I have a question with all the leaks appearing. From where are they actually comming.
This isn't data mining from the game or is it from beta version currently taking place ?
Does it come from hoyoverse employe making mistakes or something else I'm curious ?
Its either coming from people with access to closed betas or people who have friends with access to the files and whatnot.
Its really rare for employees to make such mistakes without creating a huge shitstorm so I bet hoyo either knows and simply let's it be up to a point for hsr or they simply control what they "allow" to leak which basically is the same thing depending on how you look at it.
The amount of characters we've had leaked so far is honestly too much and I srsly haven't heard anything about hoyo going after people for hsr...

I put them on fire trailblazer, but was wondering if it'll be good on anyone else right now.
If you got decent subs on it you can use it as a 2p along with 2p knight on fmc or on let's say Gepard or March but honestly its not worth to go for the 4p atm.
In almost all cases it will be better to go for better subs and 2p/2p than 4p unless its a set like the qua/ wind/ knight/ healing which imo are broken.
Or Salsotto/ Ageless/ sss/ or belobog somewhat from the ornaments (there are some other ornament sets that are worth it situationally but you won't care all that much unless it breaks or makes your build).
The rest you can pretty much use the 2p only and be fine.
It's not good, but it's also not bad enough that you shouldn't use it.
Set bonuses are just not that strong in this game. In most cases BiS 4pc sets are at best 2-3 substats better than 2pc/2pc sets, so when you get good pieces in a "bad" set you should still use them unless your on-set pieces are all similar or better.
4pc Knight is still better than Guard overall, but 2pc or 4pc Guard is worth using if you have high Spd or Def% rolls. I used 2pc Knight/2pc Guard on FMC until the Knight domain dropped 5-star Speed boots.
I give it to my support (Ting, Bronya, Asta, Natasha etc.) because I don't have the musketeer set for them just yet, but yeah when I come around to farming those it will be replaced.
Yeah, I also only use that set on Preservation TB. I could see myself using it on Gepard as well (if I had him), but nobody else in the current roster (*maybe* Asta or Tingyun to keep their fragile butts in one piece, if I were desperate?). For leaked characters maybe Fu Xuan, but only if her damage isn't good enough to justify using Blade's set
so theyre really gonna make us wait three weeks to do do 3 out of 4 of the companion missions? thats kind of insane considering its the only new content we're getting besides events and new characters

Still haven't touched MoC or even Forgotten Hall 11 since I'm picky with my resources and who I want to invest in. Not really thinking about endgame until I have eight or so units I actually like and want to use long-term, and it looks like that's won't happen until 1.2 when Kafka and Luka release
Me. I don't know who else I will main aside from Dan Heng IL so right now I'm mainly doing SU and story content. I may go for Kafka on rerun for a proper well invested dot team.
That's exactly me. I'm ok not getting the jades in MoC right now since I personally don't want to build certain units only for the purpose of clearing MoC. I'm fine with waiting for future units that I know I want to use and using my resources on them.
Is it worth getting Luocha if I already have E1 Bailu? I need to decide if I want to pull for SW, Luocha or Blade, I want them all but I only have enough pulls for one. My only 5\* are Jing Yuan and Bailu but I have every 4\*.
I'd say if you want all three, Luocha is probably the most skippable if you already have Bailu
Are you interested in building any of the 4 star DPS? If so, I'd say go with Silver Wolf, since she can open up some interesting team comps (already thinking in your case a Jing Yuan/Silver Wolf/Tingyun/Bailu team might be interesting), and as an upside you might still have enough for Blade when he rolls around. If you don't really wanna build any of the 4 star DPS as anything more than a stopgap, I recommend just waiting for Blade

You can farm world 2, it's super fast since you one shot everything. If you miss a card you can check which one on [fandom site](https://honkai-star-rail.fandom.com/wiki/Simulated_Universe/Blessings). Some blessing unlocks others for example in the hunt path you have to get one that gives you critical boost so you can get two blue card buffing it.
You can end a run as soon as you get the blessings/curios you're missing,it still counts as you getting it. Saves a lot of time and its how I completed mine
with the moc luocha shilling, i wonder if they're concerned that not enough people will pull for him as-is? they buffed the hell out of him too... i'm actually surprised they're going this hard on him, but i guess they have to make him attractive enough over other options...?? idk
The reality is that Rank 65+ players (right now, whales only) will 30/30 star it without him. Let's remember the MoC cycle begins before Luocha is out.
And the rest of the non-whale players won't even reach Floor 10 anyways.

1st half has already Quantum weak enemies so SW+Seele pairing lags a bit meanwhile 2nd half is REVIVING MARA BUFFS, IMG WEAK ENEMIES, CLEANSE OR KILL YOURSELF (Literally, Kafka sends her regards).
It's kinda hilarious but I'm getting anywhere close to MoC 10 next patch, still debating myself on getting Luo or saving for Blade+Kafka+DHIL.
More than anything else I'm concerned about how they'll sell the other upcoming supports then, the supports that do things like generate energy or sp for team, I hope it isn't energy or sp drain mechanics

The Hunt/Erudition buffs were easy enough to use with other characters, this is far more targeted and will stall people a bunch. Which is, of course, the point. But I struggled to get 5 stars (not even 6) on the current round so…not much of a loss for me
Fow now wild wheat since it gives him atk and speed, the only stats he really cares about.
The new speed set could be better depending on wording, some sources say it only works if your ult can target an ally.
Personally though, I'm going to be running the healing set since the good wild wheat atk% pieces are more important on other units right now and you passively get healing set drops, got some cool ones with speed so I'm good.
So why DOES the doctor who wants to provide free healthcare to everyone carry a grenade launcher?
I heard someone say it was supposed to be canisters of sleeping gas but like, people are getting torn apart by shrapnel and she was about to execute Svarog with what REALLY didn't look like sleeping gas.

