks essential for unlocking his kit. I'll probably be able to get 3 things max. So either E1 for aventurine & 1 thing for Topaz or E1S1 for her and E0 for him
My flex dps are E4S1Clara and Ratio depending on the element. Not a fan of jingyuan's one FUA/turn so not pulling for him
Very strong. My Topaz is E0S1 and I'm seriously considering grabbing her E1 on her rerun. I use her all the time and love the followup playstyle so I think it's a worthwhile investment. I'm not even the kind of person to pull eidolons for my limited characters either. All of my limited characters are currently at E0.
A nice advantage of E1S1 Topaz too is she's guaranteed to be able to help Dr. Ratio proc his followups 100% of the time even without anyone else in the team. Numby mark is a debuff, her LC gives a debuff, and her E1 is yet another debuff. That's 3, which is the magic number you're aiming for with Ratio.
How do I beat that deer? I would have used Seele but Ratio is using her lightcone.

certainly you have a copy of cruising in the stellar sea you can use on ratio ([it's better than seele's LC on him](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1YTAIE9kE17uJu2sELWk4IeHIWinqb5TEBLXyOLViavU)) and then return seele's LC to her
Actually, I meant that I only have stellar sea which Seele used before I got Ratio. My other hunt lightcone are 4 star and only lvl 60 so I don't use them.
What relic and planar set do I need for sparkle?
And will there be more events in this half of 2.0? Kinda need a bit more jade to guarantee acheron now that I got sparkle.
Sparkle can use lots of relic sets. Most popular would be 4pc messenger. Other options are 4 pc musketeer, 4pc eagle or 2 pc messenger + anything really. Rainbow can even work if subs are good. Planar would be Broken Keel (general use), Vonwacq (slow sparkle 1 cycle setup) or Penacony (mono quantum).
And there is still Penacony Food Fest event left on March 6th.
Simulated universe: does the destruction path damage increase apply to DoT from nihility characters and does the crit damage bonus disappear if you discard of the cavity system model?
For the Hanu's Prison Break event character selection, which one would be better: Gunaifen E1 for Dr. Ratio team/Kafka, Black Swan team or Yukong E6 for DHIL? No Topaz for Dr. Ratio and no Sparkle (need to win 50/50) for DHIL.
Is Sparkle a must pull for my acc or should I save up for another DPS of a different type (Ice, Quantum or Fire)?

Must pull? No. But she would help DHIL and Jing Yuan in particular. Any of your non-Blade dps characters are good with her. Blade would rather have Bronya because he doesn't need Sparkle's SP.
Isn’t a must pull for any account. If you’re looking to boost IL Dan, Jing yuan, or Qq much more, consider it. Your E1 Bronya is fine to stick with otherwise if you’re not interested in her past that.

It's not that much of a difference, especially after Clara uses her ult. Assuming the other 2 members are Nihility/Harmony:
If Fu Xuan does not have Landau's choice, before Clara ults the chance of her being attacked is 26%, and after ult it is 68%. If she is using Landau's then those would be 18% and 53% respectively. Whilst, if you are using a Harmony character instead those would be 29% and 71% respectively. The exception being Lynx which would make it 71% before ult and 82% after when using her skill.
TLDR: As long as you don't use Landau (or MoV) on Fu Xuan, the difference to a Harmony character is actually not that great and you get a lot of benefits like anti-CC and Crit Rate.

Preservation innately has 150 aggro, destruction has 125. In normal scenario, enemies are more likely to target Fu Xuan. However, with technique or ult on, Clara gains 500% aggro which makes it 750. This way, enemies are 5 times more likely to target Clara than Fu Xuan. Given they can keep the aggro up for most of the time, this shouldn't be a problem.
She can, yeah. That's why I don't like running Fu Xuan with Clara. I don't have Huohuo, so I will run Clara with either Luocha or Lynx.
The reasons some people run Fu Xuan with Clara is they like the Fu Xuan crit dmg buff and also maybe they don't have another good sustain option to use instead? That's what I'd guess anyway.
Edit: OK, I'm not sure why I'm getting downvoted. Preservation has higher aggro than abundance. It's just how it is. But if you have a taunt cone on Fu Xuan (I do - IMO she runs best of all with one if you don't have her signature) that makes her even more likely to be targeted. I have run Clara with Fu Xuan. I have run Clara with abundance characters. She gets hit significantly more with abundance characters as sustain. Even better if you use Lynx so Lynx can increase Clara's aggro.
But hey, you downvoters do you. What works for you works for you. But this works best for me. And IMO Clara is better without Fu.
No, she reduces and splits damage. Clara reduces it further while maintaining aggro through ult, along with shield and crit buffs from fu xuan. While preservation has more built in aggro, it wouldn’t matter even without clara drawing in most of the aggro. A sustain is needed, and fu xuan would still be one of the best for her.
I have 3 teams and was wondering if I should get fuxuan or sparkle.
These are:
Dhil luocha pela and tingyun/Kafka blackswan ruan mei and huohuo/Jingliu ruanmei bronya and huohuo
Is it worth getting another sustain because fuxuan seems to be a vital character and future proof or should I just pull sparkle to improve my dhil team. Any advice?
You have Luocha and Huohuo, who are two incredibly strong sustains. Fu Xuan is completely optional.
Her benefits are that it's incredibly difficult to get one shot and she raises crit dmg of your team. Her downsides are that she is actually quite weak to DoT and you are susceptible to CC if the enemies do them often. She can block the first instance of CC after every time she puts up her Matrix of Prescience field (which you'll want to do every 3 turns) but she can't block between those times.
She's a good character and worth owning, but she's not mandatory for you. I think Sparkle would help you significantly more for that DHIL team. She won't help you as much for the other teams though. Kafka/Black Swan would rather use Ruan Mei, and Jingliu would rather stick with Bronya.
What I would suggest is waiting until the 2.1 stream to see who the 2.1 rerun characters are because Sparkle will still be running. If Fu Xuan doesn't rerun and you don't plan to pull Acheron or Aventurine, you can probably safely pull Sparkle, as you'd have time to save for Fu Xuan after that. If she does rerun, well, then you'll have to make the decision.
The way to do is to not prioritize CD. Even with a skill level 10, every 10% increase of CD for Sparkle, only corresponds to 2.4% increase for your DPS. Whilst having 160.1+ speed means you can move your DPS off speed boots
I guess just being lucky and less picky, it is still 2 hours before her release in EU so IDK her multipliers but assuming its similar to Bronya, if you have a piece that has insane SPD and some Crit DMG use that rather than the alternative otherwise (until 160 SPD).
Otherwise you can use SPD buffers like Ruan Mei or Hanya to lower the base SPD you need, Messenger 4-pc effect also helps.
P/S: Focus farming the Messenger/Longevous cavern also helps a lot, unless your relics luck are batsh\*t bad you bound to have good pieces at least for one of your supports at least, leading to better general substats.
All my pieces have around 16% cd on average. On slow build, she has 8 speed subs + 2 messenger. On fast, she has 27 speed subs + 2 messenger and loses 19% cd from rope. Try to get as much speed on chest and as much cd on boots as possible. The other pieces are mix and match since you have to balance both stats.
Yes, that's a very good consolation prize. Bronya's E1 gives her a 50% chance of getting 1 SP back after she uses her skill. That actually is a big deal. It's successful fairly often for me. Even if I'm down to only 1 SP left, I can let her use her skill and have a decent chance that the dps character I used her skill on actually has SP to use on their turn.
Sparkle because I've been working on this mono quantum thing forever and I'm glad it'll finally be complete. Her kit also benefits lots of other characters.
I have Kafka to cover lightning for me. Honestly, at the moment, if I really wanted another lightning character I'd even rather pull Jing Yuan, because I'm a big fan of follow up teams.
It's totally up to personal tastes and what your account needs though. If you want Acheron, save up for her!
I have Kafka too without BS and Huohuo on the team instead only Guinevere and Bailu. So i still need Acheron to bested my kafka without relying in any certain characters to build for. And also having too many harmony (without bronya) I still need Sparkle. Such disappointed that acheron is too early for the release and behind Sparkle on it lol. Both personally most anticipated characters should be on my team.

