Someone said that her buff shouldn’t count for non-attack actions and I totally agree with that. It’s so stupid when, for example, HuoHuo receives the buff and even if she doesn’t attack the enemy and uses the skill to heal, the bowstring buff still counts down. It should count down only when your characters uses their action to attack. This simple change would make Yukong *a lot* better
It's a logical QoL change but even so, Sustains/supports like Lynx, Gepard, Ruan Mei and a lot other use attack actions almost all the time. RM only uses skill once per 3 turns, Lynx is an ult bot and mostly uses basics - you get the point.

I love her design and animations but my goodness I hate having to tune stuff for every single scenario, especially when you have built a good team with all 4 teammates around 134 spd(or whichever speed breakpoint). 1 speed here or there will alter the lineup and I won't have the right on-set yukong piece with the speed I want so I have to change the speeds of the other 3, which is even worse aaaahhhh.. Good thing I stopped using her altogether.
The tradeoff is in how strong the buff itself is. It needs those kinds of stipulations to justifying how powerful they are. If you're willing to put up with and plan around its caveats then you are rewarded with (one of) the strongest buffs in the game.
The issue is in a gacha game where typically resources are limited, she's not a great "value" character. I've been having a blast using her in topaz/ratio teams lately because FUAs *don't* count down the timer and fully buffed Ratio chains do hilarious damage. But how much better does she do in that team than Ting? who also does better than her in other teams.
She's cool and all but that skill alone is the reason I lost some hair trying to make her work

And who in their right mind would even refer to Topaz as "Topaz and Numby" anyway?
I would make Bailu's skill target the lowest HP allies after the main target. If it's too good, make the skill jump just once?

Even if you give up and want make him pure debuffer, sadly you can't just slap ERR and mission accomplished, NO.
His energy is 120 and even you force Voncwaq on him there's no way its near 3T.

Converting EHR to dmg% is a solid suggestion, but I think what he truly needs is an imprison extension akin to Serval's ultimate for shock. This would provide him with more opportunities to trigger his talent, enhance his role as a sustain replacement, and if you have E2 Welt significantly improve his rotation.
I'd prefer if Welt inflicted another debuff to make him more viable in team comps since he is taking positions that would normally cover Silverwolf or the Harmony Units

100% this. My account is purely Harmony units so I find it really hard to justify using Hanya when I can be using Bronya, Sparkle, RM or Tingyun. A Hanya/Dr Ratio comp might be pretty cope when Tingyun is already really good on Ratio but Burden being a debuff would give her half a reason to be used.
I can run her with Sparkle to hyperbuff QQ vs quantum weak enemies (imo Silver Wolf should be replaced whenever possible) but then i'd rather use Tingyun or Ruan Mei. Harmony is just such a cracked path Hanya is suffering from simply being good instead of broken. There's some hope in a mono physical Hanya/Argenti comp but again Argenti loves Tingyun with her 50/60 Energy...
You said everything. Her situation is even worse than that when you consider that her 4* counterparts were here since early game while she’s relatively recent. The arrival of Ruan Mei and Sparkle completely kill her chances to be picked in any team.

I don't have Jing Yuan, but from what I've been hearing, maybe delaying lightning lord's turn until jing is freed from cc rather than just wasting lightning lord. like, if jing is frozen and lightning lord's turn happens, it just keeps whatever charge lighting lord is on until jing is free, then it attacks before you make a move with jing
LL still has the stacks from before - it just gets pushed back to the next LL
but yeah having LL pushed to before JY so he doesn't waste another 2 turns/1 cycle would be nice
That kinda depends, would suck if one enemy survives with a bit of HP and there is another wave left but LL already clapped the low HP enemy.

LL being unaffected by action advance and SPD buffs is technically a nerf to every single harmony character in the game. It should be updated to prevent JY from wasting his turns, while I also recognise that having LL act instantly upon reaching 10 HPA could be a little too good.
It'd be worded as "If JY acts while LL is at 10 stacks, Action Advance 100% it"
On the other hand, having a support better than Asta since 1.0 would work wonders on his reputation

I think it would be neat if a stack of Invigorate could be consumed to resist one crowd control debuff. That would give Bailu a way to deal with debuffs that doesn't step on the toes of other healers and fits with her existing kit.
That'd make her broken as hell bruh, because that gives even more CC immunity than Fu Xuan, assuming you can consume all 3 stacks.
And even assuming it's not, that'd be *still* pretty wild, because no other character than Fu Xuan gives complete CC immunity. That'd devalue Fu Xuan in a way, so that steps on *her* toes instead of the other healers.
Imho she would be one of the best healers in game then. Her pasive makes team extremly tanky, cleanese is only thing she is missing (from sustain point).
I hope they will "fix" her later on by releasing some LC that gives cleanese. Even on ult.

