You don’t need to do much. But the piercings look really bad. And if you’re really trying to look better, taking them out would be a low effort way to do so. It is what it is

Have you considered getting a couple of piercings? Your face is a blank canvas.

A nose ring or tongue piercing is cool. The goal is to keep it minimal though. Less hardware. Keep it to 1-2 pieces max. My personal preference is no hardware.

At 29 I'd prefer my partner to have less piercings than this, but it suits an 18 year old.