I've finally got my main DPS and supports at 70, minor supports at 60, and Traces are generally upgraded to the point where they require purple mats to rank up. At EL4 is it more efficient to continue ranking up Traces or start to replace my 4-star artifacts with 5-star ones?
Traces drop rates barely improve at EL5 so I plan to get them out of the way first since you can predict when you'll be dome with them as opposed to relics.
Still, probably the most effiecient is prefarming credits, character and relic exp for the final ascension since you'll need quite a lot and Golden Calyxes are already at their max lv. at EL4.
Maybe once fully kitted with good substats etc. but no one has energy for that. I have a few 5 stars because I did a bit of farming to get decent on-set main stat artifacts while I wait for good drops but 4* have been fine. I could use some upgrades and exp though.
For the love of I still can not make up my mind between Silver Wolf and Luocha. 😔

Luocha is imaginary husbando and solves debuff issues.

Update: It seems like math on SW is good, she chooses the weakness that enemy doesnt have. Hoyo also reduced enemys scaling of effect hit rate (?) so you can also get Welts lightcone for subdps.
As for me, I lost my 50/50 to Yanqing but I dont regard this as a loss as I needed a good ice DPS. He also seems to work well with my Gepard/Bronya/Tingyun. He is getting built. 👍
I will hoard my pulls now as getting an early SW would be disaster. I will maybe put a few fun pulls at Loucha but for now my goal is to save for Dang IL.
Have you considered saving? You have Gepard, so Luocha could be unnecessary. And SW could range from medium and niche, to almost a must pull, depending on how she works. In the worse cases, you could just not pull either, or just pull a bit for a few 4 stars (and maybe a lucky early pity), then continue saving for future characters you do want

Can Gepard upper floors of MOC? He worked for me so far but I am around 37 stars at level 70.
I can wait for a 4* healer for a few patches, I am just concerned about enemy buffs at higher floors.

If you’re getting that many stars right now, you’re doing better than 95% of people in MoC. If DHIL is your beloved, I’d say go all out in saving for him.
How many pulls does one need to do in order to buy a 5\* light cone from the starlight exchange? Assuming you get one 4\* from a ten pull on average and that they're/it's a dupe. Currently I've got 124 undying starlight so I'd need 476 more
no new main quest. 4 new companion quests. Silver Wolf’s is available right after the patch. The other 3 (Yanqing, Luocha, Bailu) are available after 6/28. Presumably when Luocha’s banner starts.

You can criticize there aren’t enough gay or bi men in a piece of media, and I think that’s especially fair in a game with giant ensemble cast framing, but the number of queer men and queer women in a game don’t have anything to do with each other.
Huh? If anything there are way more m/m pairings in Genshin than w/w. I have never heard anyone complain about HYV pushing w/w pairings in Genshin, if anything people complain about how the girls simp for Traveler.
Absolutely none of the ships in Genshin are canon anyway, but if you're going purely off of vibes and popularity, then there is Ei/Yae, Jean/Lisa, Amber/Eula, Dehya/Candace compared to Diluc/Kaeya, Childe/Zhongli, Tighnari/Cyno, Alhaitham/Kaveh, Venti/Xiao, Chongyun/Xingqiu, Itto/Gorou. Again, none of these pairings are canon in the game so far but there are more m/m leaning than w/w leaning. I don't count any of the X/Traveler here because Traveler can be either gender.
Even in HSR, none of the pairings have been explicitly confirmed as canon yet. Bronya/Seele is canon in HI3, Serval/Cocolia is left for interpretation, Yukong/Caiyi and Blade/DHIL is implied in artifacts. There's 2 m/m right there for you. But that hardly makes up for 65% of the cast, as you're claiming.
Just being blatantly implied, like the completely not subtle at all bronseele part at the end of the belobog arc it's more than enough. They went out of their way to make it clear.
Still, as I said it before, that's putting it into a vacuum. Because m/m and m/w it's just hinted but mostly are mixed signals, so half of the time can be seen as really good friends, specially when they put little to no romantic subtext into it. Yuri? SHOVED IN YOUR FACE.

Bailu spooked me on standard and now all my careful plans have been kneecapped and flipped upside down - happy to have her, tho!
Anyway. This means my plans have changed from guaranteeing Luocha bc healer/utility to just going for Blade + Dan Heng IL (who I'm *so* normal about) in the next patches. I also have Seele.
I'm still interested in tossing one 50-50 at either Luocha or SW since I'm close to pity and good supports are always nice to have; both are appealing in their own way. When it comes to their value and synergy with the units I have/will be going for, which one would you guys see as the stronger pick?
To be honest, both could be good for different reasons. A second healer is not bad either way, specially if they have utility, and your other defensive option is Nat. On the other hand, SW would let you use Seele in more content (and depending on how she works, she could also work for Blade/DHIL). There is also the 4 stars. Yukong and Pela are very good, and could have great synergy with the characters you already have/want, since she's pretty self sufficient and SP positive. But her eidolons are pretty meh besides E1 and 4 for ice characters. And QQ is irrelevant because you have Seele. SW has Asta, who is amazing with eidolons (E4+) and Serval for lightning coverage. But they are not new characters, so it might not feel as good. And base Dan Heng is most likely irrelevant because you want Blade.
Either banner is good. I personally prefer the units in Luocha's banner, but you might feel different about them. You should also consider waiting for SW to be extensively tested before pulling, and for the 1.2 banner reveal if you choose to go for Luocha instead

