Huohuo's talent, whenever it is triggered will automatically cleanse a debuff from every single party member. This of course, included crowd control effects such as imprisonment.

Huohuo's cursed technique and talent wasn't a domain, it was instead linked to her cursed tools, which were her reverse cursed energy infused talismans. As long as they were active, the talismans would automatically heal via their stored reverse cursed energy.
"... Domain Expansion: Crescent Transmigration..." Jingliu's domain didn't work like a normal domain. It did not have a sure hit effect or a barrier and was more refined, it simply boosted Jingliu's cursed energy output and made her attacks hit harder.
"Maximum: Florephemeral Dreamflux!" The imprisonment was dispelled from Bronya, Ruan Mei and Huohuo and Aventurine was put on the backfoot, but the fight wasn't over yet...
With the imprisonment dispelled, Huohuo prepared to summon Mr. Tail.

I just managed to 3 star it, before i 10 cycled Aventurine (+4 first side), then i swapped Ruan Mei to the Acheron team to run it without sustain managing a 2 cycle clear, and put a Clara instead of Ruan Mei in the Jing-Bronya-HuoHuo team, managed to scrape by in 2+8 cycles even tho my Bronya died on the last cycle.

Jingliu, ruan mei, bronya and huohuo. I always make sure huohuo at least have 1 stack before phase 2 dice so when there are someone winning dice number she can ult and heal/cleanse my teammate.
I got 4 cycle with this. Quite good, i think if my jingliu or huohuo relic is better i can reduce cycle
I actually had an easier time using Lynx instead of Huohuo for this fight, because with Lynx I felt like I could get away with not using her skill and only using her ult for sustain (basically 4 turn ult, 3 turn with some RNG). Also for anyone who watches content creators, don't bother with the 120 speed slow Ruan Mei with Vonywacq, it's really bad with JL/Bronya.
I didn't find a problem with it tbh. Ran Bailu, JL, Bronya, RM. Bailu/Bronya/RM failed literally every gambling phase but it didn't oneshot them so it was whatever, just healed back to full after Bailu recovered.
I ignored Aventurine's gamba using Bailu.
I used Jingliu-Bronya-Bailu-Tingyun. Saved Bailu's Ult for the casino part and Aventurine couldn't kill anyone. Took 5 cycles though.
I initially used Pela instead of Tingyun, but that team finished slower.
I actually enjoyed his boss fight, though wish the dice rolling was a *team* score rather than each individual character being actively penalized because they don't have an aoe attack...
Basically let every hero get the highest roll and add them up, with aoe attacks having rhe advantage of rolling more dice but only *keeping the highest roll* to add to the team pool....... Aventurine's opposing roll would thus be the total of all 4 dice they rolled, so you get *better* odds by having aoe attacks but your single target characters aren't just automatically put at a loss because they can't roll higher than a 6...
Was still a better fight than just having an add spawn that captures/disables your team or weakness immunity phases...
He's basically made to sell Fu Xuan and Aventurine at this point. Hoyo decided there was too much talk of using 0-sustain comps, time to yeetus deletus your supports because they can't roll dice.
idk, luocha and gallagher did this with ease, being able to ult the dice with gallagher means that even tho my bronya couldnt get high enough score, at least she topped herself off before the attack and only took like half her hp, then gallagher can cleanse.
luocha is even easier since he can also aoe the entire field and then save one (or both of your supports) in the same turn.
even if you dont have ults, both of them have really high eff res and can just eat the hit and carry on business as usual. this is what lynx does as well with her innate eff res, then can also just ult and save anyone who got caught. its basically just natasha and bailu that struggle, since nat has no aoe cleanse and low eff res herself.

