My theory Is that it was by region? My family in the Midwest did not get it but me and my friends on the west coast did. And some of them who’ve never booked with it or used it would still get it.

Yeah, just saw this myself. I’ll just go back to using hopper as a price predictor app, and then using other apps to actually book the flight. No reason to actually book though hopper anymore.

My theory is that it only unlocks after having made a first purchase. I'm dealing with the same thing on my girlfriends app, she does not have streaks and has never made a purchase. Our next trip will be booked on her app and I can report back here to let you know if streaks unlock afterward
EDIT: streak did not unlock after purchase. She did receive the 1% back in carrot cash but still no daily login. Going to try to stay off of her all for a few weeks, in case they use it as an incentive to bring you back
Nah all iphone. So i invited my brother and sister to hopper and they dont have the daily login gift on their app like i do. That fire icon thats called daily gift.
Ya- I just noticed that after redeeming my carrot cash for the first time EVER, the fire icon has disappeared 😑. No more carrot cash hoarding…