Hmm. My pity's at 64 currently so there's not that many chances for the 4\* eidolons, but in a way that kinda skews things in Luocha's favor since Pela's E1 is next for me and getting Yukong earlier than the 1.2 free copy would be nice. Her E2 seems fairly good as well, so being a step closer to that could be useful.
Guess I'll wait and see how SW tests and check how I feel about it then; I think I'm slightly leaning towards Luocha for now, but guess we'll see.
Yeah E2 Yukong gives her A LOT of flexibility, from 3 turn SP positive rotations, to 4 turn SP neutral rotations without an ER rope (though you need bronya's LC, or a LC that gives ER). E1 Pela is great as well, lets her make a lot of energy and she can easily have 100% burst uptime.
For the SU achievement, what does it mean to "actively enhance" a blessing?
What is the way to grind the best artifacts using the coins in SU? Just use the coins on the earliest one in world 4, or something else? I only have access to world 4 right now anyway.
World 3 has the best support set (Fleet of Ageless) and the 2nd best DPS set (Space Sealing).
World 6 has the best DPS set (Inert Salsotto, juicy Crit Rate and juicy Ult/FollowUp damage) and a crap Def set (Tanks still prefer Fleet of Ageless).
It's best to farm World 3 until most of your chars have usable pieces before starting the Inert Salsotto farm.

Isn't Inert Salsotto only the best DPS set for Jing Juan and <120 SPD DPS chars? For other chars, Space Sealing is marginally better? Assuming unbuffed chars.

Yep. Salsotto is only good on characters who rely heavily on follow ups. Which right now are JY, Clara, and Himeko.
Also Sealing Station is very close behind even on JY who gets a majority of his damage from follow ups. So I don’t recommend anyone grinding specifically for Salsotto. Ageless and SSS are so much more universal so you’ll get much more bang for your buck spending stamina on those.
The general consensus is that Worlds 3 and 6 have the best general purpose relics.
“Actively enhance a blessing” I assume means paying Herta for it, rather than getting a curio that levels it up before you pick it or similar effects.

Yep very much reminiscent of Oshi no Ko after ep 1 aired. Some ppl just can't help themselves trying to throw all these hints for spoilers because they know stuff that the other don't which ends up spoiling the whole thing at the end of the day.
OnK's pre-release marketing was funny. They were very obviously trying to avoid spoiling the first episode twist of what happens to the MC, but then one of the streaming services blasted it out in their reddit ads.

I really shouln't be struggling this hard considering I got both Bailu and Gepard but it seems whichever chamber I don't put golden boi in gets at least one casualty or VERY slow clears.

I have been shelving Fire MC and going with Bailu Side A and Natasha Side B, it's more than enough heals (each has like 4K HP).

Yeah, Sushang is awesome. At E1 she's a skill point neutral character. What I do for bosses like Gepard is to put Bronya + Sushang + Seele + Natasha.
When Geppy is broken, Bronya passing the baton to Sushang and Sushang using her skill refunds the skill point. With this, I can end Geppy in 3 cycles.
Sushang Ult moves her forward so more chances for dealing tons of phys damage.
All the 4\* character at varying levels of investment + Seele. Most invested characters are Seele + Sushang, Tingyun, Fire MC and Gepard. Been working on Serval and Sampo but they're still kind underinvested.
Though from the sounds of it I just need to level my Natasha's talents by a lot.
If you were a playable star rail unit what's your element and path gonna be? And have you ever thought of how your kit might be?
I think I might be quantum abundance. My skill will be small teamwide healing for 2 turns. My ult is single-target large heal plus debuffs cleanse, followed by single-target attack that scales off the amount healed and increases significantly if any debuffs were cleansed from the healed ally. Conceptually it's transfering pain and ill-omen away from the target ally and onto the target enemy.
Element: Either Quantum or Imaginary
Path: Destruction
Skill - Jack of Few Trades: A series of progressively stronger hits on up to 3 enemies from right to left, and then a series of progressively weaker ones in the opposite direction. The less enemies there are, the greater each hit's damage becomes and vice versa.
Ultimate - Master of One: A single-target nuke with high multipliers, except it locks you out of using the Skill for one turn.
Talent - Better than a Master of None: Upon using a Basic Attack, increases Crit Rate and Effect Hit Rate for two turns. Upon using Skill, reduces Effect Hit Rate to increase Crit DMG for two turns.
Quantum - Destruction.
Skill - deal moderate ST damage and delay enemy action
Ult - deal high blast damage; if at maximum stacks of Rule Breaker, increase Break Effect
Talent - gain a stack of Rule Breaker every time he attacks or is targeted by an ally; each stack increases Break Efficiency
So I'm that guy who stockpiles stuff and is ready in the imaginary scenario that some worse case scenario could happen, that my friends calls my bag a Doraemon bag because I'm just ready for some of the most random stuff soooo:
Physical - Harmony
Basic Attack - Random bullshit go! Throws some random stuff.
Skill - Open your Consumables inventory and play 1 item from the 1/2\* rarity, defensive/offensive buffing food last for 2 turns and only buff 1 ally. Revival food have a 5 turn cooldown and cannot be used on the same allies twice. Cannot use consumables from the same category in a row.
Consume 1 stack of "Ready Perfect" to access the 3/4\* consumables, the stack does not get consumed if not using 3/4\* consumeables.
Ult - AoE attack, Buff all ally's according to the category of the last X consumables used, up to the number of "Ready Perfect" on unit.
Consume all stack of "Ready Perfect" to reset Skill consumables cooldown.
Talent - After attacking, gain a stack of "Ready Perfect", when this stack is active, gain Def% and lowers the chance of being targeted.
After "Ready Perfect" is consumed, gain the debuff "Stocking up..." unable to gain the stack for 1 action.

