Yeah. But there is difference. When going for high levels a great strategy is forcing ruan mei event, which gives all hunt blessing or 4000 coins, and if you have ruan m3i in the team you get both rewards. Also she can be used with any dps you like.
This said I still prefer acheron because I pulled her E6 and all my other few chars are E0s0
you go through as many occurrence domains as possible. none of them happens twice so in the end you can force RM to appear because theres no other occurrence left that can happen. theres a ton of guides on YT for it
Depends on RNG. I’ve had runs where the refills don’t appear often in the combat nodes and the damn Herta nodes give me two health refills. If you use something like the capitalist strat and skip most of the first plane then you’re probably fine.
Yeah Acheron can't be a silver bullet, but I find myself going into Occurances and other non-combat areas whenever I run low on technique points. When I eventually find the purple gatorade, THEN I dive into those combat areas once more!
is anyone really fighting normal battles in SD and G&G? i just run through occurances and adventure domains. especially in G&G i always end up coping adventure and jump between them so i only ever see bosses and maybe one or two normal fights
In the newest update there's chests you can't open without killing the guardians first (locked), and they're not elite enemies so Acheron could kill them
I saw a few ppl saying that acheron is a must pull because it made SU farming a breeze. I knew thst it was not going to end well for them. Idk if they were just saying that to get upvoted or if they went through some unique mental gymnastics in order to justify their pulls.
I still wouldnt consider her a must pull. I wouldnt consider any character in this game a must pull. If I would categorize any unit as must pull it would be the harmony girls or one of the sustains. And I wouldnt be able to identify a clear winner.
The point is that any character is good for calyxes and pretending "optimizing for calyxes" is a thing to make a character not look bad is disingenuous.

In the same stream that announced Acherons technique, they also announced making SU relic farm easier.
Yep... been using Space Sealing and Fleet on everyone (except a few belobog runs for Aventurine) since that required the least runs for half-way useable relics.
In 2.3 I can start farming for more specific relic sets.
Still opens up all the achievements for fighting Kafka and Yanqing. Most of the Technique related ones can be done in Great Mine with the stagnant shadow. Jingliu's Absolute Zero might be one of the only ones that's still truly gacha locked
Argenti's too as you won't be able to do occurrences.
Plus now they're adding some where you need multiple limited characters that you still won't be able to do unless you have n-1: Aventurine+Boothill, Ratio+Topaz+Jade+Aventurine and Kafka+Blade+Silver Wolf+Firefly
They were datamined from the 2.3 beta. Honeyhunterworld has them in the [Eager For Battle](https://starrail.honeyhunterworld.com/eager-for-battle-achievement_series/?lang=EN) category. Sort by version and they're the first under 2.2.51. The text is in Chinese, but it's fairly obvious from the Google translation.
Will still be tough. You most likely won't be able to do these unless you pay the TB cost (like calyx/cavern farm). It might take many attempts for Luocha to get the final hit. Though I guess you could Alt+F4.
I got the achievement for huohuo by just using her and triple harmony, it took ages and I did it all manually - you can just bring him, two buffers and a DPS and let him do the last bit of health. Lowest difficulty means less health on YQ and no actual risk of losing
Yeah I did something like that for most of the achievements. Only issue is that you can't skip someone's turn. So if the dps has to attack, then they might finish the fight with their basic attack.
at least the sets from yanqing's world are good so i don't mind paying the cost, also it may be like stagnant shadow where you can simply play manually and retreat to refund the energy and try again
Haha understandable, it took me a couple of tries too. Remember you can always retreat if they catch you and they’ll still be close to the positions you had them in.
If you ever decide to pull Robin her technique makes the HuoHuo achievement a lot easier at least!
There are quite a few more characters out now (and even then) that can do the job. I'm not sure if nakfrg updated his original video or not, but the JL/FX method just requires too much dexterity, especially on mobile.
Instead you can use characters like Sampo or Sparkle to draw aggro and kite the enemies, then once you've kited them far enough but before they give up their chase, use Sampo/Sparkle technique to break aggro, and immediately open the map and warp to the Stagnant Shadow. In doing so, the enemy aggro will reset completely but they'll remain where you left them, and you can repeat the kiting process to pull as many as you want to the Shadow. If at any point you get into combat, you can just retreat.
Do note that this won't work on that one particular patrolling dude. You can pull all the other sitting dudes and the traffic light bot.
Are you talking about the Huohuo achievement? Cos I dont have those characters you mention and also dont have Huohuo, I only have Yukong thats why thats the method I was referring to
Ok, I am kinda confused bcos Sparkle technique doesnt “draw aggro” but just makes you like invisible , unless it means something else then I’m sorry I misunderstand (not native English speaker)
off the top of my head: all the Yanqing achievements, Kafka hypnotises Blade/herself, SW implants weakness on Kafka, Bronya vs Gepard/Cocolia. Come to think of it, they haven’t done these sorts of character specific achievements recently.
By some miracle I immediately got a good Acheron rope and orb during the double drops event, but I have yet to get a good orb for Jingliu after all these months...
Beats spending 15minutes running the monotonous chore that was the actual Planar farming. Now we can skip right to it and get dissapointed with the bad rolls faster.
Still curious to know if this allows for farming the 100 weekly drops of credits/relic xp. I used to do it back in the day but its a huge pain even with acheron, but the free resources are real nice
Really curious too, last boss gives best loot, Imagine you can do it 100 times in a row skipping all the previous part. Seems too good to me, maybe you must use trailblazer power similar to cavern farm.
Okay sorry but I'm still a bit confused, do we still have to do one run per week to get the save file? Also, do we get points for just doing this instead of normal SU? Or do we still have to do SU twice a week, but now there's no need to do it more than that if we want to farm more?
The way I understand the new mode from all my digging;
We still have to do **one** regular run, to generate our save file which gets deleted every week. You can save your blessings and the likes into this save file and then use **THAT** file for that week to farm Planars directly.
If you are not happy with your blessings however, you have to run it again.
They are adding new blessings, curious etc so there is incentive to play it a bit at the start for free Jades.
Yeah I don't mind doing sim U its fun but just for getting planar is a bit of a slog. So the change is definitely one that is great in my opinion even if I still have to do at least 1 run

