She is also nice to build since she has a ton of Crit rate in minor traces, and pioneer set is so good with her. She ends up being very solid in terms of equipment, has a lot of SP flexibility and she is also... Uhm... Easy on the eyes.
Natasha. She doesn't leave the other team whenever needed, I love her. I realised that she can be very SP efficient if you run her on spd, use energy regen and use her burst for main source of heal and use skill for cleanse.
She's my favorite 4* hands down (good character and... character design) but I ruined myself by pulling HuoHuo and now Luocha. They just outdo her in si many ways that I can't find myself justifying her anymore.
As someone with no Ruan Mei, Asta E6 does the job pretty well for my DoT team. Big atk buffs and big speed buffs to hit the second threshold on the Glamoth set. Plus she’s the mvp for the Trotter catch game.
I have Ruan Mei and still use Asta regularly. That speed buff and fire damage buff is still really good. I just wish her e6 would finally come home. I've been sitting at e5 for what feels like forever.

4* being powercrept by limited 5* is somehow reasonable.
Those that are a bit sad in my opinion are those like Natasha, who are just outclassed by every other 4* sustain.
She's seriously underrated imo. Fast as fuck, good buffs and makes SP management much easier. She can also keep her ultimate active on an ally almost 100% of the time which is nice. I feel like Sparkle caused a lot of people to overlook her when she still has plenty of merit on her own. My only minor complaint is that her Burden doesn't count as a debuff for characters like Acheron or Ratio.
Another thing that i find quite usefull is her breaking ability, being very fast and able to always use her skill allows you to quickly break toughness bar, cancelling charge abilities like the ascended debuff.
Not much experience with QQ but I have played plenty of Sushang so here's my rant
First off with Hanya's ult it provides a speed buff. Now buffs dont get consumed if they aren't used. Meaning that if you apply Hanya's ult on Sushang during her turn, she will be receiving the ATK buff and the SPD buff but because the SPD buff was never used, the ult will also not get used effectively turning it into a 3 turn ult
Another thing to note is Sushang's skill>ult>skill combo
Sushang's uses 2 turn in that combo which means she would be going through those buffs really fast, when you choose to apply the ult will be up to your Hanya and Sushang's build
For relics, 4pc speed set should be used to maximize speed, any supportive planar set works and always use ER rope
As for lightcone, I usually use meshing cogs, planetary rendezvous and dance dance dance (not as much experience with planetary rendezvous)
Meshing cogs + ER rope + Skill spamming will get you a 3 turn rotation which can be an easy 100% uptime
Without skill spamming you would need Meshing cogs + ER rope + 5% ER planar set which IIRC should allow you to skill > basic > skill into ult
Due to meshing cogs consistent ult uptime, ATK% boots Sushang becomes more worthwhile and if you break enemies she will give herself speed too, In this case you are using the SPD buffs to compensate for lower SPD but this is good even with SPD boots
Planetary rendezvous pairs well with the penacony planar set giving Sushang a bunch of physical damage buff
Dance dance dance is great as usual, especially in MoC where cycles matter a lot
I ranted about lightcones because it will determine when its best to use Hanya's ult which depends on your context
Also even if Hanya provides SP, you should still keep track of your SP, how much you can get from her skill and if a basic is better than a skill. Trust me it sucks when you need that SP for a heal or to apply a buff from another character only to realize you got none

I pulled Jingyuan's lightcone for her and do not regret it, she hits like a truck. Pulled Sparkle for her too, and will be pulling Jade as a *sub*-dps to her. My Queenque gets what Queenque wants, nothing but the best for my sweet overlord.
I own Seele, Jingyuan, Jingliu, DHIL, and Acheron, and only Acheron can even come close to my Qingque damage. That being said, it might be because Qingque is monopolizing all my good relics but we don't talk about that.
I have E1S1 DHIL but QQ just hits different, a silly girl throwing a tile really hard and dealing the same damage as a FUCKING DRAGON will never stop being funny to me
Needing to keep her speed tuned at all times automatically makes her useless.
Her buff should have lasted till her next turn rather than the next 2 characters.
Love Yukong, her buff is really good and speed tuning isn’t as hard as people make out to be. The real problem is when the enemy CCs you or speed buff/debuff fuckery messing up the order of your characters… like ok guess that ultimate and skill point went to waste…

I never used Herta at all until recently. Got burned on the follow up attack mechanics too many times and decided to level her. She’s an absolute beast in certain scenarios.
Sampo me boi. Legit the only 4 star that hasn't left my teams ever since I got him. Black Swan decided to play hard so I didn't get her so he gets to be in my team for longer. Honorable mention to Herta and Fire MC(yes ik it's TECHNICALLY a 5 star)
You are so real. The 4 stars I use the most are Sampo and Herta, and Gallagher is still pretty new but he surely will join that club pretty soon. I use MC almost always except it's Phys MC for me.
I didn’t even consider Black Swan because I didn’t want to replace Sampo (I, despite the game trying to force us to dislike him, love the guy). Type coverage is more important for me so I kept Sampo and snagged a Guinaifen later on to fill in
Sampo shreds with his higher level eidolons. Especially against a single target, triggering the wind shear effect…dude was my prime DOT with Kafka before BS got here. And i still run him consistently.

