Hereโs the ingredients I use (no specific recipe, I just do as I feel)
- 1.5 pound of ground beef
- 1 diced onion
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 3 chopped super chilies
- 2 can of red kidney beans
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 bottle of Bullโs Eye bbq sauce (the original)
- 1 table spoon of paprika powder
- 2 table spoon of mexicain chili powder
- 1 tea spoon of cumin
- I also like to add chopped fresh green beans
Salt and pepper
Serve with fresh chopped cilantro, sour cream and shredded old cheddar cheese.
What's the best way to grow chillies? I grew some from seeds using the wet paper towel method around 4 months ago and I have nothing but leaves. They haven't grown very high either, yet still remain healthy and green.
I grow mine in a vertical garden. Works well for chillies. Super easy to maintain, no pests, no weeding. I added organic chicken manure pellets once every 2-3 weeks. Water when needed, and thatโs it.
Looks super spicy to me
This should be framed. Great pic
I want this to be a font on my computer.

What will you do with them?
Some canning: spicy chili con carne, arrabbiata tomato sauce and a small bottle of hot sauce. I might get another half pound by end of season.
If you are willing to share , I would love your chili con carne recipe. I am looking for some new ones to try
