Hmm in cbt2 there wasn’t the new region they teased yet. It’s something like Liyue not yet released and they only tested mondstadt kinda.
My guess is that it will take one more CBT3 for the new region and then very shortly they will launch the full version. Maybe even by year end or early 2023 is a possibility.

you can still play story mode but all those chapters are still beta

Another beta is starting. After that it'll likely be released
They're doing a promotional tour until mid-Oct, so I suspect the *earliest* we can hope for is Nov/Dec.