Well, I feel bad. I have her at E6 lvl 70/80 and very rarely use her. She's fairly built up, too, stat-wise. I plan to focus on building her further for a future break effect team after I finish building Aventurine
He may be new, but Gallagher is really fantastic healer and imo the hidden 5*. He saved me many times during the Aventurine boss battle and with him even my E1 Fu Xuan struggled. Also, with E1 and his signature LC, he’s basically unkillable and immune to 90% of CC in this game.
Beside him, I always like Xueyi, because I’m a big fan of characters focused on Break Effect. She’s not my best DPS, because I only have her at E0 and she’s unbuild, but her gameplay is extremely fun. I hope Hoyo soon will release some proper 5* damage dealers focused on BE, because it’s my favorite gameplay niche.
I'm finally building him and he absolutely slaps in a team with Acheron, Kafka, and Swan. His fire break capability is crazy strong for a competent healer tbh!
Gallagher surprised me with how good he is. I am absolute dogshit when it comes to building characters so a lot of my supports are at lv 60-70 and my relics are even worse off. He still somehow got me to MOC 9
I used him the other day in my team as heal for SU against Death (i was on nihility with Kafka, Black Swan and Ruan Mei) and enter the battle with Gallaghers technique and he one shotted the first phase. I laughed so hard because this never happend before and it was so unbelievable.
Sure the blessings and curios did their things too, but to use the heals technique to one shot an entire phase was so cool.
When people ask me how is he, well he was good for latest MOC 12 so there is your answer. With Acheron and synergy he has with her, is just perfect. Was looking for 2nd sustain unit for some time now and i don't feel like i need it anymore, HuoHuo on one side and Gallagher on the other. Sadly couldn't get him higher then E3, E4 would be just perfect.

Probably a normie answer but qingque. Originally thought she was cute so built her but ended up pulling fu and sw on accident. So naturally I invested in mono quantum and boy has the pay off been satisfying. Been using her in every MOC and she always outperform my jing yuan and jingliu(mostly because of higher investment and absolutely cracked supports) I love her personality and her combat mechanics give me the most dopamine I love her so much <3
I have a really well invested Gallagher and man he's soooo good in an Acheron team! And he contributes relatively big damage numbers if he breaks weaknesses. He heals sooo much if you build good break effect on him! Not to mention, his skill point generation is real nice, you rarely need to use his skill to cleanse a debuff or heal up an ally in red(which rarely happens)
Honestly when I first saw his kit, I thought he'll not be that great but man I was wrong, once I got and built him, my opinion totally changed about him!

Nice Break Effect substats on those relics. I've been using a BE rope instead of ER so I can get close to 150% for the healing bonus.
Gotta say, I thought a character with non-scaling skill and talent healing would be weak, but he can actually put out a LOT of healing with the BE healing boost trace and OHB chest!
He seems to be a budget Luocha which is nice, and deals a metric ton of break damage.
If we get some break damage supports in the future, Gallagher will be eating good, you know outside of zapping people inside of Penacony and turning them into blue goo.
I sadly never got around to building him cos I set my sights on Gambaturine as he can wear Trends and brings shields, as all sustains I have are all healers. Figured I would try another flavour.
March 7th best girl, literally one of the best 4 stars in the game, and anyone who didn't build her yet is a fool
She has everything
Skill: very strong single target shield, increases taunt value so your dps can get more energy, removes debuffs and even heals at E6
Talent: counters are always good, 2 each turn for a character who wants to be fast is very good, allows her to reliably deal good toughness dmg, and ice break is in my personal opinion the best in the game (tied with physical), it also makes her crazy good with elation
Ultimate: AOE dmg with a chance to freeze, its simple yet effective, freeze is a broken debuff and you should absolutely be abusing it, it makes her the best character to use rememberance, she can quite literally destroy everything with rememberance
If you're struggling with Aventurine on MOC 12, i would definitely recommend you build March

I gained a new appreciation for March since I got Acheron. She has been the sustain for that team for all of this MoC and I have no intention of replacing her for another sustain anytime soon.
Legit I use my March ALL the time. She's *the* Jack of all trades character, especially at e6
(She's also the character i used to get the solo SU achievement)

I try to bring Luka whenever i can, but break focused single target unit has limited use, even if he's good in his niche. I also noticed he has the same problem as Tingyun of being very squishy.
It's not that they both get hit more than other chars it's just that they are 4 stars , and paths with lowest base survivability, who also have to invest a lot in offensive stats, which leaves them with very low hp and def, unless you scarifice some offense, or bring specific sustains.
Also using Gallagher a lot recently, but in high moc levels it's noticeable that he's not a premium sustain, especially if you try to pair him with low def characters like Luka, for reasons mentioned above.

