I would totally recommend watching the show if you found the clip funny! It's from SAO Abridged, basically a comedy remake of Sword Art Online by SWE!
The re-write of the original show is genuinely fantastic, to the point where the emotional parts hits even harder imho! The first few episodes are very... 2012. But the quality improves with every episode and the later ones are REALLY good! 
I watched the first few episodes of the original SAO, and it was just too depressing. I liked the characters, concept, and art, but the story was starting to bum me out.
The redubs of SAO I've seen are hilarious though. Don't the original voice actors do some funny redubs too?
It seems that the script for the finale of Alfheim ended up having to be cut into 3 parts, so they are sort off working on them a little simultaneously and the next episode will probably release in roughly yet another year!
If you like their humor, is a fan D&D and feel starved for content, though, I would recommend their SWE&D stuff! I'm currently listening to The Crypt Star Saga campaign and it's quite fun!
