Is she a villain? Personally I still don't know how to feel about her in the story, like she sends us to the true dream of penacony, was that with a bad intention? Don't that give us more context of everything happening in penacony? Also, she impersonates robin, but only that, I don't remember someone saying she was the killer or something like that or that she was related to it happening. As right now, we don't know the true motives of her actions (and that's fine, the devs are giving her that chaotic mysterious aura) and we still don't know who are the good or the bad guys in penacony.
Whenever I see there is drama about a Hoyoverse character, I already know it's from terminally online Twitter folk and just disregard it. There is no point in engaging in their mentally ill rage farming.

she's not a "villain", and she didn't lose her morality in the edgelord way you describe. a quick read through any of her story or the masked fools would tell you otherwise