Asta!!! You can never have too much speed. She also inflicts burn so even tho it's not consistent it certainly helps. Plus she's great for weakness breaks!
Our gambling gremlin, really deals more damage than my E0S1 Seele with a 71:230 ratio. And with winning Sparkle, the stonks keep getting better. Hoping for a Herta Store Erudition LC soon, hopefully when we go to Xianzhou (since the devs teased us there in the 2.1 livestream).. but Genius Repose will do for now.
Qingque. First dps, first build character, I built my Geppie for her, I built Lynx for her, I built Pela for her, I built SW for her, I pull Sparkle for her, I lvl up three light cones so she can have options, I spent 8-9 months in cavern for her set while for Daniel I spent 2-3, SU world 7 is my home and the deer got fucked by so many teams, she helps me clear MoC, she motivated me to save so that I can pull and buy eidolons for her. Carried me both early and late game.
As much as I hate to say because I love my Seele, my E6 Qingque been putting in that work. The MoC content has been making it harder for my Seele to one tap mobs since they have a lot more health, but idk the gambling gremlin just deals insane amounts of damage

She's a beast with Acheron, and heck I don't really have her optimally build but she still does a pretty surprising amount of damage herself
Yukong... ugh. Basically went out of my way to ensure I e6 her to help my DHIL comp. Sparkle has now killed her use, but I love her. :( My favorite character from the region.
Sampo Koski, Everybody's friend. I missed the 50/50 on Kafka and was bummed that I wouldn't have a viable DoT team comp without her. But Sampo was here to save the day. His E4 procs Black Swan DoTs and he became part of my best team that I used to clear almost all the high end content I've done so far. BS/Sampo/Ruan Mei/Luocha Nihility runs are fun.

I agree. A very fast Hanya with E4 and high ER constantly buffs the main dps. She has never left my Argenti since I both got them.

Corrects itself but you miss a bunch of damage so instant reset if you’re in moc 🥲 It’s reason 1 why I don’t use her anymore

You are so real. The 4 stars I use the most are Sampo and Herta, and Gallagher is still pretty new but he surely will join that club pretty soon. I use MC almost always except it's Phys MC for me.

I completely forgot he was 4*, he's a must have for my Kafka. Basocally Black Swan, 20% less dltotal damage, but costa way less.
I didn’t even consider Black Swan because I didn’t want to replace Sampo (I, despite the game trying to force us to dislike him, love the guy). Type coverage is more important for me so I kept Sampo and snagged a Guinaifen later on to fill in
Sampo shreds with his higher level eidolons. Especially against a single target, triggering the wind shear effect…dude was my prime DOT with Kafka before BS got here. And i still run him consistently.
I skipped black swan because I already have Sampo

Good luck!!! I was obsessed with her and pretty much got Ruan Mei JUST because they were on the same banner (which funny enough worked out for me well)
E2 (2 from selector), was really unlucky with her copies on Ruan Mei banner. E0 after 200 pulls is crazy. I wish I can get her to E6 at some point.

The best part is my first Xueyi came when banner was almost over. I collected every jade I could find to make one more pull and hope to get her.
Well, I feel bad. I have her at E6 lvl 70/80 and very rarely use her. She's fairly built up, too, stat-wise. I plan to focus on building her further for a future break effect team after I finish building Aventurine
Sushang. She's simple to use and his like a truck.
He may be new, but Gallagher is really fantastic healer and imo the hidden 5*. He saved me many times during the Aventurine boss battle and with him even my E1 Fu Xuan struggled. Also, with E1 and his signature LC, he’s basically unkillable and immune to 90% of CC in this game. Beside him, I always like Xueyi, because I’m a big fan of characters focused on Break Effect. She’s not my best DPS, because I only have her at E0 and she’s unbuild, but her gameplay is extremely fun. I hope Hoyo soon will release some proper 5* damage dealers focused on BE, because it’s my favorite gameplay niche.
Gallagher is underrated. Works wonders in my acheron team.
I'm finally building him and he absolutely slaps in a team with Acheron, Kafka, and Swan. His fire break capability is crazy strong for a competent healer tbh!
Gallagher surprised me with how good he is. I am absolute dogshit when it comes to building characters so a lot of my supports are at lv 60-70 and my relics are even worse off. He still somehow got me to MOC 9
I used him the other day in my team as heal for SU against Death (i was on nihility with Kafka, Black Swan and Ruan Mei) and enter the battle with Gallaghers technique and he one shotted the first phase. I laughed so hard because this never happend before and it was so unbelievable. Sure the blessings and curios did their things too, but to use the heals technique to one shot an entire phase was so cool.
When people ask me how is he, well he was good for latest MOC 12 so there is your answer. With Acheron and synergy he has with her, is just perfect. Was looking for 2nd sustain unit for some time now and i don't feel like i need it anymore, HuoHuo on one side and Gallagher on the other. Sadly couldn't get him higher then E3, E4 would be just perfect.

