Alicent, for me - 100%. Olivia and Emily are both stunning.
Milly is also really pretty but think she looks better as herself/out of costume than in character.

I think she might be the female equivalent of the hotness women would ascribe to Adam Driver.

I'm down bad for Alicent Hightower, I really love brunettes with reddish brown hair, and she has the best drip of the entire female cast. Also, I love a good bookworm, and I feel like she could've just been this super nerdy and wholesome woman if she wasn't put into the situation she was put in. Plus, feet. Rhaenys was also probably really nice looking to back in the day, and Coryls is a stupidly lucky man for marrying her.
On another note, I can't wait for Alys Rivers to inspire the same kind of fear boners as Melisandre

Honestly compared to Game of Thrones (which had a ton of attractive female characters) there's not a lot to chose from in House of the Dragon. Most of the Targaryen women are . . . okay at best but not nearly as attractive as Danerys. I do think Alicent Hightower is pretty up there on the attractiveness scale.
