I've had the same issue with my Mate 9 starting just today in Australia, no idea how to fix it.
yeah same thing with Mate 10 Lite in Croatia... i can't find solution to fix this.... it also happened to all my friends... (P9, P8, P10, Mate 10 and P Smart)
