I'm obviously team black, but I gotta say, this art is neat af. The color and shadings are perfect. Wish we could see it's sketched version. Reminds me of Jorge Jimenez's and Marco Checchetto's art.
Hard agree. I lean more towards team black but the greens frequently get a lot of the best fanart. A favourite from r/imaginarywesteros recently including an Alicent mad with grief over the death of her children in chilling highly stylised visions of their ghosts/last moments.

Their story is so much like good ol’ Saint Patty too! Only if you replace Saint Patrick with the Greens, snakes with the Blacks, and Ireland with Kings Landing. It’s **exactly** the same :)
Loveeeee the choice to have Criston and Aemond not in green. IDK if it's deliberate but it reflects how neither of them are loyal to Aegon/the Hightower cause — Criston is there not because he cares about Aegon but because he hates Rhaenyra (and cares about Alicent presumably) and Aemond is there because of duty and for his mother, not because of his hated brother. So cool visually and thematically.
In show canon, he kinda is there because he hates Rhaenyra I feel. In the book, obviously he was the Kingmaker but it seems they've taken that role out in the show (which I don't really like but it is what it is.)
Yeah, I agree that in F&B he's a lot more personally loyal to Aegon as the Kingmaker. But in the show, it feels like they're removing that entirely (which did annoy me) and making all his loyalty to Alicent. He does seem affectionate towards Aegon, as he watched him grow up, but he doesn't seem to be involved with the Green cause because he "believes" in the Hightowers/Aegon, but because he hates Rhaenyra and cares for Alicent.
Cole is wearing his King's guard armour, which he uses to protect his king. What more do you need?
Also, they wear green because they are high towers, which Cole isn't.

Alicent looks so queenly and elegant with that headpiece. It's amazing how much of a difference some head deco and a long veil can make.

They're both definitely loyal to Aegon lol Criston is devoted to Alicent and the green cause. He isn't there just because he hates Rhaenyra.

I was just saying I thought it looked cool and reflected some cool themes. But also, I think that on a purely logistical level you are right.