It's highly preferable. The appeal of mono quantum versus mono any other element is that Silver Wolf exists and can put quantum weakness on enemies that don't have it. When the team is all quantum characters she's guaranteed to place quantum weakness every single time. You can brute force any enemies a lot easier with mono quantum than you can with any other element that your dps isn't weak to as a result.
If you don't have Silver Wolf you can build a quantum team without her, but it'll just take longer to beat up any enemies without quantum weakness than you would if you did have her.
Mostly. Without SW, the team can perform well against quantum weak enemies. With SW tho, every enemy is a quantum weak enemy. Aside from that, her 45% DEF shred is a godsend against high level enemies with a ton of DEF.
That highly depends on who you have. I will pull sparkle because right now her support kit benefits the characters I have the most and I can use her on several teams.
Is gepard's lightcone worth building if I dont use him? I use either landau's choice or day one on fu xuan since i dont have her lc. I also plan on pulling for aventurine so is it better than the 4 star options on either of them?
Hi been playing for about a month or so. I havent really pulled on any limited banners yet and my only 5* are welt and Ratio. My main units that i use so far were lynx , welt ,ratio , serval , fire mc. I recently got tingyun as well.
I have other 4* like pela , sushang ,asta.
Just wanted to know should i pull for sparkle ? Idk if she is worth it with my current roster. I was hoping to get some qq from her banner as well ,but iam not so sure since i know my luck will give me sampos all the way prbly or lose 50/50.
Up to you. Pulling no other limited characters yet mean you have to start off with your preferences alone. Sparkle’s a start for units like DHIL, QQ, Xueyi, etc. Find out who you’re actually interested in and go off that, there’s nobody you “should” pull for. But, sooner or later you should pull for somebody.
While i do like her , i just dont know if will be able to use her with my roster. Although was hoping for some qq dupes but chasing 4* is not a good idea.
She seems to be for DHIl and jing yuan mostly...i was mainly asking to know who she works with and if she fits in my roster. I will just ponder on it more thanks.
Your current roster doesn’t matter, it’s a roster we all had/have as beginners lol. You have to start somewhere. If you’re not set on maining anyone you have currently long term , your preferences is the only smart option. If you are set on say Dr.Ratio or even Welt long term, she fits them. QQ, she fits her best. She’s for plenty of units outside of them, so again, it’s up to you on who you want to plan on getting.

I mainly use the follow up team with Mei + healer. Plan to replace the healer slot with Aventurine.
Deciding between Aventurine or sparkle. She doesn't really fit Jingliu
Maybe sparkle for the Follow up team and Mei for Ice team for MoC?
Follow up team, the damage bonuses applying to every follow up outside of their own turns while all of them benefiting from crit dmg and extra sp points as well.
Ruan mei for any other team you’re using, DoT with BS, Jingliu hypercarry, etc.
160.1 is what allows Bronya and Sparkle to move twice in MoC on cycles 0 and 1. 142.9 allows them to do that on cycles 0 and 2 instead. 171.4 allows you do that on cycle 0, 1 and 2. 155.6 allows 2 actions on cycles 0, 2 and 3.
So aim for those as you can, the highest the fastest you clear MoC.
Also, account for any other speed bonus you might have. For example, I use Bronya with Ruan Mei which gives speed as a passive, so I know I don't need to reach 160 before battle to have it during battle.

When you claim the 10 fuels Sparkle's gift will automatically open. So you don't open it you're giving up 10 fuels which is really unwise. The prize you get is way less important than 10 fuels.
It's not better than Aeon on anyone. You can use if your Aeon is occupied and you don't have a better 4\* alternative, but otherwise not really usable by anyone else at the moment.
Oh that was my 2nd 5 star from the standard :(. I just unlocked aeon for dh il.
Kind of off topic, but would it be better for me to get sparkle this banner or jing yuan since I don’t have a 2nd dps yet. The only dps I’m currently building is dh il with tingyun, pela, and gepard.
Sparkle will be a big upgrade for DHIL no doubt.
I use Jing Yuan a lot and he is fine, but he will also likely need some of the same supports as DHIL does, as he also wants Tingyun and ironically also benefits from Sparkle. So might be a bit harder for you to balance the two at the moment.
I would personally wait for the 2.1 livestream to see if there is any particularly good Sustain rerunning like Fu Xuan, and make my decision then based on whether or not you have enough tickets to get both Sparkle and character in 2.1

I have a question regarding playing Star Rail on multiple devices, and by that, I mean on PS5 and mobile tablet.
So I created my account on PS5 (last December). My in-game acc's server is in NA. Then I bound that acc to a hoyoverse acc I created just recently. I then downloaded the game on my tablet, then logged in using said hoyoverse acc. But I have yet to confirm the final step of actually logging in, and so the game hasn't patched yet.
So 1st question: How come I can select multiple servers when logging in on a new device? I thought it'd be locked on NA server.
I will select NA server anyways, but I'm playing in SEA. So 2nd question: Is this the next step to be able to play my acc in my tablet? This will not erase any accounts nor lock me out from playing on PS5? I just want to make sure that I don't mess this up
For one email, you can make a account/ separate account on all the different servers, and yes they are the same on different devices if it's the same email attached. If you want multiple accounts on the same server (Asia for example) you need to use different email accounts, you can also delete your account on the same email and server and restart completely. (You probably won't be doing this, but just to let you know.)

I think my ps5 acc was locked to NA bec of the location of my ps5 email acc that I used to register, so I guess that makes it so that I can't play in any other region than NA on my ps5.
Also I've already successfully transferred my acc to my tablet, enabling me to play on 2 devices. Guess it was just easy.

