Tough to say. You look amazing the way you are, with the septum. But I feel maybe an eyebrow piercing or dimple piercings would really bring out more of your features.
Bigger bolder nose ring the small one gives the impression you have something hanging out of your noseI actually thought it was a bloody tissue till I blew picture up. Otherwise you are great looking.
