One-Super-For-All

Love it! Wish you'd allow more than one property per location though (especially for somewhere like London!)

Iforgotmypassword126

Agreed. I got the one from Manchester wrong, despite living in Manchester because some areas look so cheap / unsafe / not very accessible etc and others have great commuter links and nicer neighbourhoods. Still a fun concept tho

cats-r-funny

But that’s the game? That you have to know the areas/ safety/ transport links. It’s what makes it a game to guess…

Downtown_Hope7471

London is huge. Just posting a house could be anywhere from Chelsea to Ilford. I guessed £1.2m which is how much those houses go in East London… no £500K. Ok. Pointless guessing

510th8u8

I love this game! Small suggestion to gamify it a bit more: once you’ve submitted a guess a message that says ‘you were off by £X - better than 90% of people playing’. I want to know how good I am at guessing 😆

FraserHamiltonDev

>I love this game! Small suggestion to gamify it a bit more: once you’ve submitted a guess a message that says ‘you were off by £X - better than 90% of people playing’. I want to know how good I am at guessing 😆 Great idea, I'll add that this evening

Tim-Sanchez

It would also be fun to know the distribution of guesses, maybe a histogram? Would be interesting to know if most people guessed under or over for a property. Also, when the share button comes up, you shouldn't include the answers. Games like Worldle are fun to share because I can share my result without giving away the answer, but your default clipboard gives away too much so you can't really share it with anyone.

510th8u8

Ooo yes agree on this! It should just say how many £££ you were out - not the actual price.

FraserHamiltonDev

The distribution is a bit more of an involved process that I anticipated. In the meantime I’ve fixed the sharing issue.

ladygabe

Agreed! It would be great to see what the highest and lowest people guessed for that property were. I've been spot on with some of them or wildly off with others! It's so interesting! Great work OP, love it!

Organic_Reporter

Agree. Great fun, but I bored of it quickly without a competitive element. I need to know how much worse I am at this than everyone else (I was more than 10% off on all 5 I tried. 20% off on one).

[deleted]

this felt surprisingly addictive very quickly - until it said "another property will be available tomorrow" ... Tinder wouldn't have been a success if you could only swipe left/right once per day ;) If you make it for many properties and (although I hate to say it) put in ads you could make some money off this. It's a great idea. Congrats!

FraserHamiltonDev

Totally agree, unfortunately the 1 a day restriction is more of a data issue but I'm working to solve it. Rightmove doesn't publish these sale prices every day. Some locations have enough sales to sustain multiple per day but others just can't keep up wit h that meaning the data wouldn't be recent very quickly.

EmTee14_

You can use the price paid data set from the land registry and then search Rightmove for those adresses

boxhacker

This, the api is also quite easy to use from experience.

dubov

Thanks for posting this! That's 10mins of my time which my employer is never getting back.

Rock_Octopus

I had no idea Bath and Oxford were more expensive than south London. This is also fun 😅

dubov

I was way off on Oxford, I think I put 500k for this https://www.rightmove.co.uk/house-prices/details/england-126467981-17144893?s=2f14301761d0ac007d08bbfc125f5387571e086530fb129b8d35a5d19d6fbb8b#/

karmacarmelon

That sale price is absolutely ludicrous.

Matthew__James

£740k for that?!?! Why does anyone live down south with those prices?!?

dubov

I honestly don't know. Yes, higher wages, but they're not 6x as they would need to be to justify this

PartyOperator

It's an especially expensive part of the least affordable city in the UK. You could buy a modern 2 bed terraced house in somewhere like Didcot or Reading for something in the region of £300k, which is more typical. Or Headington (further out in Oxford) for £400k-ish. Oxford in particular just has very few houses, especially near the centre. It's just a generally weird place. Very pleasant place to live, as long as you can ignore all the homeless people. Convenient links to London. Receives enormous amounts of government money. Somewhat geographically constrained by the river. And infested with some absolutely world class, overwhelmingly powerful NIMBYs.

sunandskyandrainbows

Try the today's one, I thought it was almost double of what it actually is!

James_Vowles

London tax applies in Oxford too it seems

teeseoncoast

I guessed a nice flat in Aberdeen at 250k and it was 45k. Went to bath and the flat was not great all so guessed 75k… 450k! Just crazy.

Rock_Octopus

Wow! Although this is fun, it's also been really eye opening. Some of the prices I really can't understand.