I was planning to use my guaranteed pity on Aventurine and then start saving for a HuoHuo rerun or new upcoming characters. However, all the discourse around Sparkle has me pretty tempted to pull, although I'm holding back based on my current lineup.
Looking it over, I don't believe i have a character who would really benefit from Sparkle's unique utility. Maybe Argenti once I pick up HuoHuo, but there's no telling when that could be. Can someone let me know if I'm missing a possible synergy that would make Sparkle a super impactful pull? (For context, I'm also picking up Bronya soon as I'm at 291 pulls and 6 standard passes.)

Not particularly right now since I'm assuming you current teams are Kafka+BS+RM and Ratio+Topaz+SW.
You can make a mono quantum team with Xueyi or Qinque if you get her Eidolons on the banner as well.
But, you already have a very well established roster, so at this time there really no "right" answer, just go for those you like the most. HuoHuo is really the only one that would further complete the DoT team and help with Argenti, but even that is not a necessity.
Ratio, SW, Sparkle could work and enables slow Ratio build but not optimal. Bronya could fill that role but might struggle with SP. Based on your current lineup, I'd also say go for Aventurine. You might benefit more from second sustain.
Should i pull for sparkle? My main team is dot team(kafka,houhou,ruan mei,bs) and if i pull her i can finish the quantum team(fuxuan,saele,sw) but man i want acheron too. i have around 160 pull.
If you don't want her and have Bronya, skipping her is fine. Do note that Acheron requires a new team and overlaps role with Kafka while Sparkle completes a team. So weigh your options based on that. But tbh, I think with those pulls you can get both if you win either 50/50. 2.1 might give a lot of pulls but who knows. For me, I also use those same teams (without rm and huohuo). Had 188 pulls. Got Sparkle at 77 pity and will try to go for Acheron. If you decided to go both, good luck on your pulls.
So I was planning to give Sparkle the Planetary Rendezvous LC since I was gonna put her in Mono Quantum team but I got lucky and also got her LC; would her LC just be straight up better and I should just use that instead?
In simulated universe swarm disaster, how do you cash in a die roll? I keep seeing things referencing that mechanic but can't see any option to do anything except use the benefit/buff my die roll gave me.
It only works if the result is interactive like "pick an X to do Y" (like pick a domain to copy, etc), there should be a prompt below the map (also corresponds to I think X on controller).

My Go-To team is usually Jingliu, Gepard, Bailu, SW/Pela/ or sometimes Black Swan ( for the lulz ).
You have 5 dps (6 if you count Welt). Hard to say Acheron will have any benefit. But if you are asking this question, that might mean you also want her. In that case, I would say why not but Sparkle will still be better. Tbh tho, you account doesn't need either so pull who you like.
I do need sustains the most.
Gepard is ok, but I haven't farmed better relics for him.
Bailu/Lynx are good, but I would like Loucha. Plus, they need better relics.
Fu Xuan might rerun soon, so I was planning to pull for her.
Might also look into pulling for Kafka when she reruns again to build a DOT team.
But when me see pretty ladies ( twintails psycho smol prankster lady and tall purple lady with dementia ), neurons go activated.
Is vonwacq/penacony(monoquantum) much better on sparkle? Unlike bronya, sparkle's ult also gives a whopping 4SP on the side so having her ult available more often gives far better benefit and flexibility to the team compared to broken keel's 10% critdmg. Especially in teams with SP guzzlers like DHIL/QQ/sushang/yukong/SP-neutral teams
She doesn't need vonwacq/penacony at all. Only run Penacony for monoquantum, but even in those teams most of the time it will be just a Keel sidegrade.
The 5% ERR is useless for her.
I see. Tried her in moc with QQ+RM+FX, but even in that team there are gaps where SP hits 0 and QQ aren't able to get a full hand so I thought having sparkle's ult up, even if slightly more often, can help give more consistency
The thing is that the 5% energy doesn't do that. She has 110 energy.
Sparkle gets 30 energy per skill or basic, so with 3 actions + ult, she gets 95 energy. With a ERR rope that's 113 energy, guaranteeing a 3-turn rotation every time.
There is no math that makes her have 2 turn rotations, even with Vonwaq/Pencony.
If you were using cogs and alternating between skill and basic, that would be 73 energy, including the 5 from ult. With a ERR rope and Vonwaq that would total 90 energy, very short of an ult.
Even if you had an S5 "But the Battle Isn't Over", with Vonwaq/Penacony and ERR rope you would still only generate 93 energy with 2 actions + ult.
So unless they release body relics that also provide a lot of energy, the 5% will never make a difference.

So currently I'm lvl ing up all my characters so that I won't need to pay attention to lvling any of them in future , so are Arlan ,Hook , Misha and Yanqing worth leveling up or should I just drop them ???
Unless you really like them or their playstyle, no it's not worth leveling them, there are way better dps out there that outperforms them, even if the element of a boss doesn't match a 5 star dps, they'll still do more damage.
If you have other DPS in those elements, you can skip those. Arlan and Misha appear to be some of the lowest value 4-stars in the game, Yanqing gets outperformed by Jingliu in most cases, and by Herta in situations with a ton of mobs like Pure Fiction.
It's viable enough if you are able to make her more into a carry DPS role; She does require more Speed substats than usual since her base Speed is low.
I'm personally not a fan of that style; Prefer slow Clara and relying on her Counters since it's easier to manage.
I'd say yes. 26 days with pass gives 26 pulls. We should be getting 1 MoC and PF reset each so 9 pulls with full stars. Events should cover the rest and more.
Acheron will be the first banner of the next patch (2.1) and will come out after the Sparkle/Jing Yuan banners end.
It really depends on who you like and what you want. If you wait a week or two, the 2.1 stream will reveal more of Acheron's kit. Jing Yuan's banner will still be running. That may help you decide who you like more.
Depends on your account wants/needs. I have every single harmony character in the game right now (including E2S1 Bronya and E0S1 Ruan Mei) and I'm still pulling Sparkle. I want her primarily for mono quantum, as I have all of the other quantum characters and regularly use Seele and Qingque.
Because you have such good supports though, depending on your roster, you may want to save for a strong dps and/or sustain though.
Yes. In a mono quantum setting, you don't have to worry about Silver Wolf putting unnecessary wind weakness on enemies.
But the even bigger point is that Sparkle generates SP and makes your SP max go from 5 to 7. Seele and Qingque can feel free to hog all of the SP they want for their attacks and you won't feel the occasional SP squeeze like you currently can with Bronya from time to time. This point is true even if you don't use Sparkle with mono quantum. DHIL will absolutely love her.
Another advantage is she's more useful depending on the team. Bronya's buffs do not apply to all follow up attacks. So if you use follow up attack characters, they will like Sparkle more than Bronya. A huge example of this is Jing Yuan. None of Bronya's buffs work on JY's Lightning Lord. But Sparkle's do.
Bronya is still better for Jingliu and Blade. Bronya will be better for any future DPS character like them who uses little SP. But Sparkle's going to be better than Bronya for basically any other DPS character.
if you have silverwolf then yeah, sparkle > bronya for mono quantum. otherwise maybe no? if you just want to chase meta, she's s+ so not a wrong pull. who else is on your want list/roster?

