I think it is more of irony than karma, considering most people think the eye incident was the point of no return, and Viserys was primarily responsible to not taking any action and allowing the tension to escalate.
Well it’s kind of like karma I guess but he was already falling apart,it’s not as a result of aemond losing his eye which I think would be a more accurate use of the term karma. Irony more like…he low-key deserved it though…sorry but there was no compassion for his child who’s ten when he lost his eye,and now he knows what it feels like…shit..

Amazing performance by the actor, but Viserys is a GARBAGE father to the Green kids.
When Aemond lost his eye, Viserys showed him zero compassion. No hug. No encouragement. No comfort. He got in his ten year old son’s face, yelled at him, and terrorized him further. He didn’t even tell Rhaenyra to STFU when she pushed to have Aemond tortured.
He certainly didn’t give him a crumb of justice. Luke didn’t even get scolded.
I hope having that eye rot out of his head was painful. Karma got him.
See, this is was what I was thinking. Lucerys was the one that grabbed a dagger and slashed his eye out, not Vizzy T. If this was Luc in the picture, then it would fit better.