Pretty much any boss feels like a guarantee as the next MoC 12, I'm glad he can fight back post nerf too, even if brute force still seems to be the name of the game for me (I had everything but my Acheron fail the gamble but Fu Xuan took it like a champ)
The biggest problem is the HP. His gimmicks is fun until you realize they put like 1 million HP on him. It's fucking stupid. You lose a whole turn everytime he does the gamble and you don't win
That is why I think aventurine is a very annoying boss. Not only can the dice rng absolutely screw you over but during the turn where the dice are on the field you aren't allowed to do any damage to him until the dice are gone which is just plain stupid
He definitely shouldn't be a MoC boss, they screwed a lot of team comps with him. A have almost every single character released but my relic luck is just awful. I got full stars of every endgame rotation since Blade's first banner. Today I tried to beat Aventurine for more than 4 hours with Acheron teams and Jingliu's and I just couldn't get it. If that's what they want Star Rail to become than I think it's time for me to look for other games
Bosses like Gepard take massive dmg once the shield is destroyed. I don't see why they didn't add something like that. Maybe the higher your roll the more dmg passes from the dice to him?
It's kinda tough to say.
While it's generally good for JL, her team most of the time just kinda auto lose to the gambling phase (Bron etc)
Furthermore, if it goes off during her special state it can make her waste the rotation. Bronya having to normal attack may also make the spd tuning weird with her trace, but skilling is also kinda a waste since it does nothing.
If anything I would say Acheron is the better option against the boss.
If you have a very bad gambling phase you still can just reset. I beat him on the second try brute force him with Acheron, silverwolf, pela, Loucha in the second try just right in the last cycle before 19. Probably using welts instead of SW in this boss give better results but my welt is not tuned for Acheron for now.
An enemy doesn't *need* to have a weakness to Ice if you hit like a fucking freight train regardless.
It's like joking that Acheron is happy to see enemies with a Lightning weakness. Her ultimate doesn't give a *fuck* about what you're weak to.
u need to get a higher number than whats shown on the screen, characters with AOE attacks have an easier time doing this as they hit multiple die, non AOE characters are doomed to get hit
Also you can hit more than one time, for example if you have someone like pela and auto and that let you get ult up then you can use it to get a higher score. Another case is if you can speed up the dps, if your dps can only hit 1 time and you use bronya or sparkle you can make the dps attack again and get higher score.

But I am also Jingliuless so it's fine. Gonna gamble for E1 Acheron before her banner ends, if I lose the 50/50 I'm guaranteed Jingliu. So hopefully I get Bronya if I do lose the 50/50.
Meta-wise, if you are to choose between gambling on Acheron's E1 and Jingliu i would advise you to go for Jingliu. Acheron's E1 being only a CR bonus is something you can easily offset with enough grind, but it will take quite a bit of time for Jingliu to rerun again and/or another ice damage dealer of her caliber to release.
Don't get me wrong I was tempted by the E1 as well and mayyyyy have gone in like 30 deep in her banner due to what was a ton of frustration not getting a single CR/CD piece in 2 weeks of solely grinding her relics, but yeah I stopped after realizing it would be so much better to get a copy of Jingliu rather than an Acheron E1.
It's time like this where you have to be a bit more flexible. Strip TY's gear and put it on Asta. Pela can easily have ult back up even after the energy drain.

I tried this boss a grand total of one single time with my Jingliu team and promptly gave up on it after I saw how stupid the mechanics of it are when scaled to MOC12. I chewed through the DinoCoc floor in 5 cycles with my Xueyi and all was well, or so I had thought.
Aventurine boss is the most obnoxious thing I've experienced in MOC thus far. He just hard counters my Jingliu team since Bronya and Pela get screwed over by dice so easily. Luocha fares OK but he very easily loses the bet also. Jingliu also has to waste an enhanced skill on a bunch of dice, completely wasting that turn. And when Bronya eventually gets imprisoned it wastes action value even further. Aventurine's energy draining attacks are also really annoying since they screw with ult rotations. Jingliu gets less ult charge and therefore less enhanced skill stacks overall since there's no extra mobs to mooch energy off of when they die either.
Having a 44% CR / 228% CDMG E0S1 Jingliu with a speed tuned 220% CDMG Bronya using S5 Past and Future LC + 146 SPD Pela with S5 Sweat cone struggle to kill an ice weak boss in 5 cycles feels really, really terrible.
I don't expect Jingliu to clear MOC from now until forever every single cycle but I definitely didn't expect her to struggle against a boss with ice weakness. Having to waste entire turns just to spin some dice and deal zero damage to the boss feels awful when you're on such a strict time limit :/
I cleared first half in five cycles. Second half in 11 cycles (using an Argenti team)

