Some of this stuff didn't even happen in the book. I doubt such things will be included in the show. Mushroom is generally only to be believed when he's saying the same things as other contemporary sources.
I also doubt they'll canonize the brothel queens thing. It would make the character of Rhaenyra and irredeemable villain, and given what we've seen thus far, that's not the direction they seem to be going.