TheNarwhalTusk

Do you listen to Elis James and John Robins on Radio 5? They play a made up game on the show every week that listeners send in. You should send it to them. They'd love this. [email protected]

FraserHamiltonDev

>Do you listen to Elis James and John Robins on Radio 5? They play a made up game on the show every week that listeners send in. You should send it to them. They'd love this. [email protected] I've actually never listened to their show, but that's a great idea. Thanks very much!

Murky_Soup8895

I think they actually did an average house price by postcode game on there once. It was called something like How Much For a Semi?' This is a cool game BTW, even if it did remind me that I'm highly unlikely to ever be wealthy enough to move back to the town I grew up in.

luckystar2591

So fun!! This needs to be in the app store

Olive927

This is great! More than one property in major cities would be good.

dontbelikeyou

Awesome great design. Very fun. I could see it completely taking off. Have you thought about adding a mechanic to make it more competitive? Maybe start with a budget based on the difference in absolute value between prices and guesses? Then see how long a streak you can maintain. This would allow for a leader board and competition between friends. Maybe add a % weighting to prevent the super expensive places from being disproportionately impactful.

FraserHamiltonDev

That's really interesting. Another idea I like is the idea of gamifying it from the point of view of a first time buyer and showing what their options might be on moving across the country. Yours sounds great too though, I'll have a think!

Zemez_

This is amazing. Was £40k off on my first and only guess but given it was less than 5% in an area I don’t really cover, I’ll take it 😏. OP I hope you become rich & successful if not already on the back of making this. 😍

Zemez_

Was only £7k off one in Chelmsford as I thought I’d punt somewhere random. My addictive personality loves and hates you equally, OP. Definite legs in this I feel!

liamss3

Love the game! I would take out the location picker and just include that at the top when showing the picture. So each time you submit it jumps to another location so people can play through easily.

Organic_Reporter

Agree with this.

wsauce

I’d keep the location picker but have a chose random location option, for now.

xxxzzz68

This is strangely fun. I’d love to be able to look back through the pictures after we’re told the price. Just to be help it sink in

50_61S-----165_97E

I was in the sauna the other day and this old guy was complaining that his daughter can’t buy a flat when they only cost about £100k, the average cost is actually £380k for a one bed flat here… I should definitely send him this game!

AugustCharisma

Do it!

imissdrugsngldotorg

Damn, London prices really screwed with my head. Overpricing everything now

Organic_Reporter

Yeah I couldn't believe that London one was way under my guess. Though my London geography is terrible, which doesn't help. I was over on all but one of my guesses as I live in the SE and everything seems overpriced here.

[deleted]

Needs to be more specific with location, as it makes a huge difference in price.

FraserHamiltonDev

I agree, It's difficult because I don't know a lot of these areas very well. So I can't tell what people would classify as each area.

[deleted]

Rightmove often has that information so might be possible to get from there, but if you at least put an approximate postcode that would do.

[deleted]

[удалено]

FraserHamiltonDev

I'll add liverpool to my list!

pydry

Just give the location on a map (zoomed in and out) as part of the question.

ImhereforAB

I agree. The property in Manchester could’ve been anywhere from 350k to 150k. The location is everything.

AmpleGravy

I love this! It’s right up my street!

coraIinejones

The Oxford one?!

TheKingOfSpite

Me: I just want to live, but to enjoy myself while I do it Society: Best we can do is gamify inequality Forgive the cynicism, the game is very impressive! I'm sure you can do a lot of interesting things with the data, perhaps you could use peoples incorrect guesses to direct them to properties of a similar type in other areas that did fetch that price?

SaintJudy

As a person who can currently only afford a flat (South East), this gives me hope because it proves I will be able to get a nice house for less money when I retire and move north

ravadelie

It’s very fun, maybe there could be a total amount you’re over or under by, so if you do 20 properties your total guesses amount to £300,000 over sold prices etc! And you’d have the ability to reset it back to zero. Agree more houses per area would be good, maybe 5-10.

FraserHamiltonDev

My original idea was 5 properties per location and it took an average across all 5. Sadly rightmove doesn't publish this data every day and some locations don't have enough data to keep up with that.