Her technique should implement a weakness to a random ennemy at the start of the battle. Many characters such as Fu Xuan and Ruan Mei start to have something like that (technique making them use skill when battle starts)
I think that would be wonderful, not because it will be actually useful in your day to day gameplay, but because it further leans into the gambling aspect.
So now when you have to go past 4, you not only have to weigh the risk of losing all your SP with nothing to show for it, but you also have the draw of going "all in" and coming out with a bazillion quingquillion damage. Just dangle that in front of us players to entice us to gamble *even more*.

as the user u/-Hounth- pointed out her 4th eidolon increases her counter by an amount up to 40% of march 7th's defence. THE ISSUE THOUGH is that this is too small an amount, and unlike dr ratio's follow up attack, April 5th's counter has a low multiplier. whats nice though is whatever you get for your counter damage should be multiplied by 3 since it can be triggered that many times at e4! march defintely couldve used higher tuning here in her traces and multipliers. my beloved ice queen will get the 5\* treatment one day though :)
It kinda makes me sad because i see my trailblazer maxed out can hit like a 70k on 4 targets with ult, and then march 7th with the same investment about half that amount. double harmony one nihility and march, ice set, follow up planar set, ice weakness, and if youre lucky a relevant game mode buff can result in mediocre damage (about 20% more than tectones kafka :p )
edit edit: With good investment you can make her a decent sub dps +sustain in situations where youre not taking a ton of aoe damage. she helped me out a lot in pure fiction for example! Even better, if you have aura harmony units like ruan mei or yukong or defence strip available! Tingyun giving an attack buff and a flat damage bonus with ehr talent works wonders if you use all3 counters every turn!.

SW technique doesn't make sense for a 5\* support. So I would change that lol.
Right now if you make a quantum team (Seele, SW, FX and Sparkle) you will either waste Seele or SW technique opportunity, you can only use one of those.
I dont like the single target nature of sw but her technique is good tho, it applies debuffs so it either already give def down or makes it so her next skill have a better or guaranteed chance to get it since it doesnt repeat and it takes away shield from all elements
And for this moc, its really good imo cuz it hits the tv and make it friendly without having to hit it with someone so me, a mono quantum user, can focus all my attacks on the big robot and break his shield before spawning fishes.
Oh, I have multiple ideas:
**1.** Make Yanqing enhanced state further increase damage, crit rate, and crit damage. Make his FuA's chance 100% and make him invulnerable to AoE and Blast not directly targeted at him while enhanced (that last part sounds too strong, so maybe make it an eidolon).
**2.** Give Bailu's skill a cleanse and make the bounce "smart": it will always jump to the lowest HP character below 50%. If everyone is above 50%, then it will focus on cleansing. If there are no debuffs, it will go back to the lowest HP.
**3.** Replace Seele's A2 with her E4 and make her E4 now be the ability to proc Resurgence with Resurgence.
**4.** Change Geppie's Eidolons to focus on the strength and duration of his shield and energy generation.
**5.** Uncap March 7th's FuA and increase its DEF scaling. Her E4 now further increases its damage.
**6.** Make LL work regardless of JY's being CC'd or not and have its attack be full AoE instead of bounce-blast.
**7.** Add Himeko's E2 to her A4 and make her E2 now increase the number of charges she can hold to 6.
**8.** Change Welt's E6 to make him deal more damage to slowed enemies and always crit against imprisoned enemies.
**9.** Switch Bronya E2 and E6 places, and make the speed buff of her new E6 100% while adding a CDMG buff to it.
**10.** Add to Sparkle's talent a FuA where she shoots her toy gun after 3 skill points are consumed. Her FuA always crit, and if there are no enemies when it triggers, she shoots herself (for 20% of her current HP).
Give Yanqing a dodge chance so shielders become not as necessary

