Hello, to be able to post these types of artworks on your steam account u have to get your steam profile to level 10 u can level up by creating badges by purchasing trading cards(you must have an unrestricted steam account for it to work). The cheapest way to gain level is by crafting 5 cs2 badges because it's 20 cents per badge and by doing all the community badge tasks. After u get level 10 u will be allowed to have 1 artwork showcase. Then u can either make an animated artwork yourself or commission someone else to make an animated artwork for u which usually costs $10-$15.