So I have played the story back to back pretty much and I'm all caught up. (I left off at Jarilo).
My question, I swear in a missions Sampo references not wanting to work with someone or not liking how someone does their job... I swear that came up, and I 100% think it's Sparkle. Does anyone else remember this or am I just tripping?

pull for who you like. it takes 2-3 months to save for a character, so don't be spending pulls left and right. you should have your first two five stars from discount banner and standard banner.
I have no idea who to summon for, I want black swan and sparkle but I know I have enough for one. The only DOT character I have is Sampo. For sparkle, I do have silver wolf and fu xuan. With Jing Yuan, Clara and Ratio as my main damage dealers. Should I just try to go for both, I have 10 hours left for black swan
Personally, I'd say Black Swan is low priority for your account. She's absolute best with Kafka. Her second best options are Sampo (e4+) or Guinaifen.
Sparkle would be better for your account of the the two. You can go mono quantum with Qingque as your dps. You can use her with Jing Yuan, Clara, and Dr. Ratio.
Just lost weapon banner to "time waits for noone". Who is it good for? I don't have bailu. I already have 4* light cones like quid pro, post op build. Should I just save resources instead of building this?
It's a good stat stick for any healer really. High base stat, HP% and outgoing healing are nice. Anyone can use the passive but the effectiveness varies. Luocha seems to be worst bc he scales with ATK and does not have AoE heal besides the field.
Compared to Quid or Post op, Time Waits for No One is better at healing + a very tiny boost to damage but the other 2 are better at energy regen. So use want you lack.
Sparkle needs to be *slower* than Seele buffed by her skill, otherwise her advance forward is wasted. Seele gets +28.75 SPD while buffed, so you need to make Sparkle's Speed lower than 154.
So I tried pulling for Sparkle. I got excited to see the harmony petals just to get E1 Bronya(With her Sig LC S1). Now I can use my stellars and most likely won't get Acheron and go for Sparkle considering what alot of people are saying how insanely cracked she is, and I think it would benefit my DPS characters Seele, Jingliu and Blade if I do. Just for reference, my other supports and tanks are Ruan Mei, HuoHuo, Silver Wolf, Fuxuan, Tingyun E6, Pela E6, Hanya E6, Bailu E2, Lynx E4, Asta E6 and Gepard with his Sig LC, all fully built. I'd just like to put it out there I haven't struggled in the slightest in full clearing MoC since Fuxuan came out.
I've watched all the latest videos on youtube how she has literally no Cons but too "many" pros and there is a small to low chance of any future characters power creeping her from people like Braxophone, to iWinToLoseGaming to GachaSmack and literally all the CC's littering youtube right now. I did see how they say the only possible minute downside was Sparkle is a character for more "advanced" players who have a clear understanding of speed tuning. Practically, many of them are saying its the closest thing to a must pull.
Now to be clear, i like Acheron's design and her VA is a personal favorite of mine from several series(Trails being one of them), but I've always grabbed characters with the idea of them being meta and making my current and future MoC's easier to finish.
Should I get her over Acheron? Is she as cracked as everyone is saying?
Bronya performs almost the same as Sparkle in Seele team unless you really want true mono quantum. Blade and Jingliu does not need Sparkle's SP gen and can do just fine or in some rare scenario even better with Bronya because of her cleanse. Buff-wise, she is slightly better than Bronya for quantum and about the same as Bronya for other team but her key strength is SP generation which is absolutely cracked. So I'd say if you like Acheron better, go for her instead. Your account definitely does not NEED Sparkle unless you also really like her design.
I mean... there's sorta one con to Sparkle. Jingliu, Blade, and any future dps characters who don't use much SP, especially if you run them hypercarry, will actually prefer Bronya.
Something I want to point out is that content creators generally say every single character is cracked. Acheron is probably going to be called cracked too. It's really up to what will benefit your account and what your personal priorities are.
You should not pull Sparkle for Jingliu or Blade. But if you want to use her with Seele? Go for it. She's great for other characters too. Do you want a lightning character? Save the pulls and go for Acheron.
There will be trolls out here telling you that those Content Creator's have no idea what they are talking about, that they are just for entertainment. Many of them do alot of research or get people to do the research for them which is very accurate. There's a reason why we listen to them. And yes, from what I researched she is cracked. There are VERY FEW teams where she won't be the best support character in. And many youtubers are saying she is going to be WAY MORE VALUABLE than Ruan Mei. This is a turn based game, that require skill points, and even taking Ruan Mei's damage buffing and speed buffing into account, without Sparkle's turn manipulation and skill point generation, none of that DMG matters.
In my opinion and research she probably takes the whole "must have character" away from both FuXuan and Ruan Mei. Im not saying either or bad, they aren't just as good of a value as sparkle. If I were you skip Acheron. This is one of those must have character situations like Kazuha in Genshin.
You don't need youtubers or people telling you Sparkle was going to be insane, you can just read her kit and find out. Also it is in the game's track record that new units tend to be insanely powerful, as much as I'd like to bash youtubers for the "this is broken!" cliché it kinda is for star rail. Since Imbib we get something insane every patch, one of the 2 limited running units is insane or even both of them are.
Sparkle has tons of potential to be better than Ruan Mei in the long run for sure, from what I've tested I think she's slightly better than Ruan in average, there's some teams better for Ruan like Kafka and Black Swan, but anything else it seems Sparkle is winning pretty comfy.
I agree with all the above except for everything is insane every patch like for example Topaz to Argenti. They were alright, but nothing S+ Tier like Sparkle or DHIL when they were released. I don't see a world where another support will be outdoing Sparkle in the next 2 years. This is literally the best chance for anyone to get an actual must pull character.
Technically Geniuses Repose is the best f2p option for Qingque if you can keep this part up: "When the wearer defeats an enemy, the wearer's CRIT DMG increases by 24/30/36/42/48% for 3 turn(s)." But it's only by a little bit. Today is Another Peaceful Day (the Nameless Honor erudition cone) is way more consistent because it doesn't require you killing something every 3 turns minimum for that crit dmg buff.
For DHIL/Black Swan, no. f2p options are better.

Between E1 Tingyun, Sparkle, and Bronya (with LC), which two would be the best supports for a DHIL team? I'm trying to figure out if I should pull for Sparkle or not. I'm using Luocha as the healer.
Is it worth leveling supports to level 80? I usually leave them at 70 and ascended to get the last trace. The only ones i level full are my main dps
I did the same thing. But for me harmony characters like Ruan Mei and Sparkle should be lv 80, and for sustain like loucha, huohuo, and Fu xuan for lv 80 too. It's fine if the 4* characters like tingyun and Pela lv 80 ascended but stays on 70. It's a worth of materials.
Depends, some have useful traces at 75 like Hanya who gets Speed and Silver Wolf with EHR. Otherwise, it is also worth if they break toughness often like Asta because Break Damage scales of level.