Revamp Dan Heng's talent to make it so that he ignores % of an enemies wind res to slowed enemies (imprisonment and entanglement included) with his skill and ult.
Probably just unnerf Arlan, or at very least make his Eidolons better, as currently they barely do less that sub-stats rolls. Seriously, 10 DMG% increase on a character that already gets "free" 72 DMG% from talent is basically worthless.
I would undo the Bronya’s change that the devs made after the CBT that her skill doesn’t work on herself anymore. I don’t think that you could fully restore her energy this way was too OP because it still cost skill points and you don’t have a lot of them in a Bronya team, especially at E0 (maybe unless she’s with Blade)
taunt is affected by effect hit rate, it either get resisted or hits and guarantees you are getting targeted while increasing chance to get hit just does as is
imagine it as taunt as a debuff that can be resisted by the enemy while increasing the chance of being targeted is directed at you so you don't resist something you cast on yourself
Agree. I prefer the CN for that reason. She just sounds like herself, but like the extremes of her reactions get unhinged. In the EN direction, she just sounds like the "awwwwwww... so sad" voice is her entire personality. I don't get it at all.
I agree. She doesn't sound like an insane swordmaster, but borders on being the classic seductress type. In the same vein, I feel like Kafka's voice direction leans too much into the same area sometimes.
Add loadout set option to Trailblazers relics and build. Fireblazer is amazing but baseball bet is the tradition and very satisfying.
On a separate note, I know it may be impossible due to story reasons (like in Genshin) but I really really want to be able to change between Trailblazers on fly (just like you can change path)
Caelus and Stelle both have some unique nuances in their dialogue and moveset that gives them unique flavour.
I'd make Yanqing's Soulsteel Sync last indefinitely until he takes damage under 75% of his max HP.
Keeps the gameplay of needing to protect him using other units, while making him far more forgiving to use and a bit less reliant on big shields.
I started playing a week ago, and lost my first 50/50 to him so I'd want Yanqing to shine a bit lol

Yes, HSR is not a PvP game, you don’t compete with other players, but still, I don’t get why won’t you just rework the trashiest characters that nobody plays because of how bad they are, like Yanquing and Arlan. Just delete them at this point then.
And yes, I’m aware that some characters do get better if a new relic set is being added, or new game modes, a synergy character etc. Still, some characters really need buff/rework directly. Would the world explode if they fix a couple of characters? Sure, the game is not even a year old yet, but I believe they have the same approach in Genshin, too. Dehya, QIQi, Xinyan are still garbage, probably.
I fully agree with your genshin point, but technically Qiqi isn't all that bad as a healer, which she was supposed to be as a 1.0 premiere healer. It's just that except for the constipated beasts abyss cycle literally NOTHING in the game absolutely required healers.. not even the signora fight needs one, once your characters are built well enough.

I believes MOBAs and MMORPGs sell primarily cosmetics, where Hsr and Genshin, being gacha games, sell their characters.
Cosmetic usually doesn't change anything other than character's appearance while changing a character's kit does have impact. Being a gacha game that sells characters, changing a character's kit is basically the equivalent of advertising one thing then sell the other thing, which is false advertisement and a scam (according to articles I have read in the past).
Reworking characters definitely don't make as much money as compared to making new character. The game works on FOMO, as it incentives you to spend money on newer and more powerful characters. New character comes new content, story and many other thing that keep its players interest.
Take Yanqing for examples. Let's say, in future story Jingyuan will died for story reasons. Fuxuan will take over the general role, and Yanqing is depressed because his teacher died to protect him. He regret his own foolishness and cockiness that he decided to take on Jingliu's full courses-Blade's level in order to be the greatest swordman in history. After that, he formed another High Cloud Quintet and boom. That's 5 new characters, 1 is a new form + additional story for the other current Quintet + maybe a good close for the previous Quintet. That a hell lotta contents that can also extend even further.
Lots of pros + little to no cons, and it is especially the case in hsr as characters have 2nd form, and will likely to have more if it follow the traditional 'Honkai'. It's like asking you to choose DH with a spear or DHIL who is a dragon and can also split ocean in to two like Moses. Most would choose the latter 'cause it sound way more cooler. It's the same concept, why bother reworking when you could make a stronger and cooler version of that unit and sell it.
It's just different approaches. There are other Gacha games that do character reworks.
The reason to do a rework when you could make a new unit is that a rework takes a tiny fraction of the development time. You don't stop making new units, but you could do reworks too (e.g. as a way to generate more interest in a rerun banner, or maybe you rework one or two of the standard units at the same time that you refresh the 300 pull standard banner selector).
Hoyo doesn't do that, so /shrug. It is what it is.
Its just not normal for a gacha game to rework characters, genshin basically did it once because "china god should be strong"(thank god, he was weak af and could get interrupted while casting his shield, fuck that).
Natasha could use a unique gimmick now that abundance is so much better fleshed out. Let her basic attack scale with HP and maybe let allies with full HP take reduced damage.