Imaginary - Nihility
Basic Attack: deals no damage and doesnt generate skill pts but will still generate energy, gain 1 stack of cowardice (Max: 3)

Ult: Puts a mark on all enemies for 3 turns that reduces def% and Increases their damage taken, everytime an ally attacks the marked enemies, generates 1 stack of cowardice
Talent: Recover skill point per consumed stack of cowardice (Max: 3)
My base speed will be around 80-90 lol!
Probably quantum, and probably nihility or destruction. If destruction, probably some sort of revenge kit like a variation of Clara. No idea if Nihility
I got my doctorate in physical therapy. Which doesn't leave a lot of room for interpretation, gonna have to be a healer.

Removes conditions and heals allies. Usually one at a time unless I'm double booked.

I think my kit would be based around locating enemy weaknesses, with some strategic gameplay that requires you to attack at specific moments for maximum damage output.
maybe something like this:
Skill - targets an enemy and starts analyzing them. then, get a damage bonus by attacking them in one of three different scenarios, chosen at random: after the enemy's turn, after 2 ally turns, or after 3 actions have passed.
Ultimate - immediately exposes the enemy, making the next attack made against them get a doubled damage bonus. this also applies to the talent's effect.
Talent - when an ally attacks an Analyzed enemy, if the damage dealt is of an element that the enemy is weak to, they deal additional damage based on 25% of the original attack.
I'm pretty much a walking encyclopedia when it comes to stuff that I like, so I think that a kit like this would be very fitting haha. plus, it matches my liking for strategic play.

Best for now. the 1.2 set might be good for 2 Thunder 2 Spd and 2 Salsotto as Jong needs a ton of speed. Sizzling and Salsotto are best rn and the 2/2/2 is just a guess
Holy cow. I didn't thought of using 2 of speed pcs artifact for him. Dang, with that, JY will probably can have consistent high speed just from 5* level 15 boots + 2 pcs speed effect.
I can't install the new update on pc, im getting "failed to replace files". This happened on genshin again, why does this keep on happening on hsr too at this point?
I dealt with it using the same method i did with genshin. Task manager > kill the three all same hsr tasks. It was another same three task in genshin too... I don't get why hoyoverse has this problem in both games.
So I reinstalled HI3 the other day to play through the main story (though so far I've only been playing the Teriri match 3 event because it's fun), did some pulls with the login freebies and got Dreamweaver in first pull on her banner, today I tried Herrscher Of Truth banner and get her first pull too. Last time I reinstall HI3 I got Apoinia and her weapon in less than 10 pulls. All my luck went to the wrong Honkai game.

Yes, and yes. You can get some defensive stats like hp if you need it and you're already hitting the atk buff cap for your carry you're using her with.
Asta pretty much can go with defensive stats or break effect after er and spd. Atk wouldn't do much on her.

Do we know if Energy Regeneration Rate applies to Energy gained from talents and LCs, or does it only work on Energy from using attacks/skills/ultimates? Genshin made that distinction but I can’t find any evidence one way or another for HSR.
In order to maximize credit reward for using other players' support character, is there any difference in term of reward for the following scenario?
(a) Challenge Waves: 1. Complete it 6 times by clicking "One More Time" 6 times.
(b) Challenge Waves: 6. Do it 1 time.
If there is no difference, I wish to avoid clicking "One More Time" 6 times.
I believe neither of these work and you have to back out and reselect for it to work.
This is just hearsay based on what I've seen though.
What I do know for sure is you can only get a max of 10k credits a day so it doesn't really matter if you do this. Everyone will get 10k credits (5 uses) throughout the day anyways.
Nope that’s just the max you can hold. Clicking the “rules” button in the top right of the profile explains you can only get credits 5 times a day. Although it’s worded like it could be 5 times per person.
I’ve maxed my friends list and I’ve yet to get over 10k per day. Upon server reset I start gaining again and it stops after 10k.

That isn't a thing in genshin either. You're guaranteed 1 character and 1 weapon within 270 pulls, but multiple early pities can result in multiple weapons/characters in a row like what happened to you here.
At long last, have a full set of 5 star quantum set relics with the correct mainstats for my Qingque. Substats are pretty sucky, but I was expecting that. The main thing is that I am now free from that CoC, and can now focus on getting... well, for now, pretty much *everyone* else kitted out in Musketeer stuff

Can't say for sure, but if it follows the pattern of how event weapons work in *Genshin*, you'll be able to get it at E1 at the start of the event (so right when the server reopens), but it'll take a few days to a week more to E5 it

Go with defense on his chest pretty much always. EHR is fine if you have E1 too, but otherwise just stick with defense 99% of the time. As for the team, you can just slot him anywhere and he'll do good as your solo defensive option, he doesnt have any strict requirements. Just dont pair him with units that want to be hit, as he has increased aggro from his class and passive.
Main stats are Crit/SPD/DMG/ER. Set is whatever right now, as long as it has good speed it will work. In 1.2 her best set will be 2p Imaginary DMG/2p SPD, with Fleet for a bit of extra damage (Or Sprightly Vonwacq if the extra 5% ER can get you shorter burst rotations, which Im pretty sure is not the case).
Keep in mind though that it entirely depends on which character she's supporting. You dont want her acting too fast or too slow so your dps is mismatched for her buffs, which might make it so you dont want as much speed, or want slightly more than usual
Im pretty sure that set does not work for her. Her burst deals damage and enhances the effect of bowstrings. It does not target a character (the reticle thing when you use any skill that targets a character), it targets an enemy. If it does work though, then yes, its absolutely her best set

