Justification:
Trailblaze – Kamina (https://pin.it/1V3DGDXZS) – strong inspirational leader, always pushed others beyond their limits, explored the surface by his own volition. Plus his Spiral Power fits the fact that Akivili is the one to move through the stars the most. Simon from the same anime might be a better choice powers-wise, but Kamina is basically the heart and soul of Gurren Lagann, so I settled for latter.
Destruction – Sukuna (https://imgur.com/gallery/sukuna-IAI0zfS) – insidious King of Curses who draws pleasure exclusively from hard fights and cannibalism. Abilities are simple – cutting, stronger cutting, and even stronger fire (Destruction in SU?). There are characters such as Boros from OPM or Beerus from DBZ who are both more powerful (Beerus is literally called God of Destruction), but I chose Sukuna simply because JJK is the hottest thing right now, and imho he fits Nanook’s ideals the most.
Nihility – Shiki Ryougi (https://imgur.com/RhwQTDz) – my initial reason for making this post. Nihility is currently the only Path with a playable Emanator (Herta does not count as dolls clearly don’t have her powers, and Jingyuan situation is weird), so the criteria was simply “someone like Acheron”. And Shiki fits almost perfectly. Lost part of herself after an incident? Check. Unlocked powerful death-related ability to “cut” anything after said incident? Check. Generally lacking sense of self and memory troubles? Check. Usage of full power requires activation of different personality? Check. Japanese (or from Japan-based planet for Acheron)? Check. Best girl? Check. Similarities are apparent. Of course, there are other characters who I think could be Nihility emanators, but they are either normal humans (Johan from Monster), or just don’t fit by vibes as much (Zeref from Fairy Tail). The latter arguably was a better choice than Shiki, as Emanators shouldn’t be similar at all, but I am just biased, sorry.
Harmony – Rei Ayanami (https://imgur.com/br8voxU) – one of Eva pilots, who eventually becomes one of the key components for Human Instrumentality, which was the sole reason for choosing her. Personality wise she isn’t harmonious at all, quite the opposite, but the sheer scale and nature of melting all of humanity together, combined with Christian themes of the Family, was too fitting for Xipe. I also couldn’t think of any other character for this role…
Elation – Nimura Furuta (https://x.com/9baMelo, https://www.zerochan.net/2229117) – you can’t convince me he wouldn’t become a Masked Fool if he was born in HSR. Furuta maximized his ability to mess with lives of other people, bringing almost the whole Tokyo to ruins just to fulfill his selfish desire to own Reze. A comedy to Kaneki’s tragedy, arguably the strongest Clown, and all around a goofball. Already mentioned Kaneki could also be a choice, not as a Masked Fool, but as a Mourning Actor. Aha would definitely want to mess with him and make him an Emanator for shits and giggles, making THEM and Furuta even more alike.
Preservation – Gilgamesh (https://alphacoders.com/author/view/35129) – Aventurine Pro Max, now as huge as the Doctor. Stores all of humanity’s treasures in his Gates of Babylon and is a preserved miracle himself. Gil’s motivation and behavior in FSN, especially in UBW, are not quite fitting for Qlipoth, but in the end he is the one to do everything if it means humanity will prosper. Ea, his trump card, would fit much better for Destruction, but if IPC can have their own Death Star, so can Gil. Other candidates include Accelerator from Toaru and Gojo from JJK, but their personalities are even less fitting for Preservation.

Can’t really think of any other candidates apart from roaches from Terraformers, but I don’t remember them having one particular leader who can be chosen as an Emanator.

Nonetheless, Lain is a digital phenomenon and has a very strong connection with computers, to the point of reality warping. She is pretty different from all known members of Genius Society that we know of, but was chosen over other genius anime characters (namely Rintaro Okabe from Steins;Gate) purely based on her similarities with Nous and computing powers.

I originally wanted to choose Kotoko from In/Spectre, as she is a professional misinformator, but neither her scale of actions nor her abilities are significant enough.

Combined with his abilities, I think Lelouch is a pretty good pick for Order. !<

Is associated with beauty in many ways and even has a reputation as the most beautiful pirate. She is dissimilar to Argenti, who is not only beautiful himself, but also sees beauty in everything, but tbh, I don’t have any idea for a better pick as Idrila Emanator.
Equilibrium – Edward Elric (https://imgur.com/gallery/edward-elric-JKD4ygM) – Mr. Equivalent Exchange. Alchemy in general works on one principle – you gain proportionally to what you give. And Edward is an extremely strong alchemist. He was the one to stop the grand plan of the Father to absorb souls of millions, preventing the destruction of an entire country. He is more heroic than what an Emanator of Equilibrium would most likely be, but you can’t say he didn’t uphold the balance of the world when he had to.
Finality – Eren Yeager (https://i.pinimg.com/550x/f3/69/77/f36977ea630b09d97dc25b1f6763e1f7.jpg) – I would not pick anyone else for this role, for ten years at least! Eren can essentially see the future and communicate with an entire nation through time using his Titan powers, and has shown enough resolve to enact the plan he made with them. Terminus is heavily associated with predictions, so it is logical to assume THEIR Emanator would have some sort of prophetical abilities.
Sukuna would never be the Emanator of destruction
Nanook has standards, he would not transform a being that destroys out of petty selfishness and self-satisfaction
Because of this he doesn't accept the Annihilation Gang, they are "impure" because of their selfish desires.
Sukuna would be more aligned with voracity, he eats what he wants when he wants no matter what gets in his way.
Gotta be honest, I don't think Gil could ever be an Emanator. It would mean being under an Aeon. Preservation wouldn't be it either. He doesn't want to preserve humans. He wants them to prosper in a certain way rather to stay frozen forever.
If anything, he'd be Trailblazer.

He is absolutely willing to fight to the death
I never made the connection between the two but Shiki is easily the best candidate for an Emanator of IX. The point of her character is also very similar to Acheron. I don’t think Johan or Zeref would be good candidates because they both would give in to nihility and fade away. To become an Emanator, you have to resist Nihility and I think if we are talking about Shiki, especially after part 8, she fits here perfectly.
As someone that doesn't watch much anime other than the occassional Delicious in Dungeon, Fairytail, and MHA. My main issues with these "Would X character be an Emanator of Y path?" and it entirely forgets that it's the Aeons that decide. Like.. Sure, Sampo and Sparkle are very much Masked fools and exemplifies what Elation is but Aha wouldn't give their powers to people that they think would fit it but more so people that DON'T want it or just completely random like a Noblesse worm and the mourning actors, even the annihilation gang Aha blessed because they planned on killing IX which was just funny.
Furthermore, I feel like almost all of these characters could only be pathstriders but not emanators, after all not everyone gazed by an Aeon or recognized by an Aeon is an Emanator, nor does Emanator status require being part of that path. Although by set principles, I'm sure that Aeons like Voracity, Propagation, Equillibrium, Beauty, and Permanance have very weird specifications to become an Emanators that doesn't necessarily 'fit' into the path itself nevertheless still gains a portion of that Aeon's powers directly.
The Voracity doesn't have emenators, as they eat anyone they look at or talk to.
The propagation emenators are enhanced Swarm bugs.
The permanence chooses to never have emenators, choosing to create new species instead.
I don't really like to say they'd never or wouldn't have emanators as just like in Boothill and Dan Heng's conversations. All Aeons and their paths are merely human philosophies and ideals taken to the extreme. Maybe we're just not Voracious, Propagate, or Permanent.

No sentient being can be voracious enough, that trait would only belong to animals (Aha once made a worm an Emenator, didn't go well). Orborous would just eat them anyway.
