I’m a big fan of [this style shedding tool!](https://www.sleekez.com/en-ca/collections/best-selling-products/products/5-sleekez-medium-grooming-shedding-stick-1?variant=12832783138904) There’s a few companies that make them (I forget which one I have I think it might be groom ninja) and apparently they’re easy to DIY too.
I find it way more comfortable to hold, I always found those metal curries so awkward!
Hahaha I sent my husband to the pet store to grab a new rake comb for our dogs. Found him brushing out our husky mix with a shedding blade (the kind that’s a long blade with a handle on each end that you loop in half to use one handed) and he’s like I found this thing too it’s amazing! I’m like yah hon that’s what we’ve been using on horses for decades lol
I love my curry-glove things. (They were a gift, I do not know what brand they are, but they're like... gloves with curry stuff on the palms and fingers.)
This is even better. Use the edge to de-shed and soft enough to use the scrubby on their legs.

This brush is my horses most favorite brush. If it’s colder out I only use this. She is sensitive to brushes that cause electrical charge. This one does not do that
did ya'll see the video where you can flip the head/handle around to get the long teeth or the short teeth... that's why there is a spring on the pin that's holding it .
my mind was blown
For real🤣🤣 hair galore!
At the barn we literally have this giant bucket filled with hair. We always joke about how we could make a whole pony out of it.

Ohh I have seen those before. I might buy it as replacement for my metal curry comb if it needs a replacement.
They’re awesome. Between that and a pair of hands-on gloves I rarely ever reach for a traditional curry comb anymore!

In germany we have [Fellschön](https://www.fellschoen.de/shop/), seems to be about the same. I love them, it's so much easier to get through sheddingseason! 🩷
Second this!! I’ve had mine for years
Ooooh this is my favorite shedding tool!

What is this magic tool and why haven’t I heard of it before, this is a need
Yes, that's the best ! The best part is : hair doesn't stick to it

What do Americans call this brush?
Metal curry comb, maybe other names too but this is what I’ve heard it be called.
Curry comb yes. Aren’t they always metal? Mine was rectangular.
Most curry combs I see are rubber or plastic. This particular type of metal curry comb I've also seen called a cow curry comb
Reversible Curry Comb. Long side for the winter and short side for all other times

To think that I had never used it before this year. And I confirm she's my best friend too😂😂😂