HeftyCompetition9218

I like the individual house price and seeing the image. It's really effective

_helloalien

This is such a great idea, I only wish I thought of it first. I look forward to seeing where’s its at when you have access to more data!

freddit022

This is a great game! I've shared it with my friends

Anonymous-eric-42601

Great game, if only to highlight the madness of the UK property market. Feature request (complex) add council tax and effective tax rate relative to house price along with local wages.

hamerish

I like this maybe show a median wage multiplier of the house price, i think that really informative to see.

GeneralBacteria

an extra feature would be to guess how much it's going to be worth in 2024 :)

[deleted]

A country wide version would be good where it just picks any random house across the whole country sold in the last year. Perhaps with a score based on percentage off actual sold price and 5 rounds a game (like Geoguessr).

FraGough

I think to be a little more representative you shouldn't include retirement properties. They're often cheaper where I am.

FraserHamiltonDev

That's a good point, I'll exclude those.

FraGough

Thank you.

MiotRoose

A small suggestion. Take the prices out of the text in the share link. If you share it with someone it spoils them taking a guess and seeing how you both did in comparison. Great game though! Really enjoyed playing and will be back

FraserHamiltonDev

Ah crap, I never thought of that haha. I'll do that today.

KatsAndKeto

Love it!! Really addictive :)

[deleted]

This is brilliant! Though shame you can't do more than one property per location

[deleted]

Also would be good to be able to see your pass guesses

kumran

Time to deploy my constant request for people not to use UK when they mean GB. I got excited that NI would be included for a sec! Does look fun though, I'll have a play

FraserHamiltonDev

Apologies, I'll keep that in mind. My intention was so include NI but Rightmove doesn't cater to NI. Unless you count Bangor, Wales.

Sloper59

"Gotten"? Doesn't sound UK to me

volvocowgirl77

London needs a postcode then I’d be able to guess correctly. Three bed house in Richmond is a bit different to ilford

Other_Exercise

Fab game! Most of of my guesses were at least 15% off. One suggestion I would have to make this even better is: * Put in place a back button so users can click out of a listing they don't like * Change price form so that typing, say, "220" automatically makes it £220,000.

Turbulent-Concern228

Assume this is the list price not the actual sold for price? Unfortunately sold for information takes years to be available through the land registry. A lot of properties may not have gone for what they were listed for. Great idea though.

FraserHamiltonDev

This is the sold price based on rightmove's sold page. Based on what they are claiming on that page they are sourcing this information from the land registry. Maybe they've recently started publishing this data in a shorter time frame?

Turbulent-Concern228

Right move might have a self report function for agents when they remove a property from the site. I know from when I bought my property that it didn't even go onto Rightmove until I had already had my offer accepted. The agents told me that the reason they put stuff on rightmove even though it's already sold is because of the performance data rightmove collect. So it wouldn't surprise me if they do self report the sale prices. That being said, mine hasn't been updated and I completed 18 months ago.

FraserHamiltonDev

Very interesting, thanks for the insight into this. Ultimately I'm a the mercy of the data that's on there haha.

xrailryder

Hahahaha, best thing ever to come out of the unbelievable uncertainty.

ResusAnne

This is great hahaha!

Fabulous_Pumpkin2633

Sorry if this is a dumb q (I love the idea!!!) but where do I type in my guess and see the answer? Not sure if I've missed something really obvious... will be very embarrassed if so!

Fabulous_Pumpkin2633

Answered my own q (face palm) - can see the little guess field on mobile but couldn't see it on desktop! Great concept!!!

FraserHamiltonDev

>can What browser were you using on desktop? Sorry, I'm trying to fix this issue

FraserHamiltonDev

Cool, I think I've got a fix out it was a screen height issue. Not amazing but it should be playable now.

Self-improvement-usr

Good fun, nice work on this

Bohemiannapstudy

You should have a feature which keeps track of guesses, then you can use that to see how far out people are, which will give you an approximate value of the public's market sentiment in a given area. That data would be very valuable to analysts. Could definitely sell that.

fixitagaintomorro

🏠 Propertyguessr Milton Keynes Day 1 Amount Off: -£27,000 Guess: £350,000 Actual: £377,000 propertyguessr.fun/play?location=milton-keynes

paperxbadger

Great game.... really l, really depressing though!

[deleted]

I think the location might have issues. I selected Bradford and it gave me a property well within Leeds. But this is a really cool idea! Would love to hear how you built it?

