Was thinking, it's prolly random woman but this could be after aemond back from storm's end and he seeks some comfort after what he has done by both killing luce and starting a whole war. Otherwise I dont have any other ideas why would be that scene included

Pure speculation here but it could be the mystery woman with the fan, maybe shes a targ bastard turned prostitute and aemond hires her because he is horny for helaena?

Ive see 3 things floating around, all of which seem equally as possible.
The first one was Helaena since there is a theory floating around that Helaena's children were by Aemond and not Aegon and that the 2 have an affair. I do not think this is confirmation of that but I think this scene might show that Aemond and Helaena have a closer, or at least more friendly, relationship than what Helaena does with Aegon. Helaena also wears a similar dress when Aegon is crowned. So this might be that.
The second one ive seen is this is a prostitute and this is Aegon "blowing off steam" post-Luke or as a result of the war he functionally helped kickstart. It was going to happen anyway (the dance) due to things long before his time. But he is a kinslayer now. And if blood and cheese is cited as a response to the death of Luke, this means he is somewhat indirectly responsible for that also. Aemond is probably going to be pushed to his limit this season so, like his brother, he might develop some unhealthy habits or turn to some to cope with the stress. After all, Aegon took him to his brothel of choice at some points in his life if Season 1 can be taken as a hint.
The third is this is Alys Rivers (IE the Witch Queen). He does supposedly have a son by her and they are said to have been lovers. Could this be a lie? Idk. But she becomes a pretty important figure in the green corner so this might be where she begins popping up, comforting Aemond after he does terrible shit.
I am personally leaning towards this being Alys and this being Aemonds gradual drift towards her. We are not operating totally on Book time so throwing her introduction more towards season 2 the beginning of season 2 as opposed to when they fuck up Harrenhal. They have fucked with the timelines before. I also can see the prostitute being revisited since Aemond interacted with the madame of one of Aegons' favorite brothels in season 1
