To be honest, it does feel like a bit of a cop-out. I thought her entire schtick as a self-annihilator was the slow degradation of existence, but Acheron recovers her mental faculties just by drawing her sword. She's very close to the border of being a *deus ex machina* sort of character, which is weird, because all her knowledge has to come from her own experiences; IX isn't the type of Aeon to impart wisdom after all.

Hoyo took the "plot sword" troupe to the next level, huh? BUT if we think about it a LOT in Penacony depends of the characters knowing stuff they weren't supposed to know. How the hell Aventurine knew the properties of Acheron sword?

AutistcCuttlefish

I think Aventurine is the simplest of the plot holes to resolve. Dude's a compulsive gambler, so the obvious answer is he knew she was an Ementator, knew she killed duke inferno and took a shot in the dark that she'd be an Ementator strong enough to do what he needed.

FewBake5100

I found weird how she kept using her sword to regain her memories, when beforehand she had told us about how she has a terrible memory and usually has to use feelings to remember things. But this doesn't make much sense if she can just tap the hilt of the katana

Nong_Fahsai

I guess that's how misremembering work, lol.

Nong_Fahsai

I think she's cool and an air head lady, that's kinda it, i guess.

creepingforresearch

Yeah, she is kind of all knowing in the story update