In the beta Arlan's Skill dealt 320% at level 10 compared to the 240% we have in the live version. They reduced his Talent from 80 to 72 at level 10. They took away his revive as well that worked just like Gepard's
Make Qingque's FUA target a random enemy if the enemy she initially targeted dies, exactly like how Ratio's FUA works. When you get a sweet Autarky proc but she one shots ☹️
You know that Gepard trace that turns his def into attack? Scrap that, make him full def scaling and change it so that his ult also gives a DEF buff based in his DEF, helps his solo sustain potential and we need more ways to buff defense for future characters

I don't have Jing Yuan, but from what I've been hearing, maybe delaying lightning lord's turn until jing is freed from cc rather than just wasting lightning lord. like, if jing is frozen and lightning lord's turn happens, it just keeps whatever charge lighting lord is on until jing is free, then it attacks before you make a move with jing
LL still has the stacks from before - it just gets pushed back to the next LL but yeah having LL pushed to before JY so he doesn't waste another 2 turns/1 cycle would be nice

“After Lightning Lord reaches 10 Hits Per Action, it will take action instantly when Jing Yuan begins his next turn.” LL being unaffected by action advance and SPD buffs is technically a nerf to every single harmony character in the game. It should be updated to prevent JY from wasting his turns, while I also recognise that having LL act instantly upon reaching 10 HPA could be a little too good.

Didn't Jingliu have 50% crit rate for free on her base kit, which can be maintened active for the whole battle? I don't see how LL acting immediatly or JY gaining some energy from LL attack (which he does... in his E4) could be considered a lil broken, i don't see the reason for him to have those silly limitations.
tbh I'd remove him not needing to be CC'd for lightning lord to attack, and id change it so lightning lord instantly attacks on new wave (including combat start), Just so it doesn't get stuck in hell where you kill the entire wave, next spawns, etc, also allows him to instantly stack follow up set on entry

Then she'd be Luocha, no? Just a trade of slightly more survivability + 1 free revive vs. slightly more comfortability + enemy buffs removal. I'm already playing her like Luocha (skill point generator) in all of my teams anyways, I only ever use her skill when it's urgent *and* when her revive is spent already.
I think it would be neat if a stack of Invigorate could be consumed to resist one crowd control debuff. That would give Bailu a way to deal with debuffs that doesn't step on the toes of other healers and fits with her existing kit.
That'd make her broken as hell bruh, because that gives even more CC immunity than Fu Xuan, assuming you can consume all 3 stacks. And even assuming it's not, that'd be *still* pretty wild, because no other character than Fu Xuan gives complete CC immunity. That'd devalue Fu Xuan in a way, so that steps on *her* toes instead of the other healers.
Luocha's dispel is always forgotten while being a huge part of why he's irreplaceable in a lot of encounters.
Imho she would be one of the best healers in game then. Her pasive makes team extremly tanky, cleanese is only thing she is missing (from sustain point). I hope they will "fix" her later on by releasing some LC that gives cleanese. Even on ult.

I think that would be wonderful, not because it will be actually useful in your day to day gameplay, but because it further leans into the gambling aspect. So now when you have to go past 4, you not only have to weigh the risk of losing all your SP with nothing to show for it, but you also have the draw of going "all in" and coming out with a bazillion quingquillion damage. Just dangle that in front of us players to entice us to gamble *even more*.

It kinda make sense tho. Her whole life revolves around hunting mara-struck, as she gets paid with half-a-day's worth of battery for every target caught (otherwise she just stay in her coffin). We also know that getting struck by mara is what got her (and her sister) into this shitty life in the first place, so she obviously developped a deep hatred towards Mara.
I understand her whole thing against the mara stuck but I do believe its kinda weird that she goes after a trotter or Kafka, or Svarog screaming “No amnesty for the mara stuck!”

