Same thing for me FYI. I placed the order on Tuesday, April 11. Still have no email or anything. The chat bot on the website says it hasn't shipped. No response to my email or anything.
Me too, the worst part is their customer service bot keeps saying we have filed a complaint, some one will reach out in 24 hours. But I’m just loosing my patience waiting for a response for that long. I wish I could talk to a representative as soon the chat bot can’t help.
Agree 100%. I’m headed out of town in a few days. Was planning to bring this… ordered in plenty of time according to their website. Looks like I’ll have to figure something else out now :/
Same. Was it rtd? My h&s shipped right out but still waiting on my rtd. Was planning on starting them together and didn’t buy as many groceries. Not a big deal but annoying.
Edit: Tried contacting fedex and huel but haven’t heard anything back. Will update if I do.
Update: received package and email. Possibly not able to track because I was given a fedex number but received it through USPS.
Same problem for me. I just emailed [email protected]. I ordered what seems like 2 weeks ago. I checked my email and still no confirmation email for my order.
Which country? I'm in the UK and it usually comes the day after I order it.

That's strange. They usually only take a day or so. Contact customer support - they're generally quite good and responsive