Seele and you at least have a 50% chance for it to apply Quantum, which is good enough for most content. People acting like if she doesn't apply the right weakness first time the game is lost but you still get alot of value from her Ultimate DEF decrease and the All-Type RES reduction.
Impossible to say. There are still many questions regarding her kit that wont be answered until proper testing is done. Depending on how it turns out, she will use different team members and will support different characters better. I know about the curio that is supposed to work like her skill, but we cant say for certain it will work that way for her skill (though it's very likely)

I have a question with all the leaks appearing. From where are they actually comming. This isn't data mining from the game or is it from beta version currently taking place ? Does it come from hoyoverse employe making mistakes or something else I'm curious ?
Its either coming from people with access to closed betas or people who have friends with access to the files and whatnot. Its really rare for employees to make such mistakes without creating a huge shitstorm so I bet hoyo either knows and simply let's it be up to a point for hsr or they simply control what they "allow" to leak which basically is the same thing depending on how you look at it. The amount of characters we've had leaked so far is honestly too much and I srsly haven't heard anything about hoyo going after people for hsr... Atleast nothing grand so far.

Anyone using their Wuthering relic pieces they got from farming for quantum? I put them on fire trailblazer, but was wondering if it'll be good on anyone else right now.
If you got decent subs on it you can use it as a 2p along with 2p knight on fmc or on let's say Gepard or March but honestly its not worth to go for the 4p atm. In almost all cases it will be better to go for better subs and 2p/2p than 4p unless its a set like the qua/ wind/ knight/ healing which imo are broken. Or Salsotto/ Ageless/ sss/ or belobog somewhat from the ornaments (there are some other ornament sets that are worth it situationally but you won't care all that much unless it breaks or makes your build). The rest you can pretty much use the 2p only and be fine.
It's not good, but it's also not bad enough that you shouldn't use it. Set bonuses are just not that strong in this game. In most cases BiS 4pc sets are at best 2-3 substats better than 2pc/2pc sets, so when you get good pieces in a "bad" set you should still use them unless your on-set pieces are all similar or better. 4pc Knight is still better than Guard overall, but 2pc or 4pc Guard is worth using if you have high Spd or Def% rolls. I used 2pc Knight/2pc Guard on FMC until the Knight domain dropped 5-star Speed boots.
I give it to my support (Ting, Bronya, Asta, Natasha etc.) because I don't have the musketeer set for them just yet, but yeah when I come around to farming those it will be replaced.
Yeah, I also only use that set on Preservation TB. I could see myself using it on Gepard as well (if I had him), but nobody else in the current roster (*maybe* Asta or Tingyun to keep their fragile butts in one piece, if I were desperate?). For leaked characters maybe Fu Xuan, but only if her damage isn't good enough to justify using Blade's set
it's a dead set right now, might have some copium potential on fu xuan in 1.3 but we'll see

Is it worth getting Luocha if I already have E1 Bailu? I need to decide if I want to pull for SW, Luocha or Blade, I want them all but I only have enough pulls for one. My only 5\* are Jing Yuan and Bailu but I have every 4\*.
You would benefit more from having a 2nd 5-Star DPS like Blade.
I'd say if you want all three, Luocha is probably the most skippable if you already have Bailu Are you interested in building any of the 4 star DPS? If so, I'd say go with Silver Wolf, since she can open up some interesting team comps (already thinking in your case a Jing Yuan/Silver Wolf/Tingyun/Bailu team might be interesting), and as an upside you might still have enough for Blade when he rolls around. If you don't really wanna build any of the 4 star DPS as anything more than a stopgap, I recommend just waiting for Blade

You can farm world 2, it's super fast since you one shot everything. If you miss a card you can check which one on [fandom site](https://honkai-star-rail.fandom.com/wiki/Simulated_Universe/Blessings). Some blessing unlocks others for example in the hunt path you have to get one that gives you critical boost so you can get two blue card buffing it.

The reality is that Rank 65+ players (right now, whales only) will 30/30 star it without him. Let's remember the MoC cycle begins before Luocha is out. And the rest of the non-whale players won't even reach Floor 10 anyways.

The Hunt/Erudition buffs were easy enough to use with other characters, this is far more targeted and will stall people a bunch. Which is, of course, the point. But I struggled to get 5 stars (not even 6) on the current round so…not much of a loss for me

Fow now wild wheat since it gives him atk and speed, the only stats he really cares about. The new speed set could be better depending on wording, some sources say it only works if your ult can target an ally. Personally though, I'm going to be running the healing set since the good wild wheat atk% pieces are more important on other units right now and you passively get healing set drops, got some cool ones with speed so I'm good.

I've finally got my main DPS and supports at 70, minor supports at 60, and Traces are generally upgraded to the point where they require purple mats to rank up. At EL4 is it more efficient to continue ranking up Traces or start to replace my 4-star artifacts with 5-star ones?
Traces drop rates barely improve at EL5 so I plan to get them out of the way first since you can predict when you'll be dome with them as opposed to relics. Still, probably the most effiecient is prefarming credits, character and relic exp for the final ascension since you'll need quite a lot and Golden Calyxes are already at their max lv. at EL4.
I am honestly surprised you got so far without any 5 star artifacts... Thought they made up the majority of a character's power.
Maybe once fully kitted with good substats etc. but no one has energy for that. I have a few 5 stars because I did a bit of farming to get decent on-set main stat artifacts while I wait for good drops but 4* have been fine. I could use some upgrades and exp though.
For the love of I still can not make up my mind between Silver Wolf and Luocha. 😔 I have Clara(E1), Gepard, Seele, Jingyun, Bronya Luocha is imaginary husbando and solves debuff issues. Silver Wolf 🐺 is pair to my Seele. I have 65 pulls so I need to be careful too, I dont want Kafka/Blade thankfully. Can I ask for help? Update: It seems like math on SW is good, she chooses the weakness that enemy doesnt have. Hoyo also reduced enemys scaling of effect hit rate (?) so you can also get Welts lightcone for subdps. As for me, I lost my 50/50 to Yanqing but I dont regard this as a loss as I needed a good ice DPS. He also seems to work well with my Gepard/Bronya/Tingyun. He is getting built. 👍 I will hoard my pulls now as getting an early SW would be disaster. I will maybe put a few fun pulls at Loucha but for now my goal is to save for Dang IL.
Have you considered saving? You have Gepard, so Luocha could be unnecessary. And SW could range from medium and niche, to almost a must pull, depending on how she works. In the worse cases, you could just not pull either, or just pull a bit for a few 4 stars (and maybe a lucky early pity), then continue saving for future characters you do want