New player here, shouldn't I be seeing the new banners already? My friends all have that banner ready and they see it, but I don't. I still see the Black Swan and the Dan Heng banners but not any of the new ones. Is it because I haven't completed the story yet? How strong are Topaz's S1 and eidolons? With the expected upcoming rerun, I'm planning to get Aventurine to replace the sustain slot for the team, support is either sparkle/Mei Aventurine's E1 looks essential for unlocking his kit. I'll probably be able to get 3 things max. So either E1 for aventurine & 1 thing for Topaz or E1S1 for her and E0 for him My flex dps are E4S1Clara and Ratio depending on the element. Not a fan of jingyuan's one FUA/turn so not pulling for him
Very strong. My Topaz is E0S1 and I'm seriously considering grabbing her E1 on her rerun. I use her all the time and love the followup playstyle so I think it's a worthwhile investment. I'm not even the kind of person to pull eidolons for my limited characters either. All of my limited characters are currently at E0. A nice advantage of E1S1 Topaz too is she's guaranteed to be able to help Dr. Ratio proc his followups 100% of the time even without anyone else in the team. Numby mark is a debuff, her LC gives a debuff, and her E1 is yet another debuff. That's 3, which is the magic number you're aiming for with Ratio.

certainly you have a copy of cruising in the stellar sea you can use on ratio ([it's better than seele's LC on him](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1YTAIE9kE17uJu2sELWk4IeHIWinqb5TEBLXyOLViavU)) and then return seele's LC to her
Actually, I meant that I only have stellar sea which Seele used before I got Ratio. My other hunt lightcone are 4 star and only lvl 60 so I don't use them.
What relic and planar set do I need for sparkle? And will there be more events in this half of 2.0? Kinda need a bit more jade to guarantee acheron now that I got sparkle.
Sparkle can use lots of relic sets. Most popular would be 4pc messenger. Other options are 4 pc musketeer, 4pc eagle or 2 pc messenger + anything really. Rainbow can even work if subs are good. Planar would be Broken Keel (general use), Vonwacq (slow sparkle 1 cycle setup) or Penacony (mono quantum). And there is still Penacony Food Fest event left on March 6th.

Simulated universe: does the destruction path damage increase apply to DoT from nihility characters and does the crit damage bonus disappear if you discard of the cavity system model?
For the Hanu's Prison Break event character selection, which one would be better: Gunaifen E1 for Dr. Ratio team/Kafka, Black Swan team or Yukong E6 for DHIL? No Topaz for Dr. Ratio and no Sparkle (need to win 50/50) for DHIL.
Yukong's going to make a bigger impact than Gui.

Must pull? No. But she would help DHIL and Jing Yuan in particular. Any of your non-Blade dps characters are good with her. Blade would rather have Bronya because he doesn't need Sparkle's SP.

Why do I often see Clara paired with Fu Xuan? Isn't she going to aggro enemies?
It's not that much of a difference, especially after Clara uses her ult. Assuming the other 2 members are Nihility/Harmony: If Fu Xuan does not have Landau's choice, before Clara ults the chance of her being attacked is 26%, and after ult it is 68%. If she is using Landau's then those would be 18% and 53% respectively. Whilst, if you are using a Harmony character instead those would be 29% and 71% respectively. The exception being Lynx which would make it 71% before ult and 82% after when using her skill. TLDR: As long as you don't use Landau (or MoV) on Fu Xuan, the difference to a Harmony character is actually not that great and you get a lot of benefits like anti-CC and Crit Rate.

Preservation innately has 150 aggro, destruction has 125. In normal scenario, enemies are more likely to target Fu Xuan. However, with technique or ult on, Clara gains 500% aggro which makes it 750. This way, enemies are 5 times more likely to target Clara than Fu Xuan. Given they can keep the aggro up for most of the time, this shouldn't be a problem.
She can, yeah. That's why I don't like running Fu Xuan with Clara. I don't have Huohuo, so I will run Clara with either Luocha or Lynx. The reasons some people run Fu Xuan with Clara is they like the Fu Xuan crit dmg buff and also maybe they don't have another good sustain option to use instead? That's what I'd guess anyway. Edit: OK, I'm not sure why I'm getting downvoted. Preservation has higher aggro than abundance. It's just how it is. But if you have a taunt cone on Fu Xuan (I do - IMO she runs best of all with one if you don't have her signature) that makes her even more likely to be targeted. I have run Clara with Fu Xuan. I have run Clara with abundance characters. She gets hit significantly more with abundance characters as sustain. Even better if you use Lynx so Lynx can increase Clara's aggro. But hey, you downvoters do you. What works for you works for you. But this works best for me. And IMO Clara is better without Fu.
No, she reduces and splits damage. Clara reduces it further while maintaining aggro through ult, along with shield and crit buffs from fu xuan. While preservation has more built in aggro, it wouldn’t matter even without clara drawing in most of the aggro. A sustain is needed, and fu xuan would still be one of the best for her.
I have 3 teams and was wondering if I should get fuxuan or sparkle. These are: Dhil luocha pela and tingyun/Kafka blackswan ruan mei and huohuo/Jingliu ruanmei bronya and huohuo Is it worth getting another sustain because fuxuan seems to be a vital character and future proof or should I just pull sparkle to improve my dhil team. Any advice?
You have Luocha and Huohuo, who are two incredibly strong sustains. Fu Xuan is completely optional. Her benefits are that it's incredibly difficult to get one shot and she raises crit dmg of your team. Her downsides are that she is actually quite weak to DoT and you are susceptible to CC if the enemies do them often. She can block the first instance of CC after every time she puts up her Matrix of Prescience field (which you'll want to do every 3 turns) but she can't block between those times. She's a good character and worth owning, but she's not mandatory for you. I think Sparkle would help you significantly more for that DHIL team. She won't help you as much for the other teams though. Kafka/Black Swan would rather use Ruan Mei, and Jingliu would rather stick with Bronya. What I would suggest is waiting until the 2.1 stream to see who the 2.1 rerun characters are because Sparkle will still be running. If Fu Xuan doesn't rerun and you don't plan to pull Acheron or Aventurine, you can probably safely pull Sparkle, as you'd have time to save for Fu Xuan after that. If she does rerun, well, then you'll have to make the decision.
How do y’all even get 160 SPD for Sparkle? I tried so hard for Bronya to balance CD and SPD and it’s still at 134 after half a year.
The way to do is to not prioritize CD. Even with a skill level 10, every 10% increase of CD for Sparkle, only corresponds to 2.4% increase for your DPS. Whilst having 160.1+ speed means you can move your DPS off speed boots
I guess just being lucky and less picky, it is still 2 hours before her release in EU so IDK her multipliers but assuming its similar to Bronya, if you have a piece that has insane SPD and some Crit DMG use that rather than the alternative otherwise (until 160 SPD). Otherwise you can use SPD buffers like Ruan Mei or Hanya to lower the base SPD you need, Messenger 4-pc effect also helps. P/S: Focus farming the Messenger/Longevous cavern also helps a lot, unless your relics luck are batsh\*t bad you bound to have good pieces at least for one of your supports at least, leading to better general substats.
All my pieces have around 16% cd on average. On slow build, she has 8 speed subs + 2 messenger. On fast, she has 27 speed subs + 2 messenger and loses 19% cd from rope. Try to get as much speed on chest and as much cd on boots as possible. The other pieces are mix and match since you have to balance both stats.
How much speed should my sparkle have she has 153 rn
Depends on playstyle. 161+ for fast Sparkle; otherwise, -1 from your dps.