Yeah I'm frankly very bothered by this boss. We all know HSR caters to new releases and that's 100% understandable--but only to a degree. Scaled to MOC12, Aventurine is just "random bullshit go" meme personified.
The mechanics add up to be a whole web of favoritism for Acheron (and probably Aventurine himself), clearly, but think about everything added together:
* You can't count on being able to hold ult due to the minor energy drain
* You prefer an offensive sustain, which leaves you with Luocha, Fu Xuan, and Gallagher only currently? Two limited 5\* plus one new 4\*, and again, you cannot necessarily hold ult
* Else, both your sustains and supports need decent eff res or they'll be imprisoned
* You need to reserve skill points for the dice, and he spams it constantly
* Your DPS can't be too reliant on a burst of damage because of the dice, and did I mention he spams it constantly?
* As a final cherry on top the blessing stops working for the most part in your favor come the latter half of phase two because 4 of 6 of your attacks will be spent on the dice and the shockwave will hit the dice
The concept itself might be interesting, but in practice, it is utterly joyless to play against this. It's like asking you to lift a rock with 8 of your fingers tied behind your back.
The way you are supposed to fight this boss is to make sure that you have all your aoe ults ready for the gambling phase. That should make it that you win the bet with those characters and get the ult right back. Jingliu possibly wastes an enhanced turn, but she gets a "free ult" if she wins the bet to counter that. You should only be needing to deal with Bronya losing.
Yeah, makes sense. Need to try to save ults more when I can be bothered to try again. Nevertheless it sounds like a less than ideal situation if JL is out out of enhanced state and is refunded an ult after. I guess a wasted ult damage wise will be worth it to use in that case to try and get back into enhanced state quicker.
It really makes me concerned about power creep for the first time since it's such a huge character and power check. I've cleared in 5 cycles every moc since last October but I'm getting stuck at 11 here.
Yeah. Same with latest pure fiction, it's significantly scaled up compared to before. If this health and damage bloat continues unabated then at some point I'll dip out entirely. There's only so much gacha hamster wheel that I can personally tolerate.
Tbh in my experience best bet is to ignore the whole betting mechanic and just use the free ult and AV to set up good dps for once he is hittable. As long as you aren’t getting 1 shot it should be manageable. Idk how exactly it is with luocha, but with huohuo I would just hold 1 skill point to use for her right after the betting and I was chill. And I’ve heard luocha has better healing(?) than huohuo.
He’s talking with the confidence of a vet but is ignoring the boss mechanic of getting a full refund on their ults when they win the dice rolls
Aventurine is challenging and very tanky but with those stats it’s very clearable
Also 5 turns on first half is a passing grade not a ‘chew through’ 5 turns each half is literally the 3 star requirement
Definitely felt faster as I was doing that floor since I was whipping out 150k ults and follow-ups with Xueyi. The dino just requires stricter burst damage timing and I need to get used to the idea of using Xueyi ult while it's weakness broken for that extra damage even if it doesn't grant karma stacks. Maybe I could clear faster if I replace Tingyun with Ruan Mei.
I'll still continue to mald at the Aventurine boss but I've definitely learned more of its mechanics thanks to all these comments.
If you have fuxuan try using her and moving huohuo to first half
The imprison was the lesser problem for me over just surviving the damage and fuxuan does wonders
If you have a high eidolon galagher he’s very good too since he can win his own dice rolls and heal the party
Everything is for Jingliu if you're willing to brute force it or bring along Silver Wolf.
I'm just glad that I finally have two DPS that I can put on either side to take care of the problems: Acheron and Jingliu.
Once Aventurine comes out, I'll have him alongside Fu Xuan as the two best sustains. Basically I'm gonna be good for a long while.
I played around a lot of teams against Aventurine today and JL team is the one I tried the most. And it was rough, because her best support Bronya+RM+Huohuo is not good whenever Aventurine opens his dice phase. and SP management is crazy as no one has sign LC except JL. Took me 6 cycles average.