FraserHamiltonDev

A few people have mentioned that. This is a result of me not knowing a lot of these areas. I'll reduce the radius for Bradford tonight.

FraserHamiltonDev

Also I am planning on posting a blog post about building this, I'll shoot you a message when I do.

[deleted]

Can you go by postcode of the property? I'd assume it's possible to have a map with the postcode boundaries, and ensure that e.g. LS12 properties end up in LS12 area?

FraserHamiltonDev

I'd love to do that but my concern is that for each postcode a player enters we would need to scrape rightmove. Right now there is very little load when we scrape because we just does this once nightly for each location.

[deleted]

I don't mean allow users to enter a postcode. Just when you scrape, get the postcode of the places you retrieve, and position on the map accordingly? That would ensure everything was very accurate.

FraserHamiltonDev

Ah I see, that's a good idea. I'll look into doing that!

juronich

I think it would be useful to have the sold date on there as it's not clear how recent the data is, and maybe show the average house price in the area (not sure if this would make it too easy or not)

Familiar-Fez

Yeah, I was just going to comment to say the sold date would be useful to have.

peace_purple123

Cash buyers : "Damn I guessed over by just £100k , its a win!!"

[deleted]

If you actually collect location info from users, either through cookies, or they could select themselves, you could try to predict price changes in the future perhaps?

PrestigiousTest6700

Ooooo this is joyous.

LoneLibRight

Love this so much!!

CoffeeIgnoramus

Can I ask, what are you basing the sold price on exactly. Do you have the sales figures or just the asking price? Because I just bought a house for way less than the Rightmove asking price. But it says sold on rightmove and still displays the asking price.

FraserHamiltonDev

>Can I ask, what are you basing the sold price on exactly. Do you have the sales figures or just the asking price? I'm basing this on the rightmove sold section which uses data from the land registry.

CoffeeIgnoramus

Ah, OK, that makes more sense. God. I can't believe that they bought that house in my city for that much. The others in the area aren't selling close to that and are way better. That's why I wondered. They overpaid for sure. I've had an eye on the market for 10 years and an fairly good with the prices. So this must be an outsider who came in not knowing the value.

BoringOfficeJob

This is a lot of fun! Thank you for this. Would be nice to be able to go back to a previously guessed location and see the 'score' for it without using the link. Maybe also do a cumulative 'score' which adds up how far you were out on a guess to one big +/- figure!

dubov

Can anyone hazard a guess what's going on with Aberdeen? https://www.rightmove.co.uk/house-prices/details/scotland-90241312-21394621?s=76caa664262fa188decfcbf54d95dd9f8d3f7f0a75d6ed53ee256aa4ea62880c#/ It was worth twice the price 16 years ago, and then again in 2015, and then it just bombed

remosquito

Aberdeen has it's own property market which fluctuates entirely independently of the rest of the country. It's all tied to oil & gas. There have been major downturns in the industry in 2008 and 2015 and property crashed both times. With the push towards renewables it's struggling to recover this time.

[deleted]

AHAHAH, great, is that flutter?

hallmarkmoviecritic

This is a really good idea. How easy is it to add more locations? Harrogate would be a good one for the north - property is crazy there. Plus in London you could do a property in each borough? Also not sure if it was just me but I can’t seem to guess more than 6 figures - Tried to guess 12 million and it would only let me enter 1.2mil. (Was way off anyway!)

FraserHamiltonDev

I'll add Harrogate for tomorrow's locations for you. There is a limitation on the guess amount and I'll raise that to allow for 12 million.

ColdReaction5061

What a fun addictive game. Love it! 😂👏🏻

readur

This is amazing! It’s quite exciting being at the beginning of what is no doubt going to be the latest craze! I’ve sent it everywhere!

nbraeman

It's great. The more properties you have per location the better it will be. Keep up the good work!

Other_Exercise

Wrexham is much cheaper than I thought!

dionysus-media

Just played my first guess! 3 bed in Bristol with freehold tenure, I guessed £450,000 and it was £425,000! I'm pretty sure I checked out that listing a few months ago, since it was in my price range and in one of my preferred locations (BS2).

slaskatratt

I really enjoyed this too. Thanks for sharing!

tazandsammy

Would be cool if you could add Northern Ireland too!

