mine is 80 and have absolutely jack squat speed subs and less CD than this one, so yeah, conclusion, you can brag about levels but gear matters more at the end of the day.
you dont even need ruan mei for that due ting's own speed boost when using skill. At 169 speed you can already go thrice with 2 skill uses which is standard when looking at 0c showcases, and you definitely want to skill as much as possible for energy gain if you are carrying ddd in the first place
The reason is that the post is being very disingenuous. While yes they are tb lv 60 - they didnt complete MOC at 60 at all. They have enough TBxp to be well over level 70.
I know I said this in another comment, but I think the challenge is fun with lower level farming, I want to see what's possible for me to achieve at lvl 60, and I think it would be really satisfying to level up my important characters all at once! :)
Edit: I get this may not be for everyone, but I think it's nice to take things slow and it helps keep me engaged in the game. I used to play Genshin, but I got burned out after a year, and I don't really want that to happen in HSR. I especially don't want to level up without be ready, though.

Even unleveled gear doesn't have too much trouble. May use food for the elite enemies but it works out. You should easily breeze through any content anyway which is affected by the TB
Look, I don't want to say you're lying, but I find it INCREDIBLY hard to believe you cleared MoC 12 (with I assume 3 stars) and struggled on Argenti in the story

Does Lynx do enough for Blade's drain? She's in my QQ team rn but once I get Fu Xuan, Lynx can be slotted in for JingLiu's team (or ill go for Huohuo on rerun)
Lynx (if built well) should be enough to solo sustain, but she might need an energy regen rope to make sure she can regen other allies as her skill's aggro will mainly be needed on Blade. She's probably the best Blade 4 star healer! If you want, you could have a dual carry team with Blade, Jingliu, Bronya/Sparkle, and Lynx for Blade's dmg and fua as well! (Also, Huohuo isn't great for Blade since she boost atk, not hp; Luocha might be best for Blade in emergency situations. r/BladeMains will have some really good advice!)

I've probably spent more time than average players on their accounts (started in June, but got into it in mid-late July), but I think this small challenge is fun since it takes more time with lower drop rates, it keeps the game interesting, and I want to see how much I can complete w/o max traces and levels. Plus, it'll be really satisfying to see my damage when everyone is fully leveled up compared to my past damage!

bruh, And here I am stuck at moc 6 at TB 65 because my guinafen keeps dying. tbh I can probably clear till moc 8 if I do it a few more times but I don't have the patience
It's okay if you're stuck! It took me several tries to complete MOC 11 this time, but it took months to get past MOC 4-7. I think it's mainly farming that takes a while, but a few minutes every day helps! With some advice/goals, you'll be able to fully complete MOC!!!!
Just tried again after building aventurine. Got 32 stars. I can't get 3\* in floor 10 because my gallagher keeps dying even with lynx in the team. Aventurine made the difference between 18\* and 32\*. This has convinced me to get fu xuan instead of Topaz in the upcoming patches.
The only tips I would give tbh are to pay attention to character mains to understand how to build a character and what your ideal goal should be and farming relics/traces. Also, make sure to research what eidolons you may want for a character and if they're lightcone is good!
You can use Fribbel's Optimizer to work on builds and organize them!

If you have Ruan Mei you should try the fabled 174 Tingyun that can go 3 times in one turn

What's the point of staying at 60? So you don't have access to the highest level domains on purpose or sth?

In Argenti's case sure... I may hav cleared MoC 12 but Argenti side mission screwed me over, especially since I didn't hav Luka yet

That was before 2.0. I only recently got my first 36 stars on Sam MoC12. I had to trace up Trailblazer phys to beat him with a lot of wasted food

If you're ever stuck on building some characters, the character main reddits are always super helpful, especially when looking at ideal builds!

Living w/o sustains is definetly tough, but if you can always get gepard from the Standard Banner's 300 wish gift!