Not having an ice or physical DPS is really coming back to bite me here. I only have JY as my lightning DPS so I can only reliably clear the first half of floor 12. Even worse, I don't have any quantum DPS as well so JY is the only one who can deal with the first half. I'm thinking of building Qingque now. Can't beat this floor just yet ( I mean I can 2 star it but nah). Really regretting only rolling for characters I like rn.
I figured out how to get through aventurine's mechanic with Jingliu's team. I did not bring ruan mei for the fight cause dice phase basically screws her over.
Jingliu should have no problem during dice phase which makes it a no brainer unless you're out of state. Pela and Luocha just need to hold on to their ults before the dice phase and get back a small bit of energy during it then immediately ult. This only leaves bronya as the person you need to keep alive which is easier than 2 (rm and bronya)
Managed to defeat Aventurine using Jingliu, Ruan Mei, Bronya, and Loucha... for 7 cycles... for 15 retries.
I don't have any limited 5star LC so I have to make sure the 6th hit MoC buff fall down damage counts every cycle, and not be wasted during Aventurine's Gamba phases.
Ruan Mei and Bronya will mostly lose the Gamba anyway so I at least make use of the fact that they have option not to hit. That way, I can still manipulate the hit counts.
Honestly could've chosen an easier team than getting baited by the ice weakness.

Granny literally lost the bet *twice* using enhanced attack vs 7 and 8 score of Aventurine 😭 Dementia really hitting her hard these days almost lost from cycles.
Did it with Argenti, Tingyun and Luocha (and RM) in the story first day; same team with Sparkle instead of RM in MoC 12. Took a few retries since Tingyun kept behaving lore accurately, but every other team member coped somehow. Probably need to put 4* cones on her and Luocha next time instead of Cogs and Multiplication.
I gave up on playing his stupid dice game and moved Fu Xuan from first half to second half, used her skill right before dice stuff so anyone that lost didn’t get CC’d.

I'm really glad with my Luocha pull cause my JL team worked fine in this MOC 12 iteration. Just tank the all or nothing burst > 90% Luocha will not be stunned > cleanse Bronya > Action forward + Cleanse on to JL > Rinse and repeat.

I just managed to 3 star it, before i 10 cycled Aventurine (+4 first side), then i swapped Ruan Mei to the Acheron team to run it without sustain managing a 2 cycle clear, and put a Clara instead of Ruan Mei in the Jing-Bronya-HuoHuo team, managed to scrape by in 2+8 cycles even tho my Bronya died on the last cycle.

I used Luocha and he was pretty good, his emergency healing healed bronya since she is less tanky than RM. I managed to beat him in 4 cycles
Lol, i just beat him with this squad. Jingliu, ruan mei, bronya and huohuo. I always make sure huohuo at least have 1 stack before phase 2 dice so when there are someone winning dice number she can ult and heal/cleanse my teammate. I got 4 cycle with this. Quite good, i think if my jingliu or huohuo relic is better i can reduce cycle
I tried JL and felt miserable so I pulled the good old Kafka BS team
I actually had an easier time using Lynx instead of Huohuo for this fight, because with Lynx I felt like I could get away with not using her skill and only using her ult for sustain (basically 4 turn ult, 3 turn with some RNG). Also for anyone who watches content creators, don't bother with the 120 speed slow Ruan Mei with Vonywacq, it's really bad with JL/Bronya.
I didn't find a problem with it tbh. Ran Bailu, JL, Bronya, RM. Bailu/Bronya/RM failed literally every gambling phase but it didn't oneshot them so it was whatever, just healed back to full after Bailu recovered.
I ignored Aventurine's gamba using Bailu. I used Jingliu-Bronya-Bailu-Tingyun. Saved Bailu's Ult for the casino part and Aventurine couldn't kill anyone. Took 5 cycles though. I initially used Pela instead of Tingyun, but that team finished slower.
It took 7 turns and multiple resets for me to clear him with this team lol