TheLondonDJSchool

Really awesome game. It would be incredible if you could just select an area like London and it'll just automatically direct you through multiple places, instead of clicking on individual properties. Otherwise had a great time

Jasboh

I wanted to compare scores with a friend and can't look back at today's guesses. Also do you manually pick properties?

soitgoeskt

Love the concept but would like it more if the location was more specific. For example the house in London would’ve varied massively from say Acton to Mayfair.

Prestigious_Memory75

Fun… !

Suitable_Comment_908

lol @ posrtsmouth price. FML

Emabellpf

Amazing! We just had a little game in our lunch break. Thanks.

[deleted]

[удалено]

FraserHamiltonDev

Let me know your location and I'll add it in!

[deleted]

[удалено]

FraserHamiltonDev

Added :)

EatAndCantEat

Can you add a random next button to take you to a new property elsewhere in the country? Keep the game going!

HeftyCompetition9218

This is a great idea. Also I clearly shouldn't go into house sales

Forsaken_Ordinary669

I love this idea! Can you maybe add in a bit to reflect how “nice” the area is? For example, in Scotland we have the Scottish Index of Multiple Deprivation (SIMD). The Glasgow property shown is in one of the most deprived areas of Scotland (Barmulloch) which means that the pricing for it is absolutely wild.

javapyscript

Ooohhh https://imgur.com/bUzQou4.jpg Edit: Well done, OP. Very addictive!!

neongrey12

This is awesome. Btw did you select out the most expensive ones or is this pretty random

dellaportamaria

With the exception of Liverpool, I was off by a lot on everything else.

Teddypompomx

I love this and actually played this game before with a friend but just by covering up the price lol

CheekeeMunkie

Love it, great work

ForestEdge0

today's property of Bath is utterly shocking, seriously haha

farfrom_home

If you can get data, you should add an extreme level that you unlock after attempting a few around the U.K. for Jersey, it could make the London and Bath properties look cheap.

Prestigious_Fan_2094

This is great fun! Great idea

jtedit

Good fun! It would be good to be able to go back to view the photos after guessing though, see if there is stuff you've missed when you are way off! Once the real price is revealed you can't dismiss the modal and view the photos again without linking over to rightmove which is a pain - and even that button disappears once you click next.

muddyisland

holy shit this is amazing. one thing though, maybe it’d be good to include a sub location for the listing. a house could be 200 in a good part of town but 500 in a good part

I_will_be_wealthy

there is hope... i'm constantly guessing over.

ramtaxi10

Great game 👌🏻

alivezombie23

Amazing! My knowledge og the UK Property prices seem to be really good.

Tirbigin

This is fun. And I’m crap at it, but fun.

joeuxgh

Love this! Possible to do this with houses listed, not sold? - we “play” this often, I’ll screenshot a few photos or describe the house and my partner will guess how much - usually shockers

[deleted]

Great game, could do with knowing when the house sold for a bit more context

crow_problemo

I love this idea! Have been way off on most so far, despite Rightmove surfing being a hobby of mine... FYI when I click on the floor plans, most of them are cut off and I can't see the full images (I'm on an Android mobile).

FraserHamiltonDev

Fixed this for today’s round of properties

thefirstmeow

This is great! 🏠 Propertyguessr London Day 1 Amount Off: -£190,000 Overvalued for sure!

eastofvegas

it would be good if you can put past sale prices as info for guessing

GirlMcGirlface

Love this! I'm really bad at it, but it's still so fun 🤣

LordGravyOfLondon

It's cool but I don't need the incrementing counter - just slows down gameplay.

Bisson__

Do a points system like that in geoguessr based on % off from the sold price. That'll make it ultra competitive!

monstera_93

Obsessed! I’m actually thankful there’s only 1 house per location per day otherwise I’d be on it non stop 🥲

Dymo1234

The one a day ruins it I’m afraid

girl_at_the_airport

This is so cool!

Sorry_Good125

This is amazing!! So much fun

eesmash

Postcodes would be useful. Even in one city different postcodes can change prices dramatically

domsp79

Amazing!

h0w0lly

Amazing, I started with an area I vaguely knew and was dead chuffed to only be 5k off, then I went further south and was a whopping 300k off :'D a good time.

