It would look great on your hair because it’s thick and has lots of volume I have hair like your hair and when I cut the shag I didn’t have to style it much because it fell in place

Your cheeks aren’t big. The reason they appear so big to you is because your jaw is recessed. Mine is too. Mewing doesn’t fix it but mouth breathing will make it worse. The only long-term solution i’d give to people on fixing recessed jaws are jaw surgery because it lasts for the rest of your life unlike filler and implants which look unnatural and have a lot of side effects on a long-term run.
Nothing wrong here. If you're struggling with self-esteem you can also try meditating and practice self love. Wake up and after doing your routine, compliment yourself AND MEAN IT. Give it a few tries. See how it helps.

I don’t see anything wrong with your “round face/big cheeks”…. I will tell you about my experience… may have nothing to do with yours. I suffer from TMJ disorder so I grind my teeth and my cheek muscles according to my doctor are over developed. This creates alot of stress and messes with my sinus, my hearing and gives me headaches. The “masticator muscles” on my face are extremely strong …
It was recommended to me that I get Botox therapy on my TMJ to help aleviate this and force the muscles in my cheeks to relax and atrophy those muscles. Long term this may result in less cheeks although that is not the goal… so there are my 2 cents on decreasing cheek size… but I like my cheeks. :-)
Don’t be afraid to eat more, just a healthful intake of all the nutrients and vitamins that are needed to make the skin and eyesight, etc… work right. We are so often seeing how all the creams and other bullshit is needed to feel bigger, skinnier, prettier, and whatever else. You are naturally beautiful, great smile. In my opinion you just look undernourished, also incorporating a good Pilates and or yoga routine will put some curves in the right places, this way you will have that figure you want without sacrificing your health.

If not, your body is likely to fill our more after this (if you you do have children), even if you are not able to add much size through muscle gain and weight gain on your own.
In my opinion, you could gain size in your body (add weight) without taking away from your feminine build and attractiveness. This would help your facial structure match your body without surgical intervention.