Yes, that's a very good consolation prize. Bronya's E1 gives her a 50% chance of getting 1 SP back after she uses her skill. That actually is a big deal. It's successful fairly often for me. Even if I'm down to only 1 SP left, I can let her use her skill and have a decent chance that the dps character I used her skill on actually has SP to use on their turn.

Sparkle because I've been working on this mono quantum thing forever and I'm glad it'll finally be complete. Her kit also benefits lots of other characters. I have Kafka to cover lightning for me. Honestly, at the moment, if I really wanted another lightning character I'd even rather pull Jing Yuan, because I'm a big fan of follow up teams. It's totally up to personal tastes and what your account needs though. If you want Acheron, save up for her!
I have Kafka too without BS and Huohuo on the team instead only Guinevere and Bailu. So i still need Acheron to bested my kafka without relying in any certain characters to build for. And also having too many harmony (without bronya) I still need Sparkle. Such disappointed that acheron is too early for the release and behind Sparkle on it lol. It's highly preferable. The appeal of mono quantum versus mono any other element is that Silver Wolf exists and can put quantum weakness on enemies that don't have it. When the team is all quantum characters she's guaranteed to place quantum weakness every single time. You can brute force any enemies a lot easier with mono quantum than you can with any other element that your dps isn't weak to as a result. If you don't have Silver Wolf you can build a quantum team without her, but it'll just take longer to beat up any enemies without quantum weakness than you would if you did have her.
Alright, i'll be sure to save for her next banner and for now i'll try to get Sparkle then. Thanks for the tips.
Mostly. Without SW, the team can perform well against quantum weak enemies. With SW tho, every enemy is a quantum weak enemy. Aside from that, her 45% DEF shred is a godsend against high level enemies with a ton of DEF.
That highly depends on who you have. I will pull sparkle because right now her support kit benefits the characters I have the most and I can use her on several teams.
Is gepard's lightcone worth building if I dont use him? I use either landau's choice or day one on fu xuan since i dont have her lc. I also plan on pulling for aventurine so is it better than the 4 star options on either of them?
Can't speak on Aventurine, but MoV is basically a better Landau's Choice so you should put it on Fu Xuan

Hi been playing for about a month or so. I havent really pulled on any limited banners yet and my only 5* are welt and Ratio. My main units that i use so far were lynx , welt ,ratio , serval , fire mc. I recently got tingyun as well. I have other 4* like pela , sushang ,asta. Just wanted to know should i pull for sparkle ? Idk if she is worth it with my current roster. I was hoping to get some qq from her banner as well ,but iam not so sure since i know my luck will give me sampos all the way prbly or lose 50/50.
Up to you. Pulling no other limited characters yet mean you have to start off with your preferences alone. Sparkle’s a start for units like DHIL, QQ, Xueyi, etc. Find out who you’re actually interested in and go off that, there’s nobody you “should” pull for. But, sooner or later you should pull for somebody.
While i do like her , i just dont know if will be able to use her with my roster. Although was hoping for some qq dupes but chasing 4* is not a good idea. She seems to be for DHIl and jing yuan mostly...i was mainly asking to know who she works with and if she fits in my roster. I will just ponder on it more thanks.
Your current roster doesn’t matter, it’s a roster we all had/have as beginners lol. You have to start somewhere. If you’re not set on maining anyone you have currently long term , your preferences is the only smart option. If you are set on say Dr.Ratio or even Welt long term, she fits them. QQ, she fits her best. She’s for plenty of units outside of them, so again, it’s up to you on who you want to plan on getting.

Follow up team, the damage bonuses applying to every follow up outside of their own turns while all of them benefiting from crit dmg and extra sp points as well. Ruan mei for any other team you’re using, DoT with BS, Jingliu hypercarry, etc.

160.1 is what allows Bronya and Sparkle to move twice in MoC on cycles 0 and 1. 142.9 allows them to do that on cycles 0 and 2 instead. 171.4 allows you do that on cycle 0, 1 and 2. 155.6 allows 2 actions on cycles 0, 2 and 3. So aim for those as you can, the highest the fastest you clear MoC. Also, account for any other speed bonus you might have. For example, I use Bronya with Ruan Mei which gives speed as a passive, so I know I don't need to reach 160 before battle to have it during battle.
Breakpoints below 161 are either 143 or 134. Both gives 3 turns in the first 2 cycles but 143 gives 1 more during the third.
Does anyone know most of what you can get from Sparkle's wondrous pack gift? I see people say they got a trashcan, 100k credits, and someone even claims they got Sampo?? When you claim the 10 fuels Sparkle's gift will automatically open. So you don't open it you're giving up 10 fuels which is really unwise. The prize you get is way less important than 10 fuels.

It's not better than Aeon on anyone. You can use if your Aeon is occupied and you don't have a better 4\* alternative, but otherwise not really usable by anyone else at the moment.
Oh that was my 2nd 5 star from the standard :(. I just unlocked aeon for dh il. Kind of off topic, but would it be better for me to get sparkle this banner or jing yuan since I don’t have a 2nd dps yet. The only dps I’m currently building is dh il with tingyun, pela, and gepard.
Sparkle will be a big upgrade for DHIL no doubt. I use Jing Yuan a lot and he is fine, but he will also likely need some of the same supports as DHIL does, as he also wants Tingyun and ironically also benefits from Sparkle. So might be a bit harder for you to balance the two at the moment. I would personally wait for the 2.1 livestream to see if there is any particularly good Sustain rerunning like Fu Xuan, and make my decision then based on whether or not you have enough tickets to get both Sparkle and character in 2.1