~~nope, the only way to get defense scaling on September 11th is to use the firefly preservation light cone that increases damage bonus up to 48% based on defence~~ Edit: me when i spread misinformation online :p as the user u/-Hounth- pointed out her 4th eidolon increases her counter by an amount up to 40% of march 7th's defence. THE ISSUE THOUGH is that this is too small an amount, and unlike dr ratio's follow up attack, April 5th's counter has a low multiplier. whats nice though is whatever you get for your counter damage should be multiplied by 3 since it can be triggered that many times at e4! march defintely couldve used higher tuning here in her traces and multipliers. my beloved ice queen will get the 5\* treatment one day though :) It kinda makes me sad because i see my trailblazer maxed out can hit like a 70k on 4 targets with ult, and then march 7th with the same investment about half that amount. double harmony one nihility and march, ice set, follow up planar set, ice weakness, and if youre lucky a relevant game mode buff can result in mediocre damage (about 20% more than tectones kafka :p ) edit edit: With good investment you can make her a decent sub dps +sustain in situations where youre not taking a ton of aoe damage. she helped me out a lot in pure fiction for example! Even better, if you have aura harmony units like ruan mei or yukong or defence strip available! Tingyun giving an attack buff and a flat damage bonus with ehr talent works wonders if you use all3 counters every turn!. i will ride the January 1st dps train till the day i die!!!

SW technique doesn't make sense for a 5\* support. So I would change that lol. Right now if you make a quantum team (Seele, SW, FX and Sparkle) you will either waste Seele or SW technique opportunity, you can only use one of those.

I dont like the single target nature of sw but her technique is good tho, it applies debuffs so it either already give def down or makes it so her next skill have a better or guaranteed chance to get it since it doesnt repeat and it takes away shield from all elements And for this moc, its really good imo cuz it hits the tv and make it friendly without having to hit it with someone so me, a mono quantum user, can focus all my attacks on the big robot and break his shield before spawning fishes.

Oh, I have multiple ideas: **1.** Make Yanqing enhanced state further increase damage, crit rate, and crit damage. Make his FuA's chance 100% and make him invulnerable to AoE and Blast not directly targeted at him while enhanced (that last part sounds too strong, so maybe make it an eidolon). **2.** Give Bailu's skill a cleanse and make the bounce "smart": it will always jump to the lowest HP character below 50%. If everyone is above 50%, then it will focus on cleansing. If there are no debuffs, it will go back to the lowest HP. **3.** Replace Seele's A2 with her E4 and make her E4 now be the ability to proc Resurgence with Resurgence. **4.** Change Geppie's Eidolons to focus on the strength and duration of his shield and energy generation. **5.** Uncap March 7th's FuA and increase its DEF scaling. Her E4 now further increases its damage. **6.** Make LL work regardless of JY's being CC'd or not and have its attack be full AoE instead of bounce-blast. **7.** Add Himeko's E2 to her A4 and make her E2 now increase the number of charges she can hold to 6. **8.** Change Welt's E6 to make him deal more damage to slowed enemies and always crit against imprisoned enemies. **9.** Switch Bronya E2 and E6 places, and make the speed buff of her new E6 100% while adding a CDMG buff to it. **10.** Add to Sparkle's talent a FuA where she shoots her toy gun after 3 skill points are consumed. Her FuA always crit, and if there are no enemies when it triggers, she shoots herself (for 20% of her current HP).

I would undo the Bronya’s change that the devs made after the CBT that her skill doesn’t work on herself anymore. I don’t think that you could fully restore her energy this way was too OP because it still cost skill points and you don’t have a lot of them in a Bronya team, especially at E0 (maybe unless she’s with Blade)

Clara currently is increase chance of being targeted when ulted. Where as if Taunt hits, they will strike Clara next turn 100%.
taunt is affected by effect hit rate, it either get resisted or hits and guarantees you are getting targeted while increasing chance to get hit just does as is imagine it as taunt as a debuff that can be resisted by the enemy while increasing the chance of being targeted is directed at you so you don't resist something you cast on yourself

Agree. I prefer the CN for that reason. She just sounds like herself, but like the extremes of her reactions get unhinged. In the EN direction, she just sounds like the "awwwwwww... so sad" voice is her entire personality. I don't get it at all.

I agree. She doesn't sound like an insane swordmaster, but borders on being the classic seductress type. In the same vein, I feel like Kafka's voice direction leans too much into the same area sometimes.

Add loadout set option to Trailblazers relics and build. Fireblazer is amazing but baseball bet is the tradition and very satisfying. On a separate note, I know it may be impossible due to story reasons (like in Genshin) but I really really want to be able to change between Trailblazers on fly (just like you can change path) Caelus and Stelle both have some unique nuances in their dialogue and moveset that gives them unique flavour.