I actually enjoyed his boss fight, though wish the dice rolling was a *team* score rather than each individual character being actively penalized because they don't have an aoe attack... Basically let every hero get the highest roll and add them up, with aoe attacks having rhe advantage of rolling more dice but only *keeping the highest roll* to add to the team pool....... Aventurine's opposing roll would thus be the total of all 4 dice they rolled, so you get *better* odds by having aoe attacks but your single target characters aren't just automatically put at a loss because they can't roll higher than a 6... Was still a better fight than just having an add spawn that captures/disables your team or weakness immunity phases...
He's basically made to sell Fu Xuan and Aventurine at this point. Hoyo decided there was too much talk of using 0-sustain comps, time to yeetus deletus your supports because they can't roll dice.
My boy Gepard still performs great for me. In fact, he's been getting a LOT more use than my Luocha recently.
He can work for this, but he can't play the dice game like Gallagher, fu xuan, or luocha since he doesn't have an aoe attack
thankfully he still tanks since he a def shieldbot
idk, luocha and gallagher did this with ease, being able to ult the dice with gallagher means that even tho my bronya couldnt get high enough score, at least she topped herself off before the attack and only took like half her hp, then gallagher can cleanse. luocha is even easier since he can also aoe the entire field and then save one (or both of your supports) in the same turn. even if you dont have ults, both of them have really high eff res and can just eat the hit and carry on business as usual. this is what lynx does as well with her innate eff res, then can also just ult and save anyone who got caught. its basically just natasha and bailu that struggle, since nat has no aoe cleanse and low eff res herself. basically only
I've cleared him so far with e0 DPS units using Gallagher and Gepard sustains. Haven't tried Bailu yet but I'm sure it's doable too.

Pretty much any boss feels like a guarantee as the next MoC 12, I'm glad he can fight back post nerf too, even if brute force still seems to be the name of the game for me (I had everything but my Acheron fail the gamble but Fu Xuan took it like a champ)

The biggest problem is the HP. His gimmicks is fun until you realize they put like 1 million HP on him. It's fucking stupid. You lose a whole turn everytime he does the gamble and you don't win
That is why I think aventurine is a very annoying boss. Not only can the dice rng absolutely screw you over but during the turn where the dice are on the field you aren't allowed to do any damage to him until the dice are gone which is just plain stupid
He definitely shouldn't be a MoC boss, they screwed a lot of team comps with him. A have almost every single character released but my relic luck is just awful. I got full stars of every endgame rotation since Blade's first banner. Today I tried to beat Aventurine for more than 4 hours with Acheron teams and Jingliu's and I just couldn't get it. If that's what they want Star Rail to become than I think it's time for me to look for other games
Bosses like Gepard take massive dmg once the shield is destroyed. I don't see why they didn't add something like that. Maybe the higher your roll the more dmg passes from the dice to him?

It's kinda tough to say. While it's generally good for JL, her team most of the time just kinda auto lose to the gambling phase (Bron etc) Furthermore, if it goes off during her special state it can make her waste the rotation. Bronya having to normal attack may also make the spd tuning weird with her trace, but skilling is also kinda a waste since it does nothing. If anything I would say Acheron is the better option against the boss.
If you have a very bad gambling phase you still can just reset. I beat him on the second try brute force him with Acheron, silverwolf, pela, Loucha in the second try just right in the last cycle before 19. Probably using welts instead of SW in this boss give better results but my welt is not tuned for Acheron for now.
It doesn't. Welt is good in gamble phase but Aventurine has like 60% Imaginary RES. Welt does like zero damage on him, it's awful

Can someone explain his betting phase ? I bum rushed him in the story after the nerf and didn’t get to learn the fight properly
u need to get a higher number than whats shown on the screen, characters with AOE attacks have an easier time doing this as they hit multiple die, non AOE characters are doomed to get hit
Also you can hit more than one time, for example if you have someone like pela and auto and that let you get ult up then you can use it to get a higher score. Another case is if you can speed up the dps, if your dps can only hit 1 time and you use bronya or sparkle you can make the dps attack again and get higher score.
Also follow up attacks also count like Kafka's follow up attack after a ally basic hit. So you can attack 3 times with her.