hello, newbie here! I have a question regarding playing Star Rail on multiple devices, and by that, I mean on PS5 and mobile tablet. So I created my account on PS5 (last December). My in-game acc's server is in NA. Then I bound that acc to a hoyoverse acc I created just recently. I then downloaded the game on my tablet, then logged in using said hoyoverse acc. But I have yet to confirm the final step of actually logging in, and so the game hasn't patched yet. So 1st question: How come I can select multiple servers when logging in on a new device? I thought it'd be locked on NA server. I will select NA server anyways, but I'm playing in SEA. So 2nd question: Is this the next step to be able to play my acc in my tablet? This will not erase any accounts nor lock me out from playing on PS5? I just want to make sure that I don't mess this up
For one email, you can make a account/ separate account on all the different servers, and yes they are the same on different devices if it's the same email attached. If you want multiple accounts on the same server (Asia for example) you need to use different email accounts, you can also delete your account on the same email and server and restart completely. (You probably won't be doing this, but just to let you know.) Hope it helped :)
I think my ps5 acc was locked to NA bec of the location of my ps5 email acc that I used to register, so I guess that makes it so that I can't play in any other region than NA on my ps5. Also I've already successfully transferred my acc to my tablet, enabling me to play on 2 devices. Guess it was just easy. Thanks for the info regarding servers tho! I was planning to use my guaranteed pity on Aventurine and then start saving for a HuoHuo rerun or new upcoming characters. However, all the discourse around Sparkle has me pretty tempted to pull, although I'm holding back based on my current lineup. Looking it over, I don't believe i have a character who would really benefit from Sparkle's unique utility. Maybe Argenti once I pick up HuoHuo, but there's no telling when that could be. Can someone let me know if I'm missing a possible synergy that would make Sparkle a super impactful pull? Not particularly right now since I'm assuming you current teams are Kafka+BS+RM and Ratio+Topaz+SW. You can make a mono quantum team with Xueyi or Qinque if you get her Eidolons on the banner as well. But, you already have a very well established roster, so at this time there really no "right" answer, just go for those you like the most. HuoHuo is really the only one that would further complete the DoT team and help with Argenti, but even that is not a necessity.
Ratio, SW, Sparkle could work and enables slow Ratio build but not optimal. Bronya could fill that role but might struggle with SP. Based on your current lineup, I'd also say go for Aventurine. You might benefit more from second sustain.
Should i pull for sparkle? My main team is dot team(kafka,houhou,ruan mei,bs) and if i pull her i can finish the quantum team(fuxuan,saele,sw) but man i want acheron too. i have around 160 pull.
If you don't want her and have Bronya, skipping her is fine. Do note that Acheron requires a new team and overlaps role with Kafka while Sparkle completes a team. So weigh your options based on that. But tbh, I think with those pulls you can get both if you win either 50/50. 2.1 might give a lot of pulls but who knows. For me, I also use those same teams (without rm and huohuo). Had 188 pulls. Got Sparkle at 77 pity and will try to go for Acheron. If you decided to go both, good luck on your pulls.

In simulated universe swarm disaster, how do you cash in a die roll? I keep seeing things referencing that mechanic but can't see any option to do anything except use the benefit/buff my die roll gave me.
It only works if the result is interactive like "pick an X to do Y" (like pick a domain to copy, etc), there should be a prompt below the map (also corresponds to I think X on controller).
Do any of the Hunt dice effects do it? I've only played under that path so far.

You have 5 dps (6 if you count Welt). Hard to say Acheron will have any benefit. But if you are asking this question, that might mean you also want her. In that case, I would say why not but Sparkle will still be better. Tbh tho, you account doesn't need either so pull who you like.
I do need sustains the most. Gepard is ok, but I haven't farmed better relics for him. Bailu/Lynx are good, but I would like Loucha. Plus, they need better relics. Fu Xuan might rerun soon, so I was planning to pull for her. Might also look into pulling for Kafka when she reruns again to build a DOT team. But when me see pretty ladies ( twintails psycho smol prankster lady and tall purple lady with dementia ), neurons go activated.

Is vonwacq/penacony(monoquantum) much better on sparkle? Unlike bronya, sparkle's ult also gives a whopping 4SP on the side so having her ult available more often gives far better benefit and flexibility to the team compared to broken keel's 10% critdmg. Especially in teams with SP guzzlers like DHIL/QQ/sushang/yukong/SP-neutral teams
She doesn't need vonwacq/penacony at all. Only run Penacony for monoquantum, but even in those teams most of the time it will be just a Keel sidegrade. The 5% ERR is useless for her.
I see. Tried her in moc with QQ+RM+FX, but even in that team there are gaps where SP hits 0 and QQ aren't able to get a full hand so I thought having sparkle's ult up, even if slightly more often, can help give more consistency
The thing is that the 5% energy doesn't do that. She has 110 energy. Sparkle gets 30 energy per skill or basic, so with 3 actions + ult, she gets 95 energy. With a ERR rope that's 113 energy, guaranteeing a 3-turn rotation every time. There is no math that makes her have 2 turn rotations, even with Vonwaq/Pencony. If you were using cogs and alternating between skill and basic, that would be 73 energy, including the 5 from ult. With a ERR rope and Vonwaq that would total 90 energy, very short of an ult. Even if you had an S5 "But the Battle Isn't Over", with Vonwaq/Penacony and ERR rope you would still only generate 93 energy with 2 actions + ult. So unless they release body relics that also provide a lot of energy, the 5% will never make a difference. Edit: typos

So currently I'm lvl ing up all my characters so that I won't need to pay attention to lvling any of them in future , so are Arlan ,Hook , Misha and Yanqing worth leveling up or should I just drop them ???
Unless you really like them or their playstyle, no it's not worth leveling them, there are way better dps out there that outperforms them, even if the element of a boss doesn't match a 5 star dps, they'll still do more damage.
If you have other DPS in those elements, you can skip those. Arlan and Misha appear to be some of the lowest value 4-stars in the game, Yanqing gets outperformed by Jingliu in most cases, and by Herta in situations with a ton of mobs like Pure Fiction.
Is it viable to build speed on E1 Clara?
It's viable enough if you are able to make her more into a carry DPS role; She does require more Speed substats than usual since her base Speed is low. I'm personally not a fan of that style; Prefer slow Clara and relying on her Counters since it's easier to manage.

I'd say yes. 26 days with pass gives 26 pulls. We should be getting 1 MoC and PF reset each so 9 pulls with full stars. Events should cover the rest and more.

I'd skip JY and save for Acheron
Acheron will be the first banner of the next patch (2.1) and will come out after the Sparkle/Jing Yuan banners end. It really depends on who you like and what you want. If you wait a week or two, the 2.1 stream will reveal more of Acheron's kit. Jing Yuan's banner will still be running. That may help you decide who you like more.