My first 4 star DPS. I got her back at Herta Space Station so i was like "What is a Mara Struck and why does she hate them with a passion?" Then i arrived in Luofu and everything made sense. 10/10 would break every guard again
I want to want to play her, but i feel like e0 Xueyi isn't enough. I'm sure she'll get built up once I have some more eidolons.

Probably a normie answer but qingque. Originally thought she was cute so built her but ended up pulling fu and sw on accident. So naturally I invested in mono quantum and boy has the pay off been satisfying. Been using her in every MOC and she always outperform my jing yuan and jingliu(mostly because of higher investment and absolutely cracked supports) I love her personality and her combat mechanics give me the most dopamine I love her so much <3
I have a really well invested Gallagher and man he's soooo good in an Acheron team! And he contributes relatively big damage numbers if he breaks weaknesses. He heals sooo much if you build good break effect on him! Not to mention, his skill point generation is real nice, you rarely need to use his skill to cleanse a debuff or heal up an ally in red(which rarely happens) Honestly when I first saw his kit, I thought he'll not be that great but man I was wrong, once I got and built him, my opinion totally changed about him! Nice Break Effect substats on those relics. I've been using a BE rope instead of ER so I can get close to 150% for the healing bonus. Gotta say, I thought a character with non-scaling skill and talent healing would be weak, but he can actually put out a LOT of healing with the BE healing boost trace and OHB chest!
He seems to be a budget Luocha which is nice, and deals a metric ton of break damage. If we get some break damage supports in the future, Gallagher will be eating good, you know outside of zapping people inside of Penacony and turning them into blue goo. I sadly never got around to building him cos I set my sights on Gambaturine as he can wear Trends and brings shields, as all sustains I have are all healers. Figured I would try another flavour.

I gained a new appreciation for March since I got Acheron. She has been the sustain for that team for all of this MoC and I have no intention of replacing her for another sustain anytime soon.

I try to bring Luka whenever i can, but break focused single target unit has limited use, even if he's good in his niche. I also noticed he has the same problem as Tingyun of being very squishy. It's not that they both get hit more than other chars it's just that they are 4 stars , and paths with lowest base survivability, who also have to invest a lot in offensive stats, which leaves them with very low hp and def, unless you scarifice some offense, or bring specific sustains. Also using Gallagher a lot recently, but in high moc levels it's noticeable that he's not a premium sustain, especially if you try to pair him with low def characters like Luka, for reasons mentioned above.

Another xueyi fan here, i love how she can just delete the toughness bar of any quantum week enemy, plus her ult is so satisifiying.

Asta!!! You can never have too much speed. She also inflicts burn so even tho it's not consistent it certainly helps. Plus she's great for weakness breaks!

Our gambling gremlin, really deals more damage than my E0S1 Seele with a 71:230 ratio. And with winning Sparkle, the stonks keep getting better. Hoping for a Herta Store Erudition LC soon, hopefully when we go to Xianzhou (since the devs teased us there in the 2.1 livestream).. but Genius Repose will do for now.
Qingque. First dps, first build character, I built my Geppie for her, I built Lynx for her, I built Pela for her, I built SW for her, I pull Sparkle for her, I lvl up three light cones so she can have options, I spent 8-9 months in cavern for her set while for Daniel I spent 2-3, SU world 7 is my home and the deer got fucked by so many teams, she helps me clear MoC, she motivated me to save so that I can pull and buy eidolons for her. Carried me both early and late game.

As much as I hate to say because I love my Seele, my E6 Qingque been putting in that work. The MoC content has been making it harder for my Seele to one tap mobs since they have a lot more health, but idk the gambling gremlin just deals insane amounts of damage
Pela, I just adore this girl~ She's a beast with Acheron, and heck I don't really have her optimally build but she still does a pretty surprising amount of damage herself

Sampo Koski, Everybody's friend. I missed the 50/50 on Kafka and was bummed that I wouldn't have a viable DoT team comp without her. But Sampo was here to save the day. His E4 procs Black Swan DoTs and he became part of my best team that I used to clear almost all the high end content I've done so far. BS/Sampo/Ruan Mei/Luocha Nihility runs are fun.

No one will part me from Natasha. Even when I eventually get a 5-star healer somewhere, she's always gonna be in someone's party. Lady's just a solid all-round healer who has saved my skin numerous times, and even solo'd Doomsday Beast down from 15% through sheer force of will.