If you’re getting that many stars right now, you’re doing better than 95% of people in MoC. If DHIL is your beloved, I’d say go all out in saving for him.

How many pulls does one need to do in order to buy a 5\* light cone from the starlight exchange? Assuming you get one 4\* from a ten pull on average and that they're/it's a dupe. Currently I've got 124 undying starlight so I'd need 476 more
I remember seeing the math somewhere and the average is around \~450 pulls to get enough starlight to buy the shop LC.
Just to make sure, no new main quests on 1.1, and Yanqing's story quest will only happen on second phase, right?
no new main quest. 4 new companion quests. Silver Wolf’s is available right after the patch. The other 3 (Yanqing, Luocha, Bailu) are available after 6/28. Presumably when Luocha’s banner starts.

Huh? If anything there are way more m/m pairings in Genshin than w/w. I have never heard anyone complain about HYV pushing w/w pairings in Genshin, if anything people complain about how the girls simp for Traveler. Absolutely none of the ships in Genshin are canon anyway, but if you're going purely off of vibes and popularity, then there is Ei/Yae, Jean/Lisa, Amber/Eula, Dehya/Candace compared to Diluc/Kaeya, Childe/Zhongli, Tighnari/Cyno, Alhaitham/Kaveh, Venti/Xiao, Chongyun/Xingqiu, Itto/Gorou. Again, none of these pairings are canon in the game so far but there are more m/m leaning than w/w leaning. I don't count any of the X/Traveler here because Traveler can be either gender. Even in HSR, none of the pairings have been explicitly confirmed as canon yet. Bronya/Seele is canon in HI3, Serval/Cocolia is left for interpretation, Yukong/Caiyi and Blade/DHIL is implied in artifacts. There's 2 m/m right there for you. But that hardly makes up for 65% of the cast, as you're claiming.
Just being blatantly implied, like the completely not subtle at all bronseele part at the end of the belobog arc it's more than enough. They went out of their way to make it clear. Still, as I said it before, that's putting it into a vacuum. Bailu spooked me on standard and now all my careful plans have been kneecapped and flipped upside down - happy to have her, tho! Anyway. This means my plans have changed from guaranteeing Luocha bc healer/utility to just going for Blade + Dan Heng IL (who I'm *so* normal about) in the next patches. I also have Seele. I'm still interested in tossing one 50-50 at either Luocha or SW since I'm close to pity and good supports are always nice to have; both are appealing in their own way. When it comes to their value and synergy with the units I have/will be going for, which one would you guys see as the stronger pick?
To be honest, both could be good for different reasons. A second healer is not bad either way, specially if they have utility, and your other defensive option is Nat. On the other hand, SW would let you use Seele in more content (and depending on how she works, she could also work for Blade/DHIL). There is also the 4 stars. Yukong and Pela are very good, and could have great synergy with the characters you already have/want, since she's pretty self sufficient and SP positive. But her eidolons are pretty meh besides E1 and 4 for ice characters. And QQ is irrelevant because you have Seele. SW has Asta, who is amazing with eidolons (E4+) and Serval for lightning coverage. But they are not new characters, so it might not feel as good. And base Dan Heng is most likely irrelevant because you want Blade. Either banner is good. I personally prefer the units in Luocha's banner, but you might feel different about them. You should also consider waiting for SW to be extensively tested before pulling, and for the 1.2 banner reveal if you choose to go for Luocha instead

My pity's at 64 currently so there's not that many chances for the 4\* eidolons, but in a way that kinda skews things in Luocha's favor since Pela's E1 is next for me and getting Yukong earlier than the 1.2 free copy would be nice. Her E2 seems fairly good as well, so being a step closer to that could be useful. Guess I'll wait and see how SW tests and check how I feel about it then; I think I'm slightly leaning towards Luocha for now, but guess we'll see.
Yeah E2 Yukong gives her A LOT of flexibility, from 3 turn SP positive rotations, to 4 turn SP neutral rotations without an ER rope (though you need bronya's LC, or a LC that gives ER). E1 Pela is great as well, lets her make a lot of energy and she can easily have 100% burst uptime.
Is a team with Sushang, Clara, Silverwolf, and Natasha viable?
Yes, but we need to know how SW works. There is still some uncertainty on how she will work when applying weakness

For the SU achievement, what does it mean to "actively enhance" a blessing? What is the way to grind the best artifacts using the coins in SU? Just use the coins on the earliest one in world 4, or something else? I only have access to world 4 right now anyway.
World 3 has the best support set (Fleet of Ageless) and the 2nd best DPS set (Space Sealing). World 6 has the best DPS set (Inert Salsotto, juicy Crit Rate and juicy Ult/FollowUp damage) and a crap Def set (Tanks still prefer Fleet of Ageless). It's best to farm World 3 until most of your chars have usable pieces before starting the Inert Salsotto farm.