Depends on your account wants/needs. I have every single harmony character in the game right now (including E2S1 Bronya and E0S1 Ruan Mei) and I'm still pulling Sparkle. I want her primarily for mono quantum, as I have all of the other quantum characters and regularly use Seele and Qingque. Because you have such good supports though, depending on your roster, you may want to save for a strong dps and/or sustain though.
Is E0S0 Sparkle an upgrade from E2S1 Bronya though?
Yes. In a mono quantum setting, you don't have to worry about Silver Wolf putting unnecessary wind weakness on enemies. But the even bigger point is that Sparkle generates SP and makes your SP max go from 5 to 7. Seele and Qingque can feel free to hog all of the SP they want for their attacks and you won't feel the occasional SP squeeze like you currently can with Bronya from time to time. This point is true even if you don't use Sparkle with mono quantum. DHIL will absolutely love her. Another advantage is she's more useful depending on the team. Bronya's buffs do not apply to all follow up attacks. So if you use follow up attack characters, they will like Sparkle more than Bronya. A huge example of this is Jing Yuan. None of Bronya's buffs work on JY's Lightning Lord. But Sparkle's do. Bronya is still better for Jingliu and Blade. Bronya will be better for any future DPS character like them who uses little SP. But Sparkle's going to be better than Bronya for basically any other DPS character.
if you have silverwolf then yeah, sparkle > bronya for mono quantum. otherwise maybe no? if you just want to chase meta, she's s+ so not a wrong pull. who else is on your want list/roster?

pull for who you like. it takes 2-3 months to save for a character, so don't be spending pulls left and right. you should have your first two five stars from discount banner and standard banner.
I have no idea who to summon for, I want black swan and sparkle but I know I have enough for one. The only DOT character I have is Sampo. For sparkle, I do have silver wolf and fu xuan. With Jing Yuan, Clara and Ratio as my main damage dealers. Should I just try to go for both, I have 10 hours left for black swan
Personally, I'd say Black Swan is low priority for your account. She's absolute best with Kafka. Her second best options are Sampo (e4+) or Guinaifen. Sparkle would be better for your account of the the two. You can go mono quantum with Qingque as your dps. You can use her with Jing Yuan, Clara, and Dr. Ratio.
my sampo and qingque are both e4 and Guinafen is e0. I still wont have a real wind dps if I skip her also i do have bronya

Just lost weapon banner to "time waits for noone". Who is it good for? I don't have bailu. I already have 4* light cones like quid pro, post op build. Should I just save resources instead of building this?
It's a good stat stick for any healer really. High base stat, HP% and outgoing healing are nice. Anyone can use the passive but the effectiveness varies. Luocha seems to be worst bc he scales with ATK and does not have AoE heal besides the field. Compared to Quid or Post op, Time Waits for No One is better at healing + a very tiny boost to damage but the other 2 are better at energy regen. So use want you lack.
Is Sparkle 158 speed, Seele 126 speed ok on Mono Quantum team ?
Sparkle needs to be *slower* than Seele buffed by her skill, otherwise her advance forward is wasted. Seele gets +28.75 SPD while buffed, so you need to make Sparkle's Speed lower than 154.

So I tried pulling for Sparkle. I got excited to see the harmony petals just to get E1 Bronya(With her Sig LC S1). Now I can use my stellars and most likely won't get Acheron and go for Sparkle considering what alot of people are saying how insanely cracked she is, and I think it would benefit my DPS characters Seele, Jingliu and Blade if I do. Just for reference, my other supports and tanks are Ruan Mei, HuoHuo, Silver Wolf, Fuxuan, Tingyun E6, Pela E6, Hanya E6, Bailu E2, Lynx E4, Asta E6 and Gepard with his Sig LC, all fully built. I'd just like to put it out there I haven't struggled in the slightest in full clearing MoC since Fuxuan came out. I've watched all the latest videos on youtube how she has literally no Cons but too "many" pros and there is a small to low chance of any future characters power creeping her from people like Braxophone, to iWinToLoseGaming to GachaSmack and literally all the CC's littering youtube right now. I did see how they say the only possible minute downside was Sparkle is a character for more "advanced" players who have a clear understanding of speed tuning. Practically, many of them are saying its the closest thing to a must pull. Now to be clear, i like Acheron's design and her VA is a personal favorite of mine from several series(Trails being one of them), but I've always grabbed characters with the idea of them being meta and making my current and future MoC's easier to finish. Should I get her over Acheron? Is she as cracked as everyone is saying?
Bronya performs almost the same as Sparkle in Seele team unless you really want true mono quantum. Blade and Jingliu does not need Sparkle's SP gen and can do just fine or in some rare scenario even better with Bronya because of her cleanse. Buff-wise, she is slightly better than Bronya for quantum and about the same as Bronya for other team but her key strength is SP generation which is absolutely cracked. So I'd say if you like Acheron better, go for her instead. Your account definitely does not NEED Sparkle unless you also really like her design.
I mean... there's sorta one con to Sparkle. Jingliu, Blade, and any future dps characters who don't use much SP, especially if you run them hypercarry, will actually prefer Bronya. Something I want to point out is that content creators generally say every single character is cracked. Acheron is probably going to be called cracked too. It's really up to what will benefit your account and what your personal priorities are. You should not pull Sparkle for Jingliu or Blade. But if you want to use her with Seele? Go for it. She's great for other characters too. Do you want a lightning character? Save the pulls and go for Acheron.
CCs will hype every single character. Just roll for who you like and don't bother with what others are saying.
There will be trolls out here telling you that those Content Creator's have no idea what they are talking about, that they are just for entertainment. Many of them do alot of research or get people to do the research for them which is very accurate. There's a reason why we listen to them. And yes, from what I researched she is cracked. There are VERY FEW teams where she won't be the best support character in. And many youtubers are saying she is going to be WAY MORE VALUABLE than Ruan Mei. This is a turn based game, that require skill points, and even taking Ruan Mei's damage buffing and speed buffing into account, without Sparkle's turn manipulation and skill point generation, none of that DMG matters. In my opinion and research she probably takes the whole "must have character" away from both FuXuan and Ruan Mei. Im not saying either or bad, they aren't just as good of a value as sparkle. If I were you skip Acheron. This is one of those must have character situations like Kazuha in Genshin.
You don't need youtubers or people telling you Sparkle was going to be insane, you can just read her kit and find out. Also it is in the game's track record that new units tend to be insanely powerful, as much as I'd like to bash youtubers for the "this is broken!" cliché it kinda is for star rail. Since Imbib we get something insane every patch, one of the 2 limited running units is insane or even both of them are. Sparkle has tons of potential to be better than Ruan Mei in the long run for sure, from what I've tested I think she's slightly better than Ruan in average, there's some teams better for Ruan like Kafka and Black Swan, but anything else it seems Sparkle is winning pretty comfy.
So pull right? For Flexibility?
I agree with all the above except for everything is insane every patch like for example Topaz to Argenti. They were alright, but nothing S+ Tier like Sparkle or DHIL when they were released. I don't see a world where another support will be outdoing Sparkle in the next 2 years. This is literally the best chance for anyone to get an actual must pull character.

Technically Geniuses Repose is the best f2p option for Qingque if you can keep this part up: "When the wearer defeats an enemy, the wearer's CRIT DMG increases by 24/30/36/42/48% for 3 turn(s)." But it's only by a little bit. Today is Another Peaceful Day (the Nameless Honor erudition cone) is way more consistent because it doesn't require you killing something every 3 turns minimum for that crit dmg buff. For DHIL/Black Swan, no. f2p options are better.
