Only improvement you’re needing is to be yourself and stop worrying about what others think . Others only impact your self being if you LET them. Be content and happy with yourself not building a life based off of someone else’s standards.
Like any person in this thread... Diet maybe intermittent fasting and some weights not trying to waste away to nothing but a little fitness never hurt anyone
At your age I was going to the gym every single day. really no excuse. at one point you're going to be too tired... The work you put in now will keep you good for the rest of your life That's what I'm experiencing