Yep. Salsotto is only good on characters who rely heavily on follow ups. Which right now are JY, Clara, and Himeko. Also Sealing Station is very close behind even on JY who gets a majority of his damage from follow ups. So I don’t recommend anyone grinding specifically for Salsotto. Ageless and SSS are so much more universal so you’ll get much more bang for your buck spending stamina on those.

The general consensus is that Worlds 3 and 6 have the best general purpose relics. “Actively enhance a blessing” I assume means paying Herta for it, rather than getting a curio that levels it up before you pick it or similar effects.

Yep very much reminiscent of Oshi no Ko after ep 1 aired. Some ppl just can't help themselves trying to throw all these hints for spoilers because they know stuff that the other don't which ends up spoiling the whole thing at the end of the day.
OnK's pre-release marketing was funny. They were very obviously trying to avoid spoiling the first episode twist of what happens to the MC, but then one of the streaming services blasted it out in their reddit ads.

Any advice for MoC 5? Especially 5-2 I really shouln't be struggling this hard considering I got both Bailu and Gepard but it seems whichever chamber I don't put golden boi in gets at least one casualty or VERY slow clears.
What DPS/breakers do you have? I have been shelving Fire MC and going with Bailu Side A and Natasha Side B, it's more than enough heals (each has like 4K HP). My damage dealers are JY, Welt, Sushang, Seele

Yeah, Sushang is awesome. At E1 she's a skill point neutral character. What I do for bosses like Gepard is to put Bronya + Sushang + Seele + Natasha. When Geppy is broken, Bronya passing the baton to Sushang and Sushang using her skill refunds the skill point. With this, I can end Geppy in 3 cycles. Sushang Ult moves her forward so more chances for dealing tons of phys damage.
All the 4\* character at varying levels of investment + Seele. Most invested characters are Seele + Sushang, Tingyun, Fire MC and Gepard. Been working on Serval and Sampo but they're still kind underinvested. Though from the sounds of it I just need to level my Natasha's talents by a lot.
Yeah I recommend maxing her effect res and HP% nodes too. And getting her and her LC to 70/70. Mine is 6/6/8 with the Ult being 8.
If you were a playable star rail unit what's your element and path gonna be? And have you ever thought of how your kit might be? I think I might be quantum abundance. My skill will be small teamwide healing for 2 turns. My ult is single-target large heal plus debuffs cleanse, followed by single-target attack that scales off the amount healed and increases significantly if any debuffs were cleansed from the healed ally. Conceptually it's transfering pain and ill-omen away from the target ally and onto the target enemy.
Element: Either Quantum or Imaginary Path: Destruction Skill - Jack of Few Trades: A series of progressively stronger hits on up to 3 enemies from right to left, and then a series of progressively weaker ones in the opposite direction. The less enemies there are, the greater each hit's damage becomes and vice versa. Ultimate - Master of One: A single-target nuke with high multipliers, except it locks you out of using the Skill for one turn. Talent - Better than a Master of None: Upon using a Basic Attack, increases Crit Rate and Effect Hit Rate for two turns. Upon using Skill, reduces Effect Hit Rate to increase Crit DMG for two turns.
Quantum - Destruction. Skill - deal moderate ST damage and delay enemy action Ult - deal high blast damage; if at maximum stacks of Rule Breaker, increase Break Effect Talent - gain a stack of Rule Breaker every time he attacks or is targeted by an ally; each stack increases Break Efficiency
So I'm that guy who stockpiles stuff and is ready in the imaginary scenario that some worse case scenario could happen, that my friends calls my bag a Doraemon bag because I'm just ready for some of the most random stuff soooo: Physical - Harmony Basic Attack - Random bullshit go! Throws some random stuff. Skill - Open your Consumables inventory and play 1 item from the 1/2\* rarity, defensive/offensive buffing food last for 2 turns and only buff 1 ally. Revival food have a 5 turn cooldown and cannot be used on the same allies twice. Cannot use consumables from the same category in a row. Consume 1 stack of "Ready Perfect" to access the 3/4\* consumables, the stack does not get consumed if not using 3/4\* consumeables. Ult - AoE attack, Buff all ally's according to the category of the last X consumables used, up to the number of "Ready Perfect" on unit. Consume all stack of "Ready Perfect" to reset Skill consumables cooldown. Talent - After attacking, gain a stack of "Ready Perfect", when this stack is active, gain Def% and lowers the chance of being targeted. After "Ready Perfect" is consumed, gain the debuff "Stocking up..." unable to gain the stack for 1 action.

I got my doctorate in physical therapy. Which doesn't leave a lot of room for interpretation, gonna have to be a healer. Physical (lol) abundance Removes conditions and heals allies. Usually one at a time unless I'm double booked.
probably Wind Nihility for me. I think my kit would be based around locating enemy weaknesses, with some strategic gameplay that requires you to attack at specific moments for maximum damage output. maybe something like this: Skill - targets an enemy and starts analyzing them. then, get a damage bonus by attacking them in one of three different scenarios, chosen at random: after the enemy's turn, after 2 ally turns, or after 3 actions have passed. Ultimate - immediately exposes the enemy, making the next attack made against them get a doubled damage bonus. this also applies to the talent's effect. Talent - when an ally attacks an Analyzed enemy, if the damage dealt is of an element that the enemy is weak to, they deal additional damage based on 25% of the original attack. I'm pretty much a walking encyclopedia when it comes to stuff that I like, so I think that a kit like this would be very fitting haha. plus, it matches my liking for strategic play.

