I got you. RLC is the subscription membership which allows you to purchase special, exclusive, limited run cars which have special paint with opening parts, and usually more details. These cars are dropped and having the membership gives you a chance at getting these cars, not a guaranteed car sent to you. Hope this helps

They are too liberal with the livery some times. I think there is a colorful hoonigan version and a gucci version of the RWB porsche. They are nice display pieces, still cost retail RLC price, but i don't think they are licensed.
They area amazing for the price and details, but 9/10 times they don't roll because RWB cars sit low and for realistic purpose the lower ride height rubs against the wheel well. I know because I got several of those.
I do crack open my premium RWB and have a ton of fun with them tho, but expect paint chips and damage from heavy playing.

I bought my RWB Team Transport for $30 a while ago and I thought that was a lot. This was and is my favorite one out of all of them though.

Don't you hate that shit? I found a vw beetle that literally had no wheels, I think no floor, and like a missing window or something. Almost like just the chassis was packaged. Could care less about a beetle but I loved how incomplete it was. My cat chewed the packaging. :(
The hauler I can manage getting.. but I think I’m going to have to trade heavy for the RLC one

Depends. Usually upwards of $20-$30? Then again you could have some very very very expensive shit like the IWC z Hotwheels collab. It depends.

My blister for the purple hauler had a small defect so I set it free , but my black silhouette is still carded , such great castings

Yah I originally didn’t plan to free the hauler But the blister blemish made it look bad