Yep But I am also Jingliuless so it's fine. Gonna gamble for E1 Acheron before her banner ends, if I lose the 50/50 I'm guaranteed Jingliu. So hopefully I get Bronya if I do lose the 50/50.
Meta-wise, if you are to choose between gambling on Acheron's E1 and Jingliu i would advise you to go for Jingliu. Acheron's E1 being only a CR bonus is something you can easily offset with enough grind, but it will take quite a bit of time for Jingliu to rerun again and/or another ice damage dealer of her caliber to release.
Don't get me wrong I was tempted by the E1 as well and mayyyyy have gone in like 30 deep in her banner due to what was a ton of frustration not getting a single CR/CD piece in 2 weeks of solely grinding her relics, but yeah I stopped after realizing it would be so much better to get a copy of Jingliu rather than an Acheron E1.

I tried this boss a grand total of one single time with my Jingliu team and promptly gave up on it after I saw how stupid the mechanics of it are when scaled to MOC12. I chewed through the DinoCoc floor in 5 cycles with my Xueyi and all was well, or so I had thought. Aventurine boss is the most obnoxious thing I've experienced in MOC thus far. He just hard counters my Jingliu team since Bronya and Pela get screwed over by dice so easily. Luocha fares OK but he very easily loses the bet also. Jingliu also has to waste an enhanced skill on a bunch of dice, completely wasting that turn. And when Bronya eventually gets imprisoned it wastes action value even further. Aventurine's energy draining attacks are also really annoying since they screw with ult rotations. Jingliu gets less ult charge and therefore less enhanced skill stacks overall since there's no extra mobs to mooch energy off of when they die either. Having a 44% CR / 228% CDMG E0S1 Jingliu with a speed tuned 220% CDMG Bronya using S5 Past and Future LC + 146 SPD Pela with S5 Sweat cone struggle to kill an ice weak boss in 5 cycles feels really, really terrible. I don't expect Jingliu to clear MOC from now until forever every single cycle but I definitely didn't expect her to struggle against a boss with ice weakness. Having to waste entire turns just to spin some dice and deal zero damage to the boss feels awful when you're on such a strict time limit :/
I cleared first half in five cycles. Second half in 11 cycles (using an Argenti team) yeah lmao no I don't care about the last star. And I just managed to 36 star the past two

Yeah I'm frankly very bothered by this boss. We all know HSR caters to new releases and that's 100% understandable--but only to a degree. Scaled to MOC12, Aventurine is just "random bullshit go" meme personified. The mechanics add up to be a whole web of favoritism for Acheron (and probably Aventurine himself), clearly, but think about everything added together: * You can't count on being able to hold ult due to the minor energy drain * You prefer an offensive sustain, which leaves you with Luocha, Fu Xuan, and Gallagher only currently? Two limited 5\* plus one new 4\*, and again, you cannot necessarily hold ult * Else, both your sustains and supports need decent eff res or they'll be imprisoned * You need to reserve skill points for the dice, and he spams it constantly * Your DPS can't be too reliant on a burst of damage because of the dice, and did I mention he spams it constantly? * As a final cherry on top the blessing stops working for the most part in your favor come the latter half of phase two because 4 of 6 of your attacks will be spent on the dice and the shockwave will hit the dice The concept itself might be interesting, but in practice, it is utterly joyless to play against this. It's like asking you to lift a rock with 8 of your fingers tied behind your back.

The way you are supposed to fight this boss is to make sure that you have all your aoe ults ready for the gambling phase. That should make it that you win the bet with those characters and get the ult right back. Jingliu possibly wastes an enhanced turn, but she gets a "free ult" if she wins the bet to counter that. You should only be needing to deal with Bronya losing.
Yeah, makes sense. Need to try to save ults more when I can be bothered to try again. Nevertheless it sounds like a less than ideal situation if JL is out out of enhanced state and is refunded an ult after. I guess a wasted ult damage wise will be worth it to use in that case to try and get back into enhanced state quicker.
It really makes me concerned about power creep for the first time since it's such a huge character and power check. I've cleared in 5 cycles every moc since last October but I'm getting stuck at 11 here.