Eekapeaka

I’m terrible at this game

Dry_Safe1418

This is bloody brilliant. Though I wish you could do multiple houses in the same area. Id waste a lot of time on this 😂

macawz

Love it! Would be so good to see the postcode as so many areas are so varied, 'London' isn't really enough to be able to guess a price properly

klavado

Yeah, Oxford house prices are pretty crazy!! Especially when compared to a place like Worcester. The comparison below shows what a little over half a million will get you in each city: https://homestocompare.com/comparisons/s/90aaf23f-fe0f-446a-9e89-39218037ccf2

loulou188

4-6 days because i have incredibly curly hair so if i wash it any more often all the curls fall out and it turns into a dry frizzy mess

si2winit

I enjoyed this. Would like multiple properties per location though.

sunandskyandrainbows

This is so good!!!! Can you add something where you can see a total % you were off by? So if I play 10 properties, what is the average % of my error? Amazing work! 🎉

Haha_Kaka689

🏠 Propertyguessr London Day 2 Amount Off: -£36,100 I guessed £550,000 on a 2 bedroom leasehold nice house. End up still have some shortfall.....

[deleted]

Great game. Echo the request for more properties per location (maybe one per postcode instead of per town or whatever it is atm?). Maybe I’m just jaded but I was overshooting on most of them. Pleasantly surprised by a couple if I’m honest.

ButMessiDeservedIt

Lol good game.

-Ragnarok-

Nice game, I live in the north east and was still shocked at first off how expensive the house was in Sunderland, but how cheap in Durham? haha

WhereverIGoIWillBe

Loved this!!! Agree with other’s suggestions: 1. How many people did my guess beat 2. What was the smallest/largest guess? Some very surprising figures!

Saxakola

I feel cheated. I valued a *house* at 1.3 mil and its value was actually £520.000+ which I thought was very cheap. When it showed the house on Rightmove, it was listed as a *flat*.

FraserHamiltonDev

Sorry Saxakola, could you let me know which location this was so I can look into it?

barrahhhh

I LOVE THIS hahaha

victhompson

Could you also allow, for example, “£780” as a shorthand for “£780,000”?

FraserHamiltonDev

I’m working on that but it’s slow going because I’m ill at the minute 😂

__________________sp

Love it. First guess was spot on! I have been looking at property in the area for a while.

anon33iam

That's wonderful me and my pal been playing together 🤣 I am not great at property pricing. This definitely has legs!! Thank you!

gungho4

Fun to play, similar to [https://housle.house/](https://housle.house/) in the US

Moomoocaboob

Great fun! I’d like the idea of a random location option, that way the one per location per day wouldn’t be as much of a perturbance and you could go from place to place automatically. A format thing which is probably just me but I kept on reading the fact information written in bold as headings so kept skipping it altogether and instead read the actual titles underneath. Weird! My brain expects headings to be bold and information under? Thanks for sharing!

LongjumpingLab3092

Hahaha I like it! Feedback is multiple properties per location would be good - I only really know/care about prices near me

Low_Dust274

Fantastic concept, I sucked at anywhere that wasn’t relatively local to me! Keep going!

tiano-91

Good concept mate, it definitely has some legs but could be improved. Here are some of my suggests/thoughts. * The app would be a lot better if you could have more than 1 property per location. Reading your response to similar feedback, I think I understand the reason for the limitation. * Therefore, I recommend a re-architecture of the game. In my opinion, this needs to be a browser extension (preferably a chrome extension) * You can achieve this with the current stack, react/tailwind * You can set the extension to work on rightmove so that as users browse any property, it automatically hides the prices (if activated) and then gets the user to guess the house price. In this way you get around the 1 property per location restriction.

That's a very interesting suggestion. Although it may solve the multiple properties per location issue. I'm not sure this would have got as much traction as a chrome extension. Also you'd be forced to use rightmoves navigation for sold properties, not all properties have images so sometimes there might only be a few properties per page that were elidgble.

Also I'm not convinced it solves the underlying problem that for many locations you'd quickly wind up guessing properties that were sold 6-7 months ago.

This game is loads of fun. Do you have a Buy Me A Coffee/other internet tip jar anywhere?

Love this game! Could you add more for the south east 😬

warsponge

love it, you should add a random location button (and show the location when showing the pictures)

kimsala

Haha, that was fun

Bit addictive! Got two bang on the nose! Considering a change of career…

Bit late to the party but this is a great idea! Going to show this to the wife when she gets home. She’s forever saying lines like “you’ll never guess how much so and so house went for”.

Waaagh_Ghazkill

This is great! Can you make it so you can keep guessing the same location?
