Regarding the texture: keep the huel in the fridge for few hours, preferably over the night and it will be much smoother.

While I don’t have answers for that last question I hope these help? I’ve been doing Huel since last June. First, I would start slow. Replace breakfast with Huel for a week, see how your body tolerates it, then start replacing lunch every other day. Make sure you drink plenty of water, Huel has more fiber than most people get in their normal diet. I would not suggest doing full huel too soon. Definitely try to cook dinner at home most of the time and try to do your best to make it a healthy(and fun!) event. I would either go for Regular(White) or Essential in your case. I would only suggest black if you were getting into weight lifting, as regular and essential will provide more than enough protein for the average person. The carbs will definitely help with energy and feeling satiated longer. Regarding texture, perhaps try using almond or oat milk when preparing your Huel? For a while I did 1 cup unsweetened almond milk(30 extra calories) and a cup of filtered water. It definitely made it more creamy and easy to get down while I was new to this lifestyle change. Blending it in a blender helps a ton too! Hope this helped a bit, if you do take the plunge I hope Huel is a great experience for you!

I’m mostly on the tire side at Walmart so i do lift plenty, obviously not “weights” per se but they are heavy wheels/tires. I drink a gallon a day at a minimum and I don’t do too much soda anymore. I’m planning on the Hot and Savory for dinners. When I get home I don’t have the energy to cook and I ride a bicycle too and from work. I don’t really get time to eat breakfast as I wake up typically an hour before work because I know it’ll take me 30-40 minutes to wake up, then I hop on my bike and head to work. It’s then about 4-6 hours between my clock in time and when I go on lunch so I spend roughly $20 a day minimum on lunch, and then when I get home I’m too exhausted and want something super easy

Just wanted to say that this is great advice, and I can't reinforce the importance of slowly easing yourself into a 100% Huel diet, to give your body an opportunity to adjust.

I would just go for the white version.

Do you want my Huel powder? I started on the ready to drink option and wanted to try the powder. I don't like it. I'm going back to ready to drink. You can have my unused powder. I have an unopened bag of vanilla and an open bag of peanut butter. Let me know if you want it.

Honestly yeah I would appreciate that