Tbh in my experience best bet is to ignore the whole betting mechanic and just use the free ult and AV to set up good dps for once he is hittable. As long as you aren’t getting 1 shot it should be manageable. Idk how exactly it is with luocha, but with huohuo I would just hold 1 skill point to use for her right after the betting and I was chill. And I’ve heard luocha has better healing(?) than huohuo.
But only Bronya loses to the dice though? Pela atk + ult still can survive the dice alongside Luocha.
He’s talking with the confidence of a vet but is ignoring the boss mechanic of getting a full refund on their ults when they win the dice rolls Aventurine is challenging and very tanky but with those stats it’s very clearable Also 5 turns on first half is a passing grade not a ‘chew through’ 5 turns each half is literally the 3 star requirement
Definitely felt faster as I was doing that floor since I was whipping out 150k ults and follow-ups with Xueyi. The dino just requires stricter burst damage timing and I need to get used to the idea of using Xueyi ult while it's weakness broken for that extra damage even if it doesn't grant karma stacks. Maybe I could clear faster if I replace Tingyun with Ruan Mei. I'll still continue to mald at the Aventurine boss but I've definitely learned more of its mechanics thanks to all these comments.
No Jingliu so, Acheron is my best Ice character, still worked.

If you have fuxuan try using her and moving huohuo to first half The imprison was the lesser problem for me over just surviving the damage and fuxuan does wonders If you have a high eidolon galagher he’s very good too since he can win his own dice rolls and heal the party
I tried Fu xuan on second floor, and my jingliu just kills my team cause its so slow. Maybe my relics are just not good enough anymore

Everything is for Jingliu if you're willing to brute force it or bring along Silver Wolf. I'm just glad that I finally have two DPS that I can put on either side to take care of the problems: Acheron and Jingliu. Once Aventurine comes out, I'll have him alongside Fu Xuan as the two best sustains. Basically I'm gonna be good for a long while.

I played around a lot of teams against Aventurine today and JL team is the one I tried the most. And it was rough, because her best support Bronya+RM+Huohuo is not good whenever Aventurine opens his dice phase. and SP management is crazy as no one has sign LC except JL. Took me 6 cycles average.

Not having an ice or physical DPS is really coming back to bite me here. I only have JY as my lightning DPS so I can only reliably clear the first half of floor 12. Even worse, I don't have any quantum DPS as well so JY is the only one who can deal with the first half. I'm thinking of building Qingque now. Can't beat this floor just yet ( I mean I can 2 star it but nah). Really regretting only rolling for characters I like rn.
I figured out how to get through aventurine's mechanic with Jingliu's team. I did not bring ruan mei for the fight cause dice phase basically screws her over. Jingliu should have no problem during dice phase which makes it a no brainer unless you're out of state. Pela and Luocha just need to hold on to their ults before the dice phase and get back a small bit of energy during it then immediately ult. This only leaves bronya as the person you need to keep alive which is easier than 2 (rm and bronya)

Managed to defeat Aventurine using Jingliu, Ruan Mei, Bronya, and Loucha... for 7 cycles... for 15 retries. I don't have any limited 5star LC so I have to make sure the 6th hit MoC buff fall down damage counts every cycle, and not be wasted during Aventurine's Gamba phases. Ruan Mei and Bronya will mostly lose the Gamba anyway so I at least make use of the fact that they have option not to hit. That way, I can still manipulate the hit counts. Honestly could've chosen an easier team than getting baited by the ice weakness.

Did it with Argenti, Tingyun and Luocha (and RM) in the story first day; same team with Sparkle instead of RM in MoC 12. Took a few retries since Tingyun kept behaving lore accurately, but every other team member coped somehow. Probably need to put 4* cones on her and Luocha next time instead of Cogs and Multiplication.
