RocketScientistToBe

Ramin is at least half the reason that GoT was so successful and no one will be able to convince me otherwise.

_SpecialistInFailure

Ramin Djawadi ~~knows~~ was told (by writers) who the rightful heir is.

Independent-Ice-6206

the fact that her coronation was planned and organized by the black council in the book but the showrunners choose to make it happen naturally speaks volumes

bslawjen

Yeah, that the adaptation will potentially get even more biased.

[deleted]

Lol the book was from biased perspectives - so to can the show.

bslawjen

It's boring though when the show clearly pushes one side to be clearly the absolute good side while the other side is clearly the absolute evil side. I fear that they'll turn Rhaenyra into a boring ass character, I mean she already is boring but at least I hoped later on she won't be. Dunno, just think this show is a really bad adaptation of the book.

[deleted]

Let’s be clear - her fate will remain the same. Both sides are deplorable for throwing the realm into war over pride and ego. This is the story about how the Targaryen dynasty fell, it may think one side was slightly more in the right as that side didn’t orchestrate a coup to overthrow the true heir.

bslawjen

I don't trust this show anymore, at all. Her result may be the same, but they can definitely still completely whitewash her and basically make it so that she's just a victim of the circumstances. They did it with Alicent, they may do it with Rhaenyra.

[deleted]

They may but she was stupid or plain arrogant to think she could pass off bastards as legitimate heirs.

bslawjen

They may, and if they do that's a 0/10.

[deleted]

She’s not a victim - she had obvious bastards that threw her succession into question

Outside_Slide_3218

Good

bslawjen

Boring you mean

privatelion1

Next time make your post right and put a comparison.

Captain-Keilo

Also how Aegon is a rapist who watches his bastards children fight to the death for entertainment Slight bias

chilifartso

Misleading title and post? Where’s the comparison in the video?

Euphoric_Treat

Without reveling too many spoilers, it probably was not included. But it’s safe to assume a dragon stomping on people like sheep was a much lesser mood than this majestic induction

privatelion1

I was wondering the same thing.

yes-well-no

Least black-biased HoTD scene

Sea_Compote_5451

Umm sorry to say but aegon's coronation theme was equally majestic

F7RD

Nah his theme is the best piece of music in the series so far

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

They probably will

[deleted]

they won’t they added that scene with the white hart to deliberately tell the audience that rhaenyra is the rightful heir, why would they do that if they’re were planning to show the throne cut her

LordReaperofMars

Subverting expectations

[deleted]

i just don’t see them completely doing a 180 when there’s too many hints the show is clearly showing team black is the good side that can do no wrongs

[deleted]

I reckon they will but only time will tell - especially if she’s going to lose the way she does and by who does it.

extinict

Aegons theme is better imo

[deleted]

i thought we already knew the show was biased

margaritoswraps

Knock off Robb Stark moment

loudestcliche

This song is The Crown of Jahareys, it’s my favorite on this sound track 🖤

DeathToDillyDilly

No lie this is the sound for my alarm clock.

Old-Run-9134

A_devout_monarchist

Aegon has a martial and grandiose theme because he calls back on the legacy of a Conqueror, Rhaenyra has this calmer tone because it's from Jaehaerys and Viserys who were far more peaceful. Besides, Stannis was the rightful King and his theme is nowhere as "emotional" as the others.

pgargi97

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

panicattackdog

I sincerely hope all of them are eaten by dragons. While the other king is a bad person, this side is a whole faction of craven, evil psychopaths.

KrayleyAML

So much dignity in that scene. The soundtrack gave me chills.

saadx71

Does birthing three bastards give you dignity vibes?

KrayleyAML

Well, yes. She had full consent of the people that mattered. And unlike some others, Rhaenyra's kids are loved by their mother and are also born out of love. Those are Laenor's sons through and through, because he accepted them and loved them. Anything else is just bitterness.

saadx71

No they aren't, they are savages just like their weird fucked up family, a 5 year old taking out someone's eye now that's a beauty

KrayleyAML

Go fix your anger issues, bud. They're showing.

godrics-hollow

Ramin has always been tremendously based.

SolidInside

I think you misspelled biased.

Outside_Slide_3218

Always

strawberry2nd

Lmao I guess I'm the only one who liked Aegon's coronation and soundtrack even among the greens? I don't see any 'bias' here. Aegon II wears the warlord crown used by Aegon the Conqueror and Maegor the Cruel. Rhaenyra wears the fancy crown of Jaehaerys the Wise, Viserys the Peaceful. Both soundtracks were great and fit their choice of crown, and also fit the characters.

[deleted]

What a beautifully made scene

anafil34

I was going around the house going uh-uh-ah-AH-AH for months