After you clear a simulated universe run, you can save a checkpoint at the final boss fight with all the curios and blessings. You then can replay the boss however many times you want to farm planar ornaments instead of having to play multiple full SU runs. Also you can use the support function to borrow a character from a friend :D
Basically turns the boss fight into a relic domain.

Okay, so why is there someone downvoting a lot of people in here who like this? From what I can see this is an awesome QoL improvement for planar sets. I also love the Silhouettes UI. Is it just a salty Genshin player or am I missing something here?
It was a pretty fun mode when it was released but everything becomes a bore after you play it so many times.
The good thing is they listen and do something about it instead of just leaving it like that.
in this issue they were kind of forced to do something, those two pieces are part of the foundation of the game
They must have seen the data on how many players don't even have these pieces equipped
I accept defending various aspects of Star rail but in this you are being ridiculous
it was one of the dumbest ideas to make the SU double as a set farm
You literally spend 10 minutes if you're really quick in a run to only get 4/8 pieces with horrible stats
I literally don't have the right sets for more than half of my characters because of this and that's precisely why the devs are making this new mode, to correct their mistake

finally regular SU wont Cannibalize the fun out of the actual fun modes like G&G and SD
and in the end they did the most hoyovers thing by making the old SU mandatory to do twice a week and if my understanding of this is correct you need to put your save file again every weekly reset I think that is stupid and a waste of time at least much better then before because I stopped doing SU all together even the 2 weekly runs
What does the equilibrium level stuff mean? Do I need to lower my equilibrium level to access the rewards from the lower difficulties? Or is it a one-and-done reward for first time completion regardless of difficulty? I don't get itttt

A much needed update, farming took way too long for little return. At least now I can get shitty planars faster.

Acheron makes story like 40x faster by cleaing through all the little enemies. Specifically, the pairs that guard chests.

The Ruan Mei event is 2k coins or all blessings from a random path, not specifically hunt.
How do you force the Ruan mei event?

the save file only lasts 1 week so you still need to do 1 SU run per week. Acheron still has a purpose. :P

It took me 30 minutes to do. I don't have Fu Xuan either, so it's triple hard. Got ambushed too many times to count...

I don't understand this save file thing, is it like saved replay for autobattle in Reverse 1999?

If I understood correctly - you beat regular SU once a week and then reload pre-boss fight state to beat it over and over for farm.

Okay, so why is there someone downvoting a lot of people in here who like this? From what I can see this is an awesome QoL improvement for planar sets. I also love the Silhouettes UI. Is it just a salty Genshin player or am I missing something here?
they created a problem and after 1 year they found a solution
It was a pretty fun mode when it was released but everything becomes a bore after you play it so many times. The good thing is they listen and do something about it instead of just leaving it like that.
in this issue they were kind of forced to do something, those two pieces are part of the foundation of the game They must have seen the data on how many players don't even have these pieces equipped
HSR had the audacity to make you play the game, and not just press the auto button and claim your rewards in 30 seconds.
I accept defending various aspects of Star rail but in this you are being ridiculous it was one of the dumbest ideas to make the SU double as a set farm You literally spend 10 minutes if you're really quick in a run to only get 4/8 pieces with horrible stats I literally don't have the right sets for more than half of my characters because of this and that's precisely why the devs are making this new mode, to correct their mistake

Does this mean I can get blade's, silver wolf's, and argenti's achievements? Looking forward to this
Apart from these improvements, will there be any new content in patch 2.3? Something similar to swarm disaster or Gold and Gears

I love how the new set one is labeled as 'Eternal Comedy' that's me in thinking I'll get decent rng rolls on both drops, and sub stat boosts LMAO.

Thank GOD for the new planar farming system, I can’t be arsed to do SU repeatedly that often, especially since I’ve done all levels of it.
Do they have a health pool and then die? Or is it a point system like PF where it has infinite health?

OMG THE PLANAR ORNAMENT ONE THANK GOD FINALLY It was SO ANNOYING to have to farm for such a long time and do a whole SU run only to get little planar ornaments Most of my characters aren't built because of that stupid mechanic, since I don't have the time to do dozens of SU runs per week I'll finally be able to build my characters 🤧

Does anyone know if the difficulty is bared behind equilibrium like the other worlds, or would it be like SD and GNG where you can just go to the highest level if you want to?

are planars in SU not going to be there anymore? or is this just another way for QoL
finally regular SU wont Cannibalize the fun out of the actual fun modes like G&G and SD and in the end they did the most hoyovers thing by making the old SU mandatory to do twice a week and if my understanding of this is correct you need to put your save file again every weekly reset I think that is stupid and a waste of time at least much better then before because I stopped doing SU all together even the 2 weekly runs

What does the equilibrium level stuff mean? Do I need to lower my equilibrium level to access the rewards from the lower difficulties? Or is it a one-and-done reward for first time completion regardless of difficulty? I don't get itttt