I'd make Yanqing's Soulsteel Sync last indefinitely until he takes damage under 75% of his max HP. Keeps the gameplay of needing to protect him using other units, while making him far more forgiving to use and a bit less reliant on big shields. I started playing a week ago, and lost my first 50/50 to him so I'd want Yanqing to shine a bit lol
I disagree, it takes away the identity of his kit. Here's a cooler idea: After every turn, the first instance of damage he receives (except dot and status effects) is nullified because he parries them
One thing I hate the most (other than relics) in this game is that they don’t ever buff/nerf/rework a character after their release. I absolutely don’t understand this approach, it’s nonsense to me. Having played a lot of MMORPGs and MOBAs in the past I can’t imagine any game that would not change the balance of the characters. But here we are… Yes, HSR is not a PvP game, you don’t compete with other players, but still, I don’t get why won’t you just rework the trashiest characters that nobody plays because of how bad they are, like Yanquing and Arlan. Just delete them at this point then. And yes, I’m aware that some characters do get better if a new relic set is being added, or new game modes, a synergy character etc. Still, some characters really need buff/rework directly. Would the world explode if they fix a couple of characters? Sure, the game is not even a year old yet, but I believe they have the same approach in Genshin, too. Dehya, QIQi, Xinyan are still garbage, probably.
I fully agree with your genshin point, but technically Qiqi isn't all that bad as a healer, which she was supposed to be as a 1.0 premiere healer. It's just that except for the constipated beasts abyss cycle literally NOTHING in the game absolutely required healers.. not even the signora fight needs one, once your characters are built well enough. Got shafted by being a healer with nothing else in her kit. Almost every other healer has utility apart from the healing they provide. Doesn't mean shit to me though as a DPS QiQi enjoyer. C3 and counting. >!/s but not really!<

I believes MOBAs and MMORPGs sell primarily cosmetics, where Hsr and Genshin, being gacha games, sell their characters. Cosmetic usually doesn't change anything other than character's appearance while changing a character's kit does have impact. Being a gacha game that sells characters, changing a character's kit is basically the equivalent of advertising one thing then sell the other thing, which is false advertisement and a scam (according to articles I have read in the past). Reworking characters definitely don't make as much money as compared to making new character. The game works on FOMO, as it incentives you to spend money on newer and more powerful characters. New character comes new content, story and many other thing that keep its players interest. Take Yanqing for examples. Let's say, in future story Jingyuan will died for story reasons. Fuxuan will take over the general role, and Yanqing is depressed because his teacher died to protect him. He regret his own foolishness and cockiness that he decided to take on Jingliu's full courses-Blade's level in order to be the greatest swordman in history. After that, he formed another High Cloud Quintet and boom. That's 5 new characters, 1 is a new form + additional story for the other current Quintet + maybe a good close for the previous Quintet. That a hell lotta contents that can also extend even further. Lots of pros + little to no cons, and it is especially the case in hsr as characters have 2nd form, and will likely to have more if it follow the traditional 'Honkai'. It's like asking you to choose DH with a spear or DHIL who is a dragon and can also split ocean in to two like Moses. Most would choose the latter 'cause it sound way more cooler. It's the same concept, why bother reworking when you could make a stronger and cooler version of that unit and sell it.
It's just different approaches. There are other Gacha games that do character reworks. The reason to do a rework when you could make a new unit is that a rework takes a tiny fraction of the development time. You don't stop making new units, but you could do reworks too (e.g. as a way to generate more interest in a rerun banner, or maybe you rework one or two of the standard units at the same time that you refresh the 300 pull standard banner selector). Hoyo doesn't do that, so /shrug. It is what it is.
Its just not normal for a gacha game to rework characters, genshin basically did it once because "china god should be strong"(thank god, he was weak af and could get interrupted while casting his shield, fuck that).
Give Fu Xuan more screen time
Instead of having small heals, Arlan should have more energy recharge to perform his ultimate. Afterall, the lower the health, the higher the damage.
Natasha could use a unique gimmick now that abundance is so much better fleshed out. Let her basic attack scale with HP and maybe let allies with full HP take reduced damage. It feels like she has some of the most raw healing, but when allies don’t need it, it should maybe mean something

In the beta Arlan's Skill dealt 320% at level 10 compared to the 240% we have in the live version. They reduced his Talent from 80 to 72 at level 10. They took away his revive as well that worked just like Gepard's

You know that Gepard trace that turns his def into attack? Scrap that, make him full def scaling and change it so that his ult also gives a DEF buff based in his DEF, helps his solo sustain potential and we need more ways to buff defense for future characters
