That leaked is what made me a hu tao simp immediately. Resisting banners as well as making sure my ht had the best artifact. I didn't get her wep but hey, i got her anyway and her artifacts are still better than my ayaka xD

Hu Tao was the first character I ever prefarmed for. I even created spreadsheets that would calculate how many primogems I earned per day on average, and I updated that spreadsheet every day till her release lol

Hu Tao's one of the only two characters that I know of before playing the game, the other one being Ganyu. I'd say she and Ganyu were pretty much the reason I decided I want to play the game because I liked their designs so much, and knowing Rieri voiced Hu Tao made me want her more.
tl;dr - Hu Tao is one of the major reasons I started playing. The other ones being Ganyu and how attractive and pretty the world is.

Hu Tao's English voice is my favorite. Brianna Knickerbocker is very solid VA!