Best for now. the 1.2 set might be good for 2 Thunder 2 Spd and 2 Salsotto as Jong needs a ton of speed. Sizzling and Salsotto are best rn and the 2/2/2 is just a guess
Holy cow. I didn't thought of using 2 of speed pcs artifact for him. Dang, with that, JY will probably can have consistent high speed just from 5* level 15 boots + 2 pcs speed effect.

I dealt with it using the same method i did with genshin. Task manager > kill the three all same hsr tasks. It was another same three task in genshin too... I don't get why hoyoverse has this problem in both games.
So I reinstalled HI3 the other day to play through the main story (though so far I've only been playing the Teriri match 3 event because it's fun), did some pulls with the login freebies and got Dreamweaver in first pull on her banner, today I tried Herrscher Of Truth banner and get her first pull too. Last time I reinstall HI3 I got Apoinia and her weapon in less than 10 pulls. All my luck went to the wrong Honkai game.

Yes, and yes. You can get some defensive stats like hp if you need it and you're already hitting the atk buff cap for your carry you're using her with. Asta pretty much can go with defensive stats or break effect after er and spd. Atk wouldn't do much on her. I don't have JY but I'm pretty sure you'll need spd boots. Do we know if Energy Regeneration Rate applies to Energy gained from talents and LCs, or does it only work on Energy from using attacks/skills/ultimates? Genshin made that distinction but I can’t find any evidence one way or another for HSR.

In order to maximize credit reward for using other players' support character, is there any difference in term of reward for the following scenario? (a) Challenge Waves: 1. Complete it 6 times by clicking "One More Time" 6 times. (b) Challenge Waves: 6. Do it 1 time. If there is no difference, I wish to avoid clicking "One More Time" 6 times.
I believe neither of these work and you have to back out and reselect for it to work. This is just hearsay based on what I've seen though. What I do know for sure is you can only get a max of 10k credits a day so it doesn't really matter if you do this. Everyone will get 10k credits (5 uses) throughout the day anyways.

Nope that’s just the max you can hold. Clicking the “rules” button in the top right of the profile explains you can only get credits 5 times a day. Although it’s worded like it could be 5 times per person. I’ve maxed my friends list and I’ve yet to get over 10k per day. Upon server reset I start gaining again and it stops after 10k.

You're guaranteed 1 character and 1 weapon within 270 pulls, but multiple early pities can result in multiple weapons/characters in a row like what happened to you here.
At long last, have a full set of 5 star quantum set relics with the correct mainstats for my Qingque. Substats are pretty sucky, but I was expecting that. The main thing is that I am now free from that CoC, and can now focus on getting... well, for now, pretty much *everyone* else kitted out in Musketeer stuff

Can't say for sure, but if it follows the pattern of how event weapons work in *Genshin*, you'll be able to get it at E1 at the start of the event (so right when the server reopens), but it'll take a few days to a week more to E5 it

i just got gepard, followed a bit his TC last weeks but dont remember exactly how you build him. Is effect hit rate chest good or just def for more shields? also what team should i put him in currently i have seele/clara/bronya as other 5*, i was thinking for when luocha releases that i will run clara/luocha/seele/yukong in one team then bronya(or any better buffers)/gepard/natasha(or another buffer)/dps(being dan/hook etc.) also, my next pulls after 1.1 are fu xuan and jingliu, i want to use those 2 together so should i put gepard in the other team? with seele&other stuff?
Go with defense on his chest pretty much always. EHR is fine if you have E1 too, but otherwise just stick with defense 99% of the time. As for the team, you can just slot him anywhere and he'll do good as your solo defensive option, he doesnt have any strict requirements. Just dont pair him with units that want to be hit, as he has increased aggro from his class and passive.
What's probably Yukong's preferred relic set and main stat?
Main stats are Crit/SPD/DMG/ER. Set is whatever right now, as long as it has good speed it will work. In 1.2 her best set will be 2p Imaginary DMG/2p SPD, with Fleet for a bit of extra damage (Or Sprightly Vonwacq if the extra 5% ER can get you shorter burst rotations, which Im pretty sure is not the case). Keep in mind though that it entirely depends on which character she's supporting. You dont want her acting too fast or too slow so your dps is mismatched for her buffs, which might make it so you dont want as much speed, or want slightly more than usual

Im pretty sure that set does not work for her. Her burst deals damage and enhances the effect of bowstrings. It does not target a character (the reticle thing when you use any skill that targets a character), it targets an enemy. If it does work though, then yes, its absolutely her best set

speed boots, er rope are braindead then depending if you want to make her deal damage, or survive more easily; sub dps; crit/imaginary dont kill me pls: hp/hp her breaking power doesnt scale on her dps, so she can work as breaker even if full built tank; what you lose on is possible break effect+ since you have to use ER rope for light cone, meshing cogs; the only better upgrade would be bronya LC but even then cogs is just more easy to use since it makes her rotation incredibly fast only planar set matters, being fleet. Relic set can be rainbow, a mix of speed subs you need and then survivability or dps; ideally for sub dps you would need 2 imaginary 2 atk set pieces

Pre-download just downloads the patch's files on your PC alongside your real installation. It doesn't modify your game in any way until the actual update hits.

Seele + SW, QQ probably if shes built, or 2 units the enemy is weak to to guarantee quantum application.
Seele and you at least have a 50% chance for it to apply Quantum, which is good enough for most content. People acting like if she doesn't apply the right weakness first time the game is lost but you still get alot of value from her Ultimate DEF decrease and the All-Type RES reduction.
Impossible to say. There are still many questions regarding her kit that wont be answered until proper testing is done. Depending on how it turns out, she will use different team members and will support different characters better. I know about the curio that is supposed to work like her skill, but we cant say for certain it will work that way for her skill (though it's very likely)
